Erin M. Speicher
Erin M. Speicher, 34, of Orrville, Ohio was arrested (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1651) on Sunday, February 8th, 2009 by the Orrville Police Department and charged with sexual battery, a 3rd degree felony.
The arrest was in response to a complaint regarding inappropriate sexual conduct (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1651) with several Rittman High School Students on several occasions.
Speicher resigned her teacher position on Friday, two days before her arrest. According to Jon Ritchie, the school district’s Superintendant, Speicher has been a teacher at the district for 12 years, teaching 9th grade English. She was also the Jr. Class Advisor.
An investigation continues involving Orrville Police, Rittman Police and Wayne County Children Services in conjunction with the Rittman School District.
