New Theory on the Bracelet found by jail guards on Casey

The press is trying to pump us with words about how that bracelet was a symbol of Caylee, and she shouldn't have something of a momento to her, and it is also trying to say that if Casey had a chance to wear it in court, it would be the same as if she testified. (I don't understtand that exact theory) The press felt as if the jury shouldnt look at Casey wearing a Caylee bracelet. That if Casey wore such a bracelet, it would show that she cared and so forth. I would agree to all of the above..IF the bracelet only had Caylees name on it. Only it doesn't.

But, look at this theory.

That bracelet in my opinion is actualy a slap in the face to Casey. IT says on it "Help us find Caylee.com" There was never a period of help us find Caylee going to happen. While we were all on the mission of "finding Caylee". That baby had long been dead, cold and rotting. The help us find Caylee period...was nothing but a hoax. I use the word Hoax, because it was Caseys hoax to us. That bracelet is a physical object reminder of a city trying to find a baby, that they would never bring home alive, a country that whispered prayers for her safe return, when all along, only Casey and God knew they couldn't be answered....ever. That bracelet is a keepsake from the height of Caseys lies, manipulation to the police, and silent screw you to the people who tried to search. Tried to find the baby, and tried to follow up on leads in hopes of finding her. Spinning wheels. Nothing but spinning wheels. That bracelet is a reminder to people/buisnesses that put up reward money from their own pockets hoping it may make a difference, when all along it was nothing but a big fat joke......a joke that only Casey knew. Yet still let happen with her wild goose chases and lies on top of each other.
"Please help us find Caylee.com".........is only a symbol of something that never could happen. We were never going to find Caylee. Only a bag of bones.
That bracelet is something Casey should never want to put on her arm.

Anyway, was wondering if anyone else, could see that about the bracelet as well?

The bracelette that was snuck into Casey was the one that reads Caylee Anthony forever in our hearts" or something like that. It is not the help find caylee.com one. They showed that one just to show the type of bracelette it was.

Baez Tried To Sneak Bracelet To Jailed Casey

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News learned Casey Anthony may have been slipped some contraband in the suit she wore to court for Friday's hearing. Jail officials told Eyewitness News they discovered a "Caylee" bracelet stashed in the clothes Jose Baez dropped off this week.

The Orange County jail guards found it inside Casey's clothing, which Jose Baez dropped off right at the visitation center. The jail said, because it's a rubber band and not a weapon, no harm, no foul.

When Casey Anthony walked into court Friday, she was wearing a gray business suit. Attorney Jose Baez dropped it off at the Orange County jail Wednesday. But Eyewitness News has learned Baez also wanted his client to wear a Caylee bracelet, so he put it in one of her socks.

That's considered contraband and jail guards confiscated it.

Jail spokesman Allen Moore said the bracelet had the inscription "Forever in our hearts Caylee Marie Anthony" on it. Moore said, technically, it is contraband but there is no evidence that there was any malicious intent to smuggle in the bracelet.

The jail considers the incident a closed routine matter and Baez will be notified that bracelets are not allowed. Moore said, if the item had been illegal or dangerous, the jail would have called law enforcement to investigate.

It's not the first time Baez has been the center of questionable behavior at the jail. In October, Eyewitness News reported Casey's attorney violated policy when he hugged her twice. Guards told Baez touching his client was not allowed.

The jail would not go on camera about the bracelet incident and Orange County Corrections Department Chief Michael Tidwell is aware of what happened.

A spokesperson said Casey Anthony didn't even see the bracelet.

Got the impression that Cindy brought those clothes either to the lawyer, or to the court. Knowing this family's dysfunction, I think your theory has merit, PT. Cindy may have been trying to remind Casey what she took away from the family, and shame her, if possible, with the realization that everyone was searching for Caylee, making bracelets in her honor, etc. ... and that it was Caylee, not Casey that mattered.

We know how Casey doesn't like the focus to be on Caylee, so maybe this was Cindy's way of saying: the focus will ALWAYS be on Caylee, even as you rot in prison for murdering her.

I think Cindy wanted Casey to have a bracelet. OR, Jose thinks Casey wearing that bracelet would be a positive thing--in this case--only to the judge, as there was no jury. And, it testifies about nothing, considering there was no testimony in this hearing, just motions from the attorneys.

It sounds like the bracelet didn't even get to Casey, wonder if she even knew about it's existence? Anyway, I don't suppose she would have worn it, anyway. IMO.

I now agree, as it has occurred to me that the gray blazer is likely the match for the gray "death pants" Cindy laundered from the car.Tucking a Caylee bracelet into part of the pantsuit she probably killed her in? Oh yeah, message.

Hi there I'm a little late getting to this sight cause I'm new at this, although I've been following the Casey cas from beginning to now. I echo the feelings of the person who wrote that it was a travesty for casey to wear that bracelet!!! It is an affront to all the people who were out there searching for caylee when all along "poor, downtrodden". casey was warm in her cell, alone from public scrutiny directly in her face being able to look as stoically at her as she has through this tragedy! There is NO way, at this point for anyone to view casey with anything other than contempt. I cannot imagine losing a baby in this horrendous way and not looking and acting like my world had just ended with the death of my dauther. I could not sit in court smiling, let alone grinning and laughing with my attorney AT ANY TIME DURING COURT. The only thing the public would be seeing is my bloodshot, red-rimmed eyes. My lips would be moving alright - saying prayer after prayer after prayer for my baby. But such is not and probably will never been the case wih Casey Anthony. the part of us that makes us feel things for each other is sorely lacking in Casey. That emptiness didn't just start with this, it's being going on her whole life and her parents (Cindy) in particular knew it. It makes my insides cringe at this specimen sitting in court saying "The Nanny Did it" - not poor little me!!! I'm outraged.
