SFC (Ret) Ricky Jelen, 46, an ROTC instructor at West Rowan High School in Mount Ulla, North Carolina has reportedly been charged (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1624) with two felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a student.
Ricky Jelen, 46, of 1640 Shadow Creek St., NW, Concord, was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
According to an arrest warrant issued at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office, Jelen, who is listed on the warrant as a teacher, is accused of taking indecent liberties with a female student (http://www.teachercrimes.com/?p=1624).
