I've never been to Loretta territory either. Shame on me, shame shame:punch:

It seems they don't solicit their wares around here. What sa mattah? You don't like tourists? Do you live near the Clinton's? :chicken: I do like the bad boy though. Actually, I admire his life story. He made the American dream come alive again.

What board am I on? I smell the A's.. uh oh!

Doesn't Billary live in NY State? He actually spent part of his early childhood in my father's hometown Hope, and was very kind and attentive to My Sainted Grandparents (Yellow Dog Democrats!!), always sending BDay and anniversary and Christmas cards. It's hard to dislike him, he's charming and smart as a whip. I've met them a few times and had a pic made with him at a hospital function back when he was the Guv. The grands adored that photo. Quick story: We were at a lah di dah wedding a few years back that they attended, and I heard the guy behind me tell his son that the next person who entered the church was the POTUS. Well, in walked Hillary. Everyone around us cracked up. :hat:

I'm telling you like a friend, that even though it's unseasonably cool here, the humidity is still unbearable. Could NOT live without AC! And even though we have a nuclear power plant on the horizon, we still pay outrageous electric rates since Entergy apparently sells the cheap power to other states. :cuss: But don't get me wrong, it's beautiful here and we would love to see you. Cause we'uns love y'all!

Well, we'uns ain't gettin' the cheap power in our state! :flamemad: We already have a nuclear power plant and it taint helped us much as far as I can see by the bills we get!!! :(

We could maybe figure out a way to get our bills paid for and be on TV if we was like the A's!!! On second thought, scratch that idea.

Entergy has had several rate increases in the past few years; just don't see why the public service commission approves them, yet the power they sell to other states is cheaper. Go figure. We haven't had a bill less that $200 in years.

No one. I repeat, no one is like the discordAnts.

Our cousins in the earthquake territory of CA say they would never live in KS because of the tornadoes. I say, you generally have plenty of warning about tornadoes--just being aware of the weather, you know when a storm is coming, and you know to listen to warnings. With earthquakes, there just isn't much time for warning.

Hurricanes, yeah, you know they are coming. But with tornadoes, you just chill out in the basement. With hurricanes, you have to pack up leave, it seems. That would be much more disruptive than spending a few hours underground, IMO.

The east eye wall of Hugo went right through my town. We didn't leave. Lots of damage but our house made it. My storage shed, on the other hand, was about 20' wrapped around a tree. Thing is, it was full of tornados. There were 27 on radar in the county at one time. It was kinda messy and no one came to "rescue" us. We cleaned it up ourselves.

State Prosecutors Depose Cindy Anthony

Posted: 5:09 pm EDT July 28, 2009
Updated: 6:37 pm EDT July 28, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cindy Anthony was called to the State Attorney's Office on Tuesday to answer questions in her daughter's murder case and only Eyewitness News was there. Cindy was deposed Tuesday to answer questions under oath.

It has been a long time since Cindy Anthony agreed to answer the questions of people involved in prosecuting her daughter for murder, but Tuesday she was under subpoena to answer.

CINDY ARRIVES: See Images | Watch Raw Video
VIDEO REPORT: Cindy Anthony Gets Deposed

For some reason, Cindy's deposition was hush-hush. All the others so far were made public through court documents, but Eyewitness News tipped off. Caylee Anthony's grandmother walked into the State Attorney's Office with no fanfare or fiery comments, choosing instead to say nothing.

When she was questioned by investigators two weeks after she reported Caylee missing and said it smelled like a dead body in Casey's car, she completely changed her story.

"I find it very hard to believe that Caylee, Casey had an opportunity to put Caylee in there for a short period of time to get the car stench that bad," Cindy told investigators in August.

Tuesday, months after they stopped communicating with investigators, there were a lot of new questions, some about the evidence taken from the Anthonys' home in December, which investigators say matches evidence found with Caylee's remains.

Eyewitness News asked defense attorney Jose Baez whether he was concerned about Cindy's deposition Tuesday.

"We'll have to see how it goes. Let the state do their thing," Baez said.

Cindy left the courthouse with her attorney after 5:00pm after facing four hours of questioning under oath and made no comment.

"It's an ongoing investigation. There's nothing to hide. Nothing to do. It's part of what the State Attorney's Office does," attorney Brad Conway said. "There's nothing about this case for George and Cindy or Lee, there's nothing easy about it for anybody."

The deposition is not public unless one of the parties asks for a transcript. Then the transcript would be a public record.

Is it odd that Conway didn't arrive with Cindy? Was this a surprise deposition? And what was Baez doing there if it is the state doing the deposition? Is that normal?

Could this be related to the document issue on Friday?

ANTHONYS HAND OVER DOCUMENTS

George and Cindy Anthony were able to get out of a court hearing Friday by handing over documents about their daughter, Casey Anthony. The State Attorney's Office plans to use the documents in Casey's murder trial.

George and Cindy Anthony were ordered to be in court Friday afternoon, but their attorney, Brad Conway, managed to put the brakes on that just before the hearing.

"Everything is done. Everything is settled," Conway said Friday morning.

BRAD CONWAY: Before, After Meeting With Judge
VIDEO REPORT: Hearing Cancelled, Documents Turned Over

Judge Stan Strickland had scheduled the hearing for 1:30pm. Judge Strickland wanted to know why he shouldn't hold the Anthonys in contempt of court because the State Attorney's Office requested information stored on the family's computer earlier this month, but it was never turned over.

Friday morning, Conway hand-delivered what could be evidence in the case against Casey.

"Why is it taking so long for these documents to be turned over the attorney's office?" WFTV reporter Mark Boyle asked.

"There's not an issue there. Just sometimes it takes time to get things together," Conway replied.

However, Conway blamed the Anthonys' broken computer.

"Whose computer were the documents stored on?" Boyle asked.

"Mark, I'm not going to comment on that right now," Conway replied.

Conway would not give any details about what was in the documents. The public will not find out what's in them until the prosecution makes it part of the public record.

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony remains behind bars at the Orange County jail charged with killing her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. Casey Anthony's trial date was originally set for October, but it was recently rescheduled for January 21.

PROSECUTORS FILE MOTION FOR TRANSCRIPT IN CASEY CASE

Prosecutors in the case against Casey Anthony say they want transcripts. They want a judge to order a transcript from part of a hearing in March.

READ: Motion For Transcription
VIDEO REPORT: New Motion Filed

During that hearing, prosecutors questioned who was paying for Casey's defense and whether her attorney was involved in a conflict of interest.

According to the Ninth Circuit Court, on Thursday the court reporter filed an Affidavit stating that the sidebar conference at the end of the hearing on March 25, 2009 was held off the record. Therefore, no transcript is available of that portion of the hearing. The in-camera was on the record, but is sealed.

Prosecutors want to use the transcript for Casey's murder trial in 2010. Casey Anthony is in the Orange County jail accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony.

Watching Cindy coming into the courthouse, I was looking at her jewelry. Knowing what we know about the duct tape and the heart sticker, could you wear a sparkly red heart pendant? I actually think of the crime scene every time I see one, and I'm not even a relative. I just couldn't wear one ever again but  to each her own I suppose. I made the mistake of not trying the links after I posted them on the text posts from WFTV and they give you a page error. I tried the one of the video I posted and found how to correct the mistake. The time for editing the others was past. So sorry! How do I get this corrected? They pertain to Cindy Anthony and her deposition so I know they are posted in the correct thread but need fixing. TIA :o :o :o

If you go to the Caylee homepage, you'll see that there is a news update thread, it's the #2 sticky.

That was not a smart moment from Darden. Just so not smart.

At least she was quiet and behaved herself in a decent manner. It is much easier to respect that than the public shenanigans...of course, who knows what happened in the depo. I think it is wftv that is saying it will continue tomorrow.

the only thing that I could credence to is that she is mourning. If it were me I would try to dress down as much as possible not to gain attention. what you said to each her own. IMO

BoB, when I see hearts I think of Caylee also and it happens pretty often since hearts are one of my fave motifs. But you know, I think of how she cared about Al and comforted him by putting her head on his heart. Maybe she could hear it beating and was equally comforted by him. And it doesn't rattle me so much now as when the news came out.

Not sure I'll ever love my duct tape avatar the same though.

Amy, that's kind of how it is here in Arkietown. You can feel a tornado coming, I guess when the barometer drops. We've got a basement but haven't skittered down there yet, although Leroy's been caught down there when a storm blew up. I've always heard a tornado wouldn't just the Arkansas River, but a killer storm sure as heck did 2/5/08. I usually grab my laptop and head for either my bathroom or the master closet because they're both interior rooms.

My bro&SIL are in Wichita and they hate the weather (along with just about everything else).

I wouldn't live there for all the tea in China. All the weather that misses us hits just east of us and into central KS. We're along the Arkansas, too. Guess the big one here was '68. I wasn't here yet, ;)

Jose Bozo is no Johnnie Cochran. Not even close. Cochran was brilliant. Bozo is floundering. He's totally out of his league. His so called "dream team" are there because the case is very high profile. They keep themselves in the media.

What a hoot! One of the videos from WFTV says Jose is nicknamed "Juannie Cochran" after Johnnie Cochran who tried OJ. He got Henry Lee, Linda KB, Andrea Lyons, Todd Macaluso and his lead investigator who all worked on OJ's case! They're saying he did some research for Cochran and that led to the retaining of those listed above. Could this spell trouble?

http://www.wftv.com/video/20204770/index.html

Jose is no Johnny Cochran, IMO!!!! Of course, I didn't follow the OJ case, so don't know if Cochran made ridiculous statements for all the world to hear like Mark Geragos and Jose have. And the famous fellow representing Mary Winkler. Johnny and the Winkler attorney must have done better--their clients got off!!!! So far MG and JB seem to be coming up goose eggs.

Well, Nawn. What's new in your neck of the woods? I know you've probably gone to bed by now cuz it's 12:05 AM here. Sleep is impossible even with my deluxe fans going in my bedrm. However, I'm content sitting in front of my puter, sipping on ice water and entertaining myself until it cools down a little more. Of course, the weather is the talk of Seattle right now. Everybody's cranky, lots of road rage, short fuses. I've gone thru a box of popsicles tonight! That was my dinner! We don't get the wild storms, floods, tornadoes, or hurricanes but I've lived through some horriific earthquakes here and then Mt. St. Helens blew back in 1980. Can't ever prepare for earthquakes.

I'll be interested to see how long the Grinch can keep her mouth shut and her rage in check. Kinda hoping she'd stay true to form so we could rake her over the coals on the boards. You're not alone. I despise that woman too.

There was a large old house here that made it throught WWI and II and Hugo but about three weeks after Hugo we had another bad rain storm and a little wind and a giant oak tree (the only one left in that yard after Hugo, none of which hit the house) fell right smack dab in the middle of the house and ruined it. It had to be torn completely down. That was sad.

So here's the raw footage of the arrivals with Kathi Belich. http://www.wftv.com/video/20204770/index.html

Is it odd that Conway didn't arrive with Cindy? Was this a surprise deposition? And what was Baez doing there if it is the state doing the deposition? Is that normal?

Could this be related to the document issue on Friday?

It was reported this morning that it was a Defense Deposition. Baez requested it, and it lasted four hours. Knowing Baez that must mean he asked four questions. ;) The transcript is sealed unless the State requests a copy and then it is available to the public too. Ask! Ask!

So, Cindy's back in: http://www.cfnews13.com/MediaPlayer2/MediaPlayer.htm?video=cindyarrival_072920090943&cat=CAC&title=Cindy

for those sans mediaplayer, today she arrived pushing Conway's wheelchair, with him nervously keeping his hands on the wheels (I don't think he really likes to be pushed, imo). BC said it would be a long day, it would be all day, and did not comment when asked if George was this afternoon. No smiles from either CA or BC.

It was reported this morning that it was a Defense Deposition. Baez requested it, and it lasted four hours. Knowing Baez that must mean he asked four questions. ;) The transcript is sealed unless the State requests a copy and then it is available to the public too. Ask! Ask!

Gator

Naughty Jose. Kathi was asking him what information he was looking for in the deposition (paraphrased) and he says, nope, this is a state deposition, he didn't have anything to do with it.

I wonder who has the info that it was requested by Baez? And who they got that info from? The titles on the videos still say "State deposition" as does the article that says Day 2 of the State deposition.

Would the state run a deposition @ the request of the defense? I don't know how things work, but this doesn't sound logical...Color me confused.

I'm with you, it doesn't make sense that Baez is in on a prosecution deposition. Looks to me like he would receive any information in discovery. If both sides are participating, there is no need for anyone to request a transcript unless their notetaking ability sucks, they would just wait for the Q&A to become part of the case.

And if Baez forgets anything, he can always ask Cindy who has the memory of an elephant. Except for Zanny's address and phone number.

It was the state who did the questioning. They got it wrong this morning. Baez was there to listen I guess. Cindy walked out all smiles.

The news anchor was still reporting it as a State deposition. Obviously, they didn't watch their own tape and they didn't show it on the news either. They only showed him walking. I guess that's why they said they had the unedited version on line. They should have watched it themselves.

So sorry about your pup, it's so tough to love a loving companion.

Like the Grinch, Cindy's heart seems to be an empty hole. Wouldn't want to be in her shoes for million$, but how she can live with herself and not stand up for Caylee is beyond me. Maybe today was different. Maybe she felt secure that her testimony wouldn't leak until the trial.

New York Ships Homeless Families To Florida
Posted: 7:50 am EDT July 29, 2009

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Homeless New Yorkers are being shipped to other states, including Florida. That is because the city is buying one way plane tickets for homeless families.

It is part of a program to keep the homeless out of the city's expensive shelter system, which costs $36,000 each year per family.

The families can go anywhere they want if a family member agrees to take them in. They are mostly sent to Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.

The ministerial alliance in my town buys a one-way bus ticket out of town for any takers who are homeless. Meantime, there is an outfit that puts together food boxes, provides free meals, distributes donated items, and is trying to set up dorms (in FEMA trailers) for homeless singles and families. They're faith based and have voluteers from local churches, but frequently have emergency needs of big bucks. What galls me about all this is that there are two churches (mine being one of them) that have recently built $4 - $5 million dollar expansion projects. We couldn't cut back a little and donate a little heavier to The Mission? Man, I hate it when I get POed at my church.

Okay. I'm off the soapbox.

Well, you know how Baez seems to have trouble getting all that info from prosecution--has to pay for copying and all that. Since it seems there are plenty other lawyers probably doing the real stuff, he can afford to sit in on the depositions and take his own notes, lol. Which reminds me, why did neither he nor Casey's civil attorney ever sit in on the ZFG depos?

Heard on the news today 550 families have taken advantage of the tickets. This report did put the majority as to going to Puerto Rico. It was listed as in the 30's for families going to FL and GA, and now some are going to the Carolinas. The reporter also said there were several other countries they went to, but did not list them.

Hi Gang, long time no see. I see where States Atty office interviewed Cindy and heard they had access to civil depos. Know what I would be hitting her hard on? Her claim that she had Zanny's phone number and address written down. First of all, she said she did not have those anymore and she thought she had given them to police. Obviously she did not. In all the released documents have any of you seen any info on a number that they researched or an address the police checked out? I haven't. So why would she be so casual and cavalier about the whereabouts of that info? Even if the number was disconnected when I called it, I would get that to police immediately. They could get those phone records and see if Zanny called the airport, a bus station, a cousin in Puerto Rico, etc. As for the address, even if no one was home, think of the possibilities. LE could get a search warrant and check for evidence of all kinds of things. If Zanny was selling babies or gave the baby to a pedophile ring ,maybe there would some kind of paperwork or little scraps of paper with numbers on them or what if there was a computer there, the police could see if Zanny had emailed friends or family asking for a place to lay low. I mean I would have given the police that info immediately and I would be on the phone every day asking, Did you check it out, did you search it, did you get phone records for that number? They would be so sick of me bugging them. But Cindy can't really recall whether she gave it to police , all she knows is she does not have that info anymore. Riiiiight...... . I would use this line of questioning to suggest on the stand that she did not keep that info or investigate it because she did not believe the nanny story from the get go.Or more likely she never even had that info in the first place, because it did not exist. To me that was one of the most damaging claims she made in the civil depo..

Maybe Zanny's personal information that Cindy blabbed about in the civil deposition is in part what is being questioned here. I'm thinking that the prosecution is also very interested in what/why D Casey and Hoover were so near the scene of Caylee's remains. Cannot imagine that Cindy being the victim's grandmother should give her a pass on obstruction and/or perjury charges. Especially in light of the fact that G&C are turning their back on the victim and are perjuring themselves for the likes of a murderess.

I think I understand to some degree what they are trying to do, and that is to take a stand for the presumption of innocence, but there has to be a way to honor Caylee and the pursuit of justice and still offer Casey support. And the simple path to accomplish that is to tell the ftruth.

Well, IMO, if that is the line of thinking, then Casey should not be sitting in jail, she lost her daughter, after all. :flamemad: Seems if they have commited perjury or obstruction, they should have to take the consequences like everyone else. Wonder if other people get to stay out of jail because of a dead granddaughter, or is it just because this is a high profile case?

August 7th

Cindy said she was putting things away in Casey's bathroom when she saw the hair straightner and remembered that Zanny gave it to Casey. Funny, how just a few days before that during a jailhouse visit, Casey told that to her mother and said - REMEMBER.

I believe Caylee's birthday is August 9th. If one of my mother's grandchildren was missing, I know she would not be doing household chores two days before his or her birthday. She would be in bed, with a cold compress over her eyes and probably some sort of tranquilizer. My mother is a strong woman but she loves her family dearly. Putting away towels would not be high on her priority list.

Thanks for the links! Couldn't hear Cindy's answer to how she is doing, ut it was hard to avoid hearing Baez's disrespect for Morgan and Mitnik's depo by calling the ZFG case frivolous. And everything is cordial and professional. LMAO It was G&C who committed those faux pas at the M&M deposition, not the attorneys.

I've got a naughty finger for the defense faction too!

And Baez should tuck his shirt in. This is not Casual Friday.

Looks like he's wearing a "Guayabera". That's the equal to a shirt, tie and jacket in the Carribbean islands. I guess no one has told him that he is in Orlando and not San Juan. They are even used in place of tuxedoes - on the Islands. I guess he thought he went to court in Puerto Rico.

Yes, it's a cultural thing. There are all different types of guayaberas and they are even used in place of a tuxedo. Many men in Puerto Rico wear them to their wedding. Some cost hundreds of dollars. My brother was married in the Philippines and that's what he wore. When my Puerto Rican grandfather died, he was buried wearing one.

They weren't in court today, they were in the State Attorney's office building. I think he wore it as a tactical move to impress the Latin juror prospects. Lee and his lawyers are certainly the savvy ones here. Lee has laid low pretty much except the dog and sign thing with the protesters, where he really did look foolish lying about the law--and probably even the dog knew that. And the slobbering on the bracelet episode @ the memorial service. Keep your head down and your mouth shut, and you just might be able to strike a deal about immunity. I notice Luka didn't say the usual--altho he hasn't done anything he would need immunity for. I THINK Luka said that, as well as Brad said it about the A's.

Jose--he does say something fairly intelligent, about letting the state do their thing. He says something rather intelligent, tho, when stating that the media or cameras portrayed the A's in a negative way in the civil depo--uh, Jose, pssst---the cameras only portrayed them as they were. There were no special effects being done. The negative portrayal was only because the A's WERE negative. And obnoxious. And a few other things.

That was interesting. 600+ pages (and no, I haven't read them all, just a synopsis of sorts) and some relating to the negative evaluation as he was dismissed--on one of the days conjectured to be the date of Caylee's disappearance? And, he didn't handle criticism well, it seems. But, according to the article, for all that the A's are trying to cast blame on him, they HAVE discounted his involvement.

Surely, there isn't going to be any more nonsense about the TES records. It would seem to me the defense would have to have compelling evidence of a reason to request records, and that should be just the records of one person they might suspect of illegal activity, not every record of every volunteer. IMO

Another question as I'm reading through the doc dump: Lee, Cindy & George refused to submit to a polygraph. Does that mean it is a moot point now since they are doing these depos with the state's attorneys office this week and next? Would this point to more guilt on their part since they didn't do them? If they have nothing to hide, why didn't they just do them in the first place? (I remember yous speculating on these points earlier but wondered if it is critical any more at this stage because of the depos)

Amy,

I've never heard of this until now. I've heard of saving snips of a boy's first haircut (and even girls'). My mom kept our ponytails from our first haircuts but then our hair was down to the back of our knees and went to bottom of our ears length. I guess it's hard to try to remember fact from fiction since the two seemed to "dance with each other" so often in this case. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-love025.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php) The truth and lies go round and round.

Interesting that cindy would say that the two people who are suspects and casey's ex and the girl she stole money from. Things that make you say hmmmmm.

What are the odds, huh?

Um what the hell? I heard that in the new documents released Cindy tries really hard to convince LE that there was a nanny. She refers to certain toys that Caylee took to Zanny's and a curling iron that Zanny gave her and she wanted both dusted for fingerprints. Um, so what to make of her telling LE early on in an interview that she has suspected or known for a year that there was no nanny and that she thought maybe the nanny might be Jesse or Amy(both people Casey stole from oddly.I agree with the poster this is probably a payback on Cindys part implicationg them) . So which is it? There is a nanny and she believes to this day there was one or for a year she has known there was no nanny and it was a substitute for someone else's name. I heard a talking head say today that they thought Cindy saying this was helpful to her defense and also they may well use Cindy to convince the jury there was a nanny. Really????? Use Cindy of a million lies or mistruths as she calls them. You mean the Cindy who said it smelled like a dead body, pizza , frozen food, did not smell at all until it went to the tow yard, the same Cindy who had the nanny's phone and address and never acted on that at all. If Jose uses her in Caseys defense, imagine how that taped depo is going to make her look. Also I have a question , did Cindy contend Zanny gave her the hair straightener directly or Casey said Zanny gave it to her. I thought she never met the nanny.

Oh she'd make a fine lawyer. She'd have everyone "spinning" from all her 'mis-truths' or umm, half-truths and no one could figure out where she's coming from so therefore couldn't convict her client. teehee. :)

I think the talking head has not been following this story like we have, imo. We know the many permutations that have happened, and if you ask me, they will all cancel out anything Cindy has to say on the stand. If I were on a jury and had several versions played and read to me, that witness would no longer be credible to me.

I just know I don't want any pizza a la squirrel from Orlando...I mean, if the local pizza can be confused with decomp, I'm pretty sure it didn't come out of Gator's kitchen...

Yeah. You know, that one that babysat for $400/week...no wait, for free...for the hard-working mother of one child who had to be gone all hours of the day and night to provide, who was thrown out on her own to survive any way she could (by her parents), who did such an up-standing job of raising that child to have good morals (no lying, no sleeping around with lots of different men, no stealing, no envying...), no vehicle of her own to get around so must have used public transportation, and is now taking all the blame for killing her daughter and handling it so admirably all the time. Yeah...rrrrriiiggggghhhhhttttttttt. :D

Err...what nanny? IMOOh so Casey told her , well translation, Lie..... LOL. I was wondering when the FBI released the info about the decomp air test. Was that in August? I actually found the statement about the hair straightener dated August 7 and before that was Cindys interview about her thinking for a year there was no Zanny. So maybe when the air test came out she knew she had to backtrack and find a way to blur that original statement. She has been lying ever since. Maybe the prosecution can introduce CIndy and Casey as Liar Sr and Liar Jr.

As far as I can tell, Caylee had zero playmates. Haven't seen one single pic of Caylee with another child or at a BDay party, etc. And I do not think it's normal for the Ants to have isolated her, although she seems very well socialized in the vids.

Hi Drew :seeya: To be honest with you, I've never seen what I would term REAL GRIEF ever in any videos posted throughout since this came down last July from G&C. Now, I know people grieve differently but at some time we all go through the 5 major stages of grief.

*Denial
*Anger
*Bargaining
*Depression
*Acceptance

I've noticed a lot of denial & anger and maybe that's where they're stuck. But, throughout grieving, at any or all stages, there are real tears. I've seen fake ones produced by them when they didn't want the autopsy report released, maybe there were even a few at the memorial service but none seemed genuine to me. JMO's Sometimes you're numb, exhausted, in shock, feeling like you're in the spotlight and can't break down like you'd really want to, whatever; but usually there is crying at some point. Maybe it's been all contained and only done in the house on Hopespring Drive. As public as they've made themselves, you'd think something would trigger the REAL THING. Haven't observed it from my perspective. Just my thoughts and opinions for what they're worth!!

I notice Brad hasn't said anything lately about immunity for George and Cindy, but then, even when he said they WOULD ask for it, he swears they haven't done anything that they would need it for. Guess we will see, huh?

Of course, I guess it could be a possibility they did get it, and it's just been kept quiet. I would think the immunity deal for Lee has been in the works, and I hadn't read anything about him getting it until today. NAH,.....for all that Cindy seems to have a new personality, I don't see her not being able to gloat to reporters if she got immunity.

The only playmate(s) I've ever heard referred to were the little boy & girl that Zanny was supposedly taking care of along with Caylee. Other than that, her playmates were probably the dogs at home!

Pretty much what that older couple (neighbors, they sounded like "older") said in that one video. The A's sure didn't seem to socialize with any of the neighbors, just trotted around w/Caylee in a buggy now and then. Of course, they could have had friends that weren't neighbors, but mighty few have come forward. The girl who used to baby sit Caylee for free until she found out that Casey wasn't working. Is she the same one who swore on NG or GVS or somewhere that Casey could not possibly have killed Caylee, because she breastfed her?

Maybe Caylee did have little friends and the Ants just don't have permission to publish of SELL the pix, but I doubt it for some reason. Their dynamics are interesting if for no other reason than Why? Why are they so isolated? Hermits? Homebodies? Agoraphobes? I can dig it. But you have a responsibility to prepare a child and part of that includes the socializing aspect.

I'm not sure where a lot of the pics we had of Caylee came from ---maybe off Casey's my space before it was all deleted and made private and all that? Cuz I'm pretty sure those pics weren't put out by the A's--they weren't into the selling @ the very beginning when those came out.

I would think that, even if they came from Casey's MySpace, that she surely would have included pics of other kids Caylee played with, or attended bd parties. So, I really don't think there could have been any other kids than Casey's imaginary friend's imaginary kids.

I asked myself today if G&C were to straighten up and fly right, i.e. tell the truth, would I give them the benefit of the doubt? And yes, I would. I'd give them at least another chance. But then I'm putting conditions on them and I don't even know them. Sooooooooo I guess no matter how you look at it, I'm judging them. But when people are in your life, you have to draw the line somewhere when it comes to jerking you around.

The one who's on the board of directors of the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation?? hmmm
