You're right Amy. The actual application of the DP ongoing at this time, must mean they have more than they're telling us. I'm one to always leave room for doubt and yet I know they didn't just slap the death penaltyon the table on a whim or because they don't like her. I have no doubts that LE was basing their decision on facts they have.
The clues and circumstantial evidence IE, the lies, the jaunts to Sawgrass and Universal, the stink in the car, the lack of a normal reaction while Caylee was missing, as in partying, tattoo, not mentioning her missing while with friends.. all that- speaks also to her guilt. One of the TH's said this trial was going to be largely consumed with scientific stuff. But, that was said at the beginning when they were disputing hairs and decomposition.
I hope they don't' belabor the sciences. I hate that. I want to hear about the fights and things. I'm a voyeur. lol!:hat: Funny you should mention that. My cousin and I have been discussing why the audience for true crime books. clubs , and television shows is mostly women and statistics bear this out. I said that it is because women are way more interested in why people behave or misbehave the way they do, why people get to be sociopaths, etc. I find this in everyday life a lot. Rarely do men wonder why someone dumps them, gets mad at them, acts a certain way, as a general rule I find in my own life, women look for a reason or a motive in most behavior and while I find the forensics somewhat interesting, my favorite true crime books deal with relationships gone sour and why it happened or with people who lead a double life. How do they get that way? Why do they behave that way? What made them kill ? I just don't think men are very interested in why and true crime to me is about human behavior, aberrant or otherwise. I would love to have some of you comment on why true crime is more interesting to women. Any thoughts. My cousin who knows all about this board and I tell her about some of the funny and smart posts told me to come on here and see what some of the good minds thought. So when I saw your post it reminded me of our discussion. So again my theory is women are much more analytical about human behavior than men.
I was thinking about reality shows. Somewhere, there were posts, either jokingly or not, about the next the A's will be wanting a reality show. Now, I don't watch them, am not sure which ones are the reality shows, except Jon and Kate. When I do think of reality shows, I gotta wonder, who in the heck wants to live their lives with a camera always on? And, it really does have to affect how people act and what they say. Some will be saying less than they normally would, and some will be doing and saying things they never would have without the cameras rolling.
Anyway, in a way, the A's HAVE had their own reality show. One for which they aren't getting the same $$$ that people like Jon and Kate are getting. Of course, we aren't seeing the day-to-day in the home stuff (and frankly, I for one am thinking that could be a good thing!!!!:chicken:) Altho I do believe they ARE getting $$$ from somewhere, and maybe it's more than they could get w/a reality show, and they don't have to show all their pimples and bunions.
You got to wonder how the A's would be acting, what they would be saying if the murder of their granddaughter and the (proposed) conviction of their daughter wasn't talked about nightly on national tv shows, the daily coverage in the local papers and news, the weekly coverage in various and sundry tabloids. Now, I KNOW they wanted that @ the beginning, the first couple of days, wanting to get their baby back. But, when they realized WHO killed their grandbaby, things went askew.
If they learned that without the cameras already rolling, if the cameras NEVER rolled, would they have been acting differently? Would they have been doing what "normal" people most likely would be doing--supporting their daughter, loving their daughter, yet cooperating with authorities because they know their daughter has to face the consequences of what she did? Unfortunately, niether they nor us will ever know. And, who knows? Maybe it all would have come down to pretty much the same thing (how they act and talk) but we would have no clue, cuz there would be no coverage about them.
Well, not sure I was able to express what I am thinking. Maybe I should go make a cuppa cawfee as you all say, and wake up before I post again. lol

Personally, I think the Ants act pretty much On The Thing like they do in private; they simply don't employ the brakes to what they have to say; it's amazing to me that they go out in the world with lead feet on the accelerator. They may not have been private people before Casey ruined their perfect world, maybe they've always been exhibitionists.
Not positive how I would act, but for sure would not be airing my dirty laundry in public, and would be sure to state the difference between what I think and what I know to be the truth. Especially under oath. (It's so obvious that lying is acceptable behavior to them.) I cannot imagine favoring a child like Casey knowing that she could likely be responsible for such a reprehensible crime over any victim, let alone my murdered family member. If she had had some sort of mental illness or true psychological break it'd be a whole nuther story, but that just doesn't seem to be the case.

Has anyone seen that Diane Fanning has a book about this case coming out in November -- called Mommy's Little Girl? Does anyone else think it's a little premature? I've read a few books of Diane Fanning's and I don't have anything against making money but how complete is this book going to be if it's writtien by November? I have a feeling we've only seen the tip of the iceberg as far as the Liar is concerned. Ms. Fanning won't even be able to cover the trial.

That's because (unlike the A's) you're not an exhibitionist Amy. :) Personally, I'd be dead or in jail. Where they go, their tails will follow anyway. They don't even seem to realize at this point, that their daughter and Caylee are gone. It's a strong possibility they haven't even begun to imagine that they are going to be arrested as well, and held on obstruction charges. IMO.
I'm getting that those people are mad at the world because the world has laws that differ from Cindy's laws. THe other day, Gator and I were discussing that point. She is clawing at LE to give her back her reins on Casey. IMO Liar seems relieved in some strange way to be out of her control. But CA wants exclusive rights to her daughter and seems to believe no one has rights to discipline or grant immunity to anyone in her Stepford world, or in that mess she calls a family.
I have always felt that this was Cindy's attitude: "This is a private family matter. Give me my child and I will take her home and handle the matter appropriately." Not sure if it is conscious oe unconscious but I honestly think she believes that what happens inside the family is no one else's business. JMO , MOO
I hear that Jav. When we play devil's advocate, we can try to imagine what we would do in their shoes. Your compassion is front up! I love it. It speaks to my heart. :)
On the temple of Delphi, it is written "Know Thyself" I do. I've been observing me for many years. ;)
With that said, if I were in that situation re the protesters on my front lawn, I'd stay indoors until they dispersed. If the A's stayed inside instead of fanning the flames, they may have left sooner. I believe that. Not to say that their own behaviors inspired the mob mentality.. but I'm just saying.. ya know?
Just like, if they would say "no comment" each and every time they were approached, soon the media would (most likely) know they are wasting their time and breath trying to get any statement from them (or their attorneys.)
If the protesters are ignored, if they get no reaction from those whom they are protesting, they would soon lose interest, most likely. Or, there might have been someone being a little rabid who might have done something that they could not ignore--set the garage on fire, throw a brick thru the window or something. Even that should be followed by a phone call to 911 and a quick exit out the back door. IMO.
I think it's too early for books about the case to come out. Casey hasn't even gone to trial.
There were documentaries about Laci Peterson even before her and Connor's bodies were found. Books, even one by Catherine Crier IIRC came out before the trial. I can't remember the next case I was following, but the books came out before the trial. I've always tho't--how can they write them just by talking to people and reading news articles. The down dirty would come out in the trial, and sometimes that puts to rest some of the rumors and downright lies by people to whom the author talked to.
Me, I wait for a book that is written when much more (because probably not all is ever known) is known after the trial.
But, even if it's too early for a book, there are always advance royalties authors get when promising to write a book. Don't know why the would go for unknown authors which the A's would be, but maybe there are already ghost writers lined up to see that the book is written?

The A's are going to write a book about how to deal with it, when child goes missing. I'm going to hurl with Wind.
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2008/11/casey-anthony-1.html
...Instead, it will focus on what families should do if their child is missing...
...But do you think anyone with a missing child would want to follow the Anthonys' example or advice? Who would buy their book?...
AMEN, Hal. And shouldn't that read what families should do if they think their grandchild is missing?

Wonder if this is the type of book the publisher planned on the A's to write? Or, is this just a bit of a red herring the A's are putting out to make people think they won't profit on a tell-all book?
I agree w/the author of the blog--who would want to read a book about what to do when a child goes missing by the A's? Well, I guess there are people who haven't heard of this case, or only heard in passing, maybe when Caylee first went "missing." Or, people could by it and use it for info on how NOT to act when a child goes missing. If the A's book says follow path A--you know you'd better be looking for another path--ANY other path to be following!!!! IMO

Seriously, c'mon people get a clue. Your books going to be as worthless as the "efforts" you put into finding Caylee.

When the A's write their book, the title is going to have Caylee's name on the front of it. The tag line on the back cover will break hearts. The pages inside of the book will be good liner on the bottom of a bird cage. They'll make millions!
It won't bring Caylee back and it won't get liar off the hook. But they'll live in incredible style. Money doesn't protect anyone from suffering, but they don't know that yet.
No amount of money will evah buy the dissonANTs style. Incredible or otherwise. Just think how tacky they'll be as nouveau riche.

Hi Nawny! Since I'm still w/o internet/cable, I can only jump on intermittently. I so agree with your comment about the Liar being relieved to be out of Cindy's reach/control. I would guess she's more than relieved and been doing her happy dance in her cell (w/o stripper pole, of course!). When I watch her facial expressions in court, Liar appears to be soaking up the attention in her newfound "daddy" JB and "mommy" LKB. I keep watching for her to direct a smile or something towards her parents, but I have not seen any effort there. Stepford world is spot on. I believe much of Cindy's rage is that she IS NO LONGER in control of ANYTHING!! Ha, Ha, Cindy. Go ahead and make an ass out of yourself on the thing!

And their efforts elsewhere. They didn't put that boat in any of the waters around Sutsama FL looking for Haleigh Cummings--in fact, when George went there, there weren't any pics of him towing his boat.
And, did they tow that boat up to MI to find Nevaeh Buchanan? She was found near the water. Sandra Cantu they get a pass on, as the only water there were the drain off ponds, and not even I would expect they or anyone else would put a boat in one of those. But, there have been several instances of need for a boat right there in the Orlando area, and there was no George and SS off your Azz or whatever name you all decided on (;)) in those waters. That was about the time they were doing the promo picks of them on some other body of water, tho.
I wouldn't buy their books even for the entertainment value. I'd probably by screaming and throwing the book every sentence or so, anyway. :flamemad:
Let's see, what would my checklist be....?
1) call police
2) clean car
3) do laundry
4) bookstore
Maybe not:shrug:
Tad bit out of order, my dear. FIRST, you clean the car. You don't call the police until after you find out your loved one has been missing 31 days. That always comes AFTER finding the car and cleaning it, doncha know? ;)
Maybe, everyone in the world should by a copy of that book. You know, to have on hand in case someone ever goes missing. That way, you can go straight to your bookcase and get it, instead of having to worry about working a trip to the library or bookstore to pick one up.
Let's see. Find car and clean it. Call police. Then, I think you would have to read the book (everyone needs to become speedreaders, cuz you won't have much time, ya know) to know that the next item on the list would be to do laundry.
Wonder if the book will include things like: pick a favorite color, or a color you think you look good in, and be sure to have on hand many blouses or sweaters of that color so you can wear that color every day. Or, pick a symbol that means something to the accused murderer of your loved one, and wear THAT prominently to every hearing or NG interview, or just whenever you might be outside and be interviewed by a tv reporter. (If it's just the newspaper reporters, it's not so important, unless they want pics to go w/the article.)
Oh, and I do think they need to tweak the title somewhat. They don't have answers to what to do when your child goes missing. They have answers (in their own way) about what to do when your grandchild is murdered by your daughter. Unfortunately, there will be more of these. Casey isn't the first and sadly won't be the last mother to kill her own child(ren.) There was a new one just today or yesterday in TX. :flamemad:

It's a riot! There is lots and lots of money waiting to be paid for a book by these treacherous people. The human interest story is what sells books. It will sell, and the reviews on Amazon will make this forum look like a compliment to the A's. I wager there will be many books written on this story and if for nothing else, the one the A's write will be bought as part of the collection. Here's the host of authors that will probably cash in:
Padilla
Kronk
Casey
Cindy
Brad
Amy
Grund
Zanny the Nanny
and the beat goes on!
Wonder if this is the type of book the publisher planned on the A's to write? Or, is this just a bit of a red herring the A's are putting out to make people think they won't profit on a tell-all book?

Hi A&O!
Yes the book would be worth nothing to the greater good of the world. However, that is not to say it won't sell. It will definitely sell because they have become the icons of awful and because of the story about little Caylee. The curiosity mongers will pay the money for it, then throw it against the wall. Some people need to do that.. so if there are ten million people in NYC, and 1% of them buy the book for 25.00 dollars, and the A's get 6% of the gross sales.... think about it.
Marsha Clark retired after she wrote her stupid book. Ann Rule got famous after her Bundy book (but she's a great writer) It seems we all are attracted to the decadence in the world. We will read a headline that says something horrible before we'll read about the hike in oil prices. The A's are already cashing in on this child, and I expect a book from them and a few others. It's a hottie.
I find it disgusting that George and Cindy plan to write book. Of course there will be people who will buy the book out of curiosity, entertainment etc. The book won't sell well. The only people I can see writing books on dealing with a missing child are people who work in LE or people whose children or relatives actually went missing. But I don't think people whose children go missing would care to spend time reading books on how to deal with it. Many legitimate missing children's organizations have counselors who do pro bono work for them and many of their advisers are former LE people who worked in cases years before. If my child was missing I would rather talk to a counselor or former cop who worked a missing children's case years before than read a stupid book by a couple whose granddaughter was never really missing to begin with. In the end George and Cindy will never meet the ranks of advocates like Mark Klaas, Beth Holloway, John Walsh, Collen Nick or Patty Wetterling.
I do think LP is most likely to cash in with a book. But I don't see Amy writing a book. I think she is least likely to write a book. I think Jesse would write a book if his dad put him up to it.

Oh I agree with you 100%. The book will sell just because people "need" to know what these idiots are saying next. Everything about this case makes me sick. I think about poor little Caylee who didn't even really matter. I mean yeah she was a fun toy to play with and show off while she was there but now that she's gone her family doesn't really care. Maybe that's judgmental and harsh but IMO if they really cared they would want her murderer punished no matter who it is. It's just not fair. These losers will be profiting off of the death of this child. I hate this case. There are too many nutjobs.

Team Caylee from Yuku.com and those affected by them PLEASE READ
Current mood: confident
Good evening!
This will be a multi-part blog that I want EVERYONE to read.. And, I want you to paste it and forward it anywhere TeamCaylee from Yuku.com has left their droppings.
To ALL THE MEMBERS OF TEAM CAYLEE @ YUKU.COM:
First of all, let me say how disgusted and enraged I am that you have attached Caylee's name to your misguided, evil efforts. However, considering your Queen Jezebel, her behavior and her eunuch servant's behavior over the last 6-months I am not surprised at her ability to demean Caylee's name but you WILL NOT demean her legacy!
I've seen your entire members list, followed your screen names to other sites, gathered IP addresses and established identities. I do not believe that ALL OF YOU are a part of this effort to defame, slander and demean others who you do not agree with. I've seen enough to know that there are some of you who are not in agreement with everything that is going on. FOR THOSE OF YOU that have not participated in the libelous attacks going on at the Topix forum I will give you until 5 p.m. tomorrow MONDAY FEBRUARY 16th 2009 to contact me here, give me your name and any information you can offer regarding these activities. I will attach your IP address to your name and REMOVE YOU FROM THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. That offer ends at 5 p.m. tomorrow. IF YOU DO NOT contact me then you will be included in the legal proceedings that are in process. I will be meeting with the LAWYERS this week and handing over all of the information accumulated on you. Yes, LAWYERS plural. It seems that some of the others you've targeted have their own lawyers who I WILL BE GIVING MY INFORMATION TO THEM AS WELL.
A Texas Judge has ruled against the Topix forum THIS MONTH and 178 anonymous posters will be exposed and possibly prosecuted for their comments on a Topix Forum. A recent bill passed in Congress allows up to TWO YEARS IN JAIL for libelous comments, known as flames. Some of you have gotten caught up in this "game" and followed the wrong people down a wrong road. I am giving you a chance to get off of that road and do the right thing. If you do not take that choice, I will not feel bad for the havoc that rains down on your life. If you've been told there is nothing that can be done about your actions YOU WERE LIED TO. DO NOT TAKE THE FALL FOR THEM!
TO EVERYONE ATTACKED AND DEFAMED BY TEAMCAYLEE @ YUKU.COM:
The names of those involved can be found in a prior blog or at the Topix forum Team Jesse We Support You. If you recognize screen names or identities please contact the various web sites in question you will find that their policies have been violated. Please notify them that information taken from their sites has been used to harass you online. Also, if you wish to participate in the LAWSUIT that is being filed and the INVESTIGATION that is being commenced, please contact me as well with your information, who has harassed you and where this has taken place and I will pass it on to the LAWYERS. If a large enough number of you do so, I believe a COLLECTIVE LAWSUIT against ALL INVOLVED, THEIR BUSINESSES, ASSETS AND WEB SITES USED is in order. At least two of the perpetrators have successful businesses and they will have assets to pay for the judgments. But do not do it for financial gain - do it to set a precedence for others in the future. DO NOT DELAY IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS.
AGAIN TO TEAM CAYLEE AND ALL OF IT'S WONDERFUL MEMBERS:
I want to thank you. What was meant for evil God has used for good. Over the last 6-months I've spent all of my time trying to find Caylee. I wasn't working on a cover-up or trying to protect anyone. During that time I fought for Caylee and because of some extremely misguided people had to stand up for my son Jesse. It wasn't that he couldn't stand up for himself. It was just that as a key witness in this case he was limited in what he could say. I wasn't. During that time I was so focused on Caylee and Jesse that I neglected other things that were important to me thinking they were safe. Because of your DIABOLICAL attack on my wife you caused me to shift my focus to her. Caylee has been found and is safe at Home. Jesse is secure and has had his say. Now, I am focused on my home, my wife and my life. Thank you for reminding me what is important. What the devil meant for bad GOD HAS USED FOR GOOD! So, even in that assignment you have failed.
I want to state for the record that I have no pleasure in seeing people go to jail or see lives, marriages and careers destroyed. This was not my choice. As the Judge in the Nevada Court room said to OJ Simpson; she did not know if it was his arrogance or his ignorance that got him to where he is now. I would wonder the same about you. It's too late to delete files and create another web site. Your efforts to destroy the Friends of Caylee web site will not succeed either and just so that your small darkened minds understand - Caylee's ENTIRE NAME was trademarked which means it cannot be used for business reasons. This site is a free site with no profits being made. At no time have I made, sought or intended to seek any profit from her name. Can the same be said for the Queen Jezebel that you follow so blindly and so foolishly?
I am sorry all of you have had to endure this but I will not stand for nor will I allow bullies to succeed. I CANNOT STAND BULLIES. And, that's what you miscreants are - BULLIES. As it always is with BULLIES - as soon as someone stands up to you we find out that you aren't as big, strong or as dangerous as you hoped you'd be.

Sounds like a man on a mission, and depending on what the defense it, it might be interesting to see if/how Casey/Baez does try to set any or all of the Grunds up.
I used the term Team Caylee a while back to describe us here as supporters of justice for Caylee, but I'm not any part of the people at Yuko.com.

It gets nastier as we go along. And none of this is needed. I think all of them need to step back and take a look at what they are doing. None of this is honoring Caylee or God, if you ask me. That, of course, would just be MOO

To be honest deacon, R Grund kinda gives me the heebie jeebies. Strikes me as very vain and somewhat of an attention seeker. But hey. What do I know?

When the A's write their book, the title is going to have Caylee's name on the front of it. The tag line on the back cover will break hearts. The pages inside of the book will be good liner on the bottom of a bird cage. They'll make millions!
It won't bring Caylee back and it won't get liar off the hook. But they'll live in incredible style. Money doesn't protect anyone from suffering, but they don't know that yet.
OJ thought he would make millions on his book. Look what happened there. The publisher caved into the public outcry. It can happen again.

I have always felt that this was Cindy's attitude: "This is a private family matter. Give me my child and I will take her home and handle the matter appropriately." Not sure if it is conscious oe unconscious but I honestly think she believes that what happens inside the family is no one else's business. JMO , MOO
JD, excellent opinion. I agree and that's my opinion. I would think that she feels that Caylee was her granddaughter and "possession". If she is willing to look the other way in her death, who's business is it but hers? She probably thinks she is the one who suffered the loss, no one else, so she should be the one to determine the fate of the killer.

Speaking of: Cindy said during the ZFG deposition that at this point she thought that Zanny could be Amy or Jesse. Now just how did she mean that? That Casey was lying all along to protect one of those two and they (s)he had the clout to threaten the family? Casey didn't recognize her/him when she got knocked down at JBP and Caylee was taken? Is she admitting (just minutes after describing the real #10 Zanny) that Casey lied about Zanny from the git?

Amy I don't know how you do it but FYI I cant' read when my eyes are watering from laughing and I have to go over it twice.
The assonthething, is the name of the boat. ROTFL! How's your cleaning lady?
Well, I was being lazy and didn't want to go thru posts to look for the actual name, just remembered some of the words it contained. ;)
Oh, my cleaning GIRL? She's just 19, the kids' neice. So, she was going to come over Saturday. But, DD was asleep. Now, WHY DD has to be awake is beyond me--it's not like DD is going to HELP her, for Pete's sake!!!! So, she shows up about 11:30 or so. The next I know, DD and her bf are going shopping--as is K!!!! I ask, now, are there any cleaning supplies I need to be getting for you? Oh, no, it's all fine (like, how would she know--she didn't even look around.) So, off they go. DD returns about 4--po'd as all get out @ the bf--who dropped her off and went to work. Whatever made her angry, she started hauling his stuff to the porch. "Oh, is he moving out, or are you moving him out?" "He doesn't know it yet, but he's moving out. He'll know when he gets back home." (Shaking head icon goes here.) Anyway, they dropped K off @ her apt. Seems she was hoping from a visit from the bf who has a restriction order on him (and if the neighbors see him, they WILL call the police.) He just got out of jail for beating on her--but "we're a family, you know." Right, she has a girl, they have a baby boy. He has been porking a 17 y/o since K was a few months pregnant, and leaves her every other day to go back to this child. But, but, HE buys the 2 kids' diapers!!! If she doesn't let him see them, or doesn't bail him out before he loses his job, SHE will have to buy diapers out of her gov't issued checks that are to be used FOR THE BABIES!!!!! But, I digress.
So, yesterday, she was coming over. She tells DD she can do all the cleaning in one day. RIGHT. Okay. I take DS to work about 11:30. I get a call from DD saying that K is walking over. Okay. By 2 or 3 o'clock, I figure, well, no cleaning today, for sure, except what I had been doing. Trying to get things sorted out, put up or thrown away so she doesn't have to worry about asking what I want done with whatever is sitting around. DD's bf comes in about 4--K left him a text earlier telling him she wasn't coming over because DD said she wasn't feeling well, and K didn't want to "catch" anything. Again, DD would have been shut in her room, K wasn't going to clean in there---but, any excuse will do, of course.
So, here we are today. K texted DD that she will be over about 2 to clean. Whatever. So, DD texted her back and said she and bf are going fishing, but that I was expecting her. An immediate text back, well, the grandmothers have returned her kids to her---she'll clean next weekend!!! :D Whatever. Heck, by the time she gets here, I will have cleaned enough that the price will be down to $25 a room!!!!
Maybe they can call their book Ugly Coping. Give the phrase a real definition?
Now, that's an idea for sure!!! If Cindy or anyone "helping" her are reading the boards, maybe they will see this, and include it in their list for potential titles!!!!
I'm betting the publisher and the ghostwriter (surely they will have help writing) once they read the info would probably vote for this to be the title.
I just had a tho't about ghostwriters. KFN has experts in many fields (cough cough) on their board and available to them. Wonder if ghostwriter is one of them?? Maybe their former spokesperson--somebody bart? has writing skills under her belt.

The judge entered an order for access to all cell phone records for eight witnesses. The records go back 18 months and includes cell phone internet searches. Baez wants to find out who the detectives was talking to in the woods. The order includes George, Cindy and Lee's records for one and a half years. Everyone else is for one year.

No Charges To Be Filed Against Anthonys
Women Said Anthonys Chased Them From Memorial
ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony will not face charges in connection with a criminal complaint filed by a pair of local women last week, Orange County Sheriff's Department Corporal Susan Soto said.
The women filed a complaint saying that Cindy Anthony took down their memorial cross to Caylee, then, along with George Anthony, chased them out of the neighborhood.
George and Cindy Anthony are the parents of Casey Anthony, who is at the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive last December.
Monday night, Lois Peter and Denise Hill said they staked out the area along Suburban Drive to see who kept taking down their memorial crosses to Caylee. At around 10:30 p.m., they said they snapped a picture of George Anthony waiting in his vehicle while Cindy Anthony took down the cross. After that, the women said, the Anthonys and their friends pursued them out of the neighborhood.
The Anthonys' lawyer, Brad Conway, said the incident did not happen that way at that the women nearly ran over George Anthony.

There is something so sickening about seeing a dead child used to make money. It's almost like a form of child labor...or slavery...if there's going to be any law to come of this, I would sure like to see a Caylee's law, where a murdered child's image could not be used to make money...for any reason. I just never thought such a law would ever be necessary, but I've never seen anything like this.

I think it was a draw--Lois Peter would be better off staying @ home keeping an eye on her granddaughter, monitoring her internet use, making sure she isn't being exposed on the internet thru webcam renditions of her acting ability and such. Perhaps, since it is well known by now that someone is going to continue removing things from the "crime scene" memorial, she would be better off finding another place, requesting permission of the owner, and place her memorials there. Continuing the back and forth @ that site isn't going to accomplish anything. IMO
Well, I guess it will keep the A's in the spotlight, and give a bit of a spotlight to Ms Peter, too. I guess if that is what she wants......??????
for heaven's sake! the Caylee Sunshine dollmaker is writing a book!
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/breakingnews/orl-bk-caylee-anthony-doll-maker-book-060809,0,5842889.story
Will the avarice never end in this case?! imo.
I guess all people have different reading interests. But, really, what is the audience for someone detailing inspirations for dolls and toys? Now, if it was something about the history of the Matel corporation and the Barbie and GI Joe dolls and some of their games, I might pick it up and browse thru it @ the bookstore (don't know as I would put out any money to BUY it, tho.)
This is probably (hopefully) going to be one of those books where the majority sits in the authors garage, and he has to give out as Christmas presents to get rid of them.
Too bad there can't be a part of the book added about whether or not there were any monies going to childrens' organizations--and the organizations who declined his offer. Cuz of course he isn't going to put in there about the lawsuits to get his "inspirational" concoctions off the market. Maybe he has to write a book in order to offset the costs of the lawsuits?
Still don't see anything at the WESH site about the Ants and the defense, but found this at Orlando Sentinel:

The poor dispatcher!!! Who could make heads nor tails of that call? Tell them to stop screaming!!!! There were FOUR women in the car? Guess the other 2 didn't want to take part in pressing charges, heck, no one could tell by news reports there were more than 2.
I know this is a high-profile case and all. But, there could be some @ the dispatch office who don't follow it all that closely. To just say George Anthony is in his "black car"??????? Uhmmm, lady, if George Anthony hasn't been doing something in his black car that would put people on the alert, even the police officers aren't just automatically know WHAT his black car is!!!! geeesh!!!!!!
I wonder if the jury will be sending notes to the judge that just say "wtf?" They could easily go mad in this labyrinth. imo.
Hopefully the prosecution will have everything, every timeline neatly chronicled for the jury to follow. I have a feeling, the way Baez presents himself in motions and all that, that the defense is going to be quite disjointed. If I were to listen to an orderly, easy to follow (well, as easy to follow as all this allows) presentation, and then to some mishmash, I'd be more likely to land on the side that I could understand. IMO
I'm a good listener Amy. But you're killin me! LMAO! I giggled more with every sentence! I think your cleaning girl is at a loss as to what the hell to do with housecleaning? Best you call in Merrry Maids and trust me, it will be cheaper. And the little putana's clean real good!

Lee is so impressive, anyway. His statement about the "stain" in the trunk where he says, "we don't know if that is human or animal decomposition. Scientists can't differentiate on things like that." (paraphrased.) Uh, DR Lee, that is exactly what scientists do!!!! Any scintilla of respect I might have had left for Dr Lee went down the tubes with that most idiotic (IMO) statement. I know this is an older post but I just saw it when catching up. Dr Lee said what? What a boob. I am of course not a scientist but of course they can tell human from animal. He seems to be getting further and further away from the search for the truth in this trial and has turned into a complete media w h o r e who will say whatever for the team that pays him. Hey Nawny! NG was pretty good tonight. Mark Klaas's remarks were interesting about how much he hated the memorial site for Polly and was glad that it's gone. He's always gracious and understanding. To the best of my recollection he never destroyed any artifacts or harassed anyone for leaving memorials though. Enjoyed the handwriting guy too.

I agree, what an idiotic statement by a "forensic expert". In my simplistic opinion, if cadaver dogs can discern the scent of dead humans from that of dead animals, then expert forensic scientists can perform lab tests that can distinguish the difference.

I loved the handwriting analyses. I love that stuff. He said (for those who didn't watch) that her writing was large, a sign of narcissism and being self absorbed. Also he said the fact that her words were all so close together means that she has no boundaries and doesn't know others have them. Then he said, she had her words uneven, which told him that she was out of control. Well Duh?
I have to go to the NG site and see her chew Buchanan up.
I missed it last night. Then off to crawl up the stairs.
:seeya:
I take handwriting analysis with a big pinch of salt.
Too many amateurs doing it, to many contradictions evern among the more skilled people.
Large handwriting I think is also a sign of childishness. I can see that in a coworker's handwriting, anyway.

And the Ants took the "bait" so beautifully. It shows they aren't thinking straight, only revengefully. They could have asked the Homeowner's Association to monitor the site and remove any memorials that continue to be placed. Instead of doing it themselves, they could have made arrangements. For people who say they have never been there or seen the memorial, they spend a lot of time on surveillance. Instead of removing it in the dark secretly, they should have asked for help from people to remove it and put something else, such as planting a tree, in it's place. Rash decisions never end up well. When will these people stop and think about their actions before jumping in head first?

Instead of a "think, do" mentality they seem to have a "do, think" methodology. When one realizes, as they don't, that this mentality gets them in trouble all the need to do is heed the methods, Please, do think. Their tought process seems to stop at the end of their noses.

Officer: Anthony Wanted To See Remains Coverage
Corrections Officer Says Anthony Knew Something Was Happening
POSTED: 12:12 pm EDT June 10, 2009
UPDATED: 12:48 pm EDT June 10, 2009
ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County corrections officer testified under oath that Casey Anthony wanted to watch TV on the day her daughter's remains were found.
Anthony is at the Orange County Jail charged with murder in her daughter, Caylee's death. Caylee's remains were eventually identified late last year. They were found in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.
Officer Billy Richardson said that Anthony knew something was going on that day, even though it was not known at the time that the remains were Caylee.
In his deposition, Richardson said, "When I went down there to get her and told her to go to the clinic, she was listening to the radio."
He claims her reply back was "Good, because there something going on and I want to watch TV to know about it."
Jail guards videotaped her reaction to the news when she told Richardson she felt sick to her stomach.
Her attorney is trying to delay any decision on the potential release of that tape.

Okay, so she got her wish and was allowed to watch. She would have been observed whether she was videotaped or not. And if there is not presumption of privacy even in her cell, what expectation does she have outside her cell unless it's attorney/client or physician/patient? How can videotaping her be any more cruel and inhuman (or however Baez categorizes it) than mere visual observance by staff?

Baez Demands P.I.'s Phone Records
New Motion Calls For Dominic Casey's Personal Phone Records
POSTED: Wednesday, June 10, 2009
UPDATED: 2:18 pm EDT June 10, 2009
ORLANDO, Fla. -- In a new motion, Casey Anthony's defense team is demanding that a private investigator hand over his phone records.
The motion does not specifically accuse private investigator Dominic Casey of wrongdoing, but it does raise questions about his honesty and his repeated visits to the woods where Caylee Anthony's remains were later found, Local 6 reporter Mike DeForest said.
Caylee was reported missing in July and Casey, who was working for Anthony's defense team at the time, visited the woods off Suburban Drive on at least three different occasions in the month before Caylee's body was found nearby. Casey now works for the Anthony family.
Defense attorney Jose Baez filed the new motion Wednesday, which is demanding Casey's private cell phone records. Baez said Casey gave inconsistent statements about who is seen speaking on the phone with in a video recording of one of his searches.
Casey originally told Local 6 he was speaking to his daughter, but the private eye later told detectives he was on the phone with a psychic who allegedly told him where to find Caylee's body.
Another private investigator who worked with Casey, Jim Hoover, claimed Casey knew where Caylee's remains were hidden. Hoover shot the video of Casey on his phone while searching the woods.
Casey's attorney said the motion is a simple dispute over phone records and she hopes Anthony's defense team is not trying to implicate her client in a crime. She said she has worked out an agreement with Baez to turn over phone records.
The Florida Bar is investigating complaints filed against Baez by Casey. Casey said Baez told him not to call 911 if he found Caylee's body. Baez has disputed that claim.
Casey Anthony is being held at the Orange County Jail on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death.

I'm all confused.
Since its all civil, I think people saying such things simply puts the option of suing on the table. It doesn't automatically mean its going to happen. Another thing is, the truth is a defense. So what Mark Klass is saying is fine, IF she is convicted. The fact that he's saying it tells me he's pretty sure that will happen.

Heh... I do wonder why Jose wants Cindy and George's phone records. Is it to rule out that they were on the phone with D. Casey, or is Jose and Casey preparing to hang Cindy and George? I keep saying this but, I still feel Jose is building a case to defuse the DP by trying to convince the jury/judge that Cindy drove Casey crazy.
Grund did say that there are 2 Caseys/ which means she flipped out somewhere along the line. She can say she went batty and did not know what she was doing... and she went batty because her mother was so tyrannical that she made it impossible for her to continue living there and impossible to leave. She can blame her fight or flight mechanism. I know I keep repeating myself. I don't know any other defense once sentencing time comes. We know they will find her guilty IMO and so they need a counteraction against the DP. I believe Cindy will be IT. And they can compare their thoughts to her behaviors on tape at the depo and lots of others too. She is a control freak, that's apparent.

Granddaughter Dakotah was in the car.
So, four women AND Dakota, or 3 and Dakota? Never mind. I wouldn't put it past them for it to have been the 2 ladies, and Dakota and a friend, you know, to expose her friend to they ways of confrontation. So, Dakota's about 13 now? While allowing her to set a vigil for Caylee was a postive thing for a girl to do, I really don't think putting up crosses and lying in wait to see who will remove them so pics can be taken is really teaching her anything positive.
Better she should be going to a Girl Scout meeting, or swimming @ the Y or something along those lines.
Wonder if the A's and Milsteads go by the memorial site routinely, or if someone tipped them off to the fact that more crosses had been erected? Hmmmm, like one of the four ladies in the group? Seems kind of weird that the A's and Milsteads would meander by in TWO vehicles. One would think, if they were going to check on the site, as in routinely, they would have been in the same vehicle. Methinks they were expecting confrontation of some point, to go in two. IMO

Facebook group to hold Caylee Marie Anthony vigil
Willoughby Mariano | Sentinel Staff Writer
7:10 PM EDT, June 10, 2009
A Facebook group formed in memory of slain toddler Caylee Marie Anthony is organizing a vigil to commemorate the one-year anniversary of her disappearance, an organizer said.
The vigil, run by In Memory of Caylee Marie Anthony, will take place 6 p.m. June 16 at Jay Blanchard Park, said Scotti Simpson, the group's organizer.
They hope to meet at a pavilion there, but are still raising money for the $125 rental, Simpson said.
Caylee Marie was reported missing July 2008, but had not been seen at her Hopespring Drive home for more than a month. The girl's remains were found in December, and her mother Casey Anthony faces a murder charge in her death.
Richard Grund, who at one time thought he might be the grandfather of Caylee, is speaking at the event.
The public is welcome.

Oh, I agree. I think they knew where she was. I know casey knew. The evidence is on video.;)
Did you see NG this weekend? It was the one where she just shows the jailhouse visits. George states that at night, he feels Caylee is close and he looks at the stars like he did every night with her. Doggone right she was close. And he was looking at the stars with her, she was practically there with him. And, he was parking his mobile billboard practically on her.

George and Cindy don't want the autopsy results released prior to the trial because of the great anguish it will cause them. What? They don't already know she was murdered? How about the anguish poor Caylee suffered? How could this be more difficult than the days when she was thought missing? Let's be honest here, seems like they are more concerned about the publicity it will bring to their daughter's case. Just more wood to the fire. :punch:

I agree, on both accounts. Having a job would not only pay the bills (but, I guess, if someone else is, or the money is coming in some other way, why bother?) but getting up and going to work every day would take their minds off of their situation @ least for a time. Or, it should, if they pay attention to the work they would be doing.
And, it's quite unreasonable that nothing would be shown on tv or written in the papers, so it would be best to not watch channels that will be carrying the case, or @ least specific shows. The same w/going to message boards. If they have ever posted on message boards, they know what kinds of things are posted....speculations on what happened, who was involved, what is in the lives of the people that are being speculated about. If they have never been, best if they find a message board, they should scoot out as soon as they come across it. Someone surely must be directing families of victims and/or suspects if they have never been on the boards prior. Otherwise, one would think they would be too wrapped up in the case in person to sit down and browse the internet to "accidently" find message boards that cover crimes. IMO

I thought we had had some toxicology results before, but the click Orlando article says the documents could include toxicology. It seems to me that LE seized Cindy's medications, maybe she's worried those will show up. It would make her look bad if Caylee had been dosed with her own prescription meds and she didn't notice and/or put a stop to it.

Mark Eiglarsh (sp?) had some interesting comments on Prime News regarding release of documents and the sunshine laws. Although they cannot prove a COD, apparently the coroner offered a very strong opinion of what the cause was. per WESH or Orlando Sentinel, can't remember which. But that could be upsetting. These Ants. need a judge to shut them up.They've already been given enough free passes. NOBODY CARES WHAT THEY WANT! It all goes back to Cindy's need for control. She has George and Brad and Lee whipped! Bet she can't do the same to the judge. That's what Cindy and the Liar have in common: they both think they are smarter than everyone else.

Good evening, Beemers! If you ask me, nothing seems to upset Cindy. Her affect remains flat at all times except when she's raging about protecting her murderer daughter. I have never seen her cry for Caylee. I have never seen her break down and sob when the body was found. Even before Caylee's body was found, she was in Caylee's bedroom doing a video for Greta (I think). She never smiled, laughed, cried, or broke down. Her facial expression remained flat. This is hogwash about being upset about autopsy report. She has no feelings except rage that her daughter is making her look like a bad parent. :flamemad:JMO.

Another beautiful painting.
Yes, it seems the world revolves around Cindy, or she thinks it does. The motion was filed against the State. I think the judge is getting tired of all these attorneys making mistakes. The State releases these docs as per the law.
Ooo,no, no painting.. that's a picture of Federal Hill the little Italy area in Providence. That's a fountain where all the mob money gets thrown in for wishes. ;) There are a few restaurants in that piazza and the one we go to all the time is called, Dolce Vita. LOL! Of all things. I'll take you there Gator. I'll take all of you there if you come to nawny's house :) Come on! I got cookies and I got meatballs! You come, I feed you!
I'm working on two paintings and when they are finished I'll put them up. You inspired both my friend. :)

MOOYeah I saw it and you know what I am glad Nancy and Leonard both pointed out that an insanity defense can;t even be introduced in the guilt or innocence phase unless she admits she did it If she keeps insisting she did not do it, then her insanity will not even be an issue in the guilt or innocence phase unless they intend to say she did not grieve properly because she is crazy and that is a stretch. It is a little f ing late of Casey to be playing crazy now. I mean, while a few of her friends talked about her having a breakdown or saying she was going to, the day after she was fine and dandy. Nobody seems to have observed her having delusions or psychotic breaks so all of a sudden she behaves crazy in jail. Wow that is new! NOT! A jury will not buy that. And she will not say she did it, so she is wasting her time acting crazy if that is what she is trying to do. I personally hope she is being haunted every f ing night in her dreams and in her daydreams by that adorable child. Surely if she is reading law books and can comprehend them at all she realizes she can't go for a defense where she says Okay jury, I did not do it or I am crazy and maybe I did it and let the jury choose those options. . She has to admit she did it period to make all this insanity stuff even relevant . I wonder if maybe she knows how this will all go down and is just boning up on crazy behavior for the penalty phase.

I think you're right about them trying to save face. But the real issue maybe is, there will be a serious mob mentality. These people are going to get tarred and feathered by the fanatics who hate them if more comes out to prove liar's guilt. They could be in some danger. I hope they have police protection. There are some dangerous whack jobs out there and one of them is apt to go postal. They'd better either move, or lay low. It's a crazy world.
THe other thing that bugs me is Dr G's take on Caylee's death. She said, the death was caused by homicide. Well, hello? Her bones were found in a bag in the mud. She wouldn't have been found there if her death was caused by the measles.
I just threw my hand up. Is there a throw your hand up smiley? Well to be fair to Dr G , lots of ME's have to come out and say this rather obvious conclusion. In the Peterson case it was much the same, Laci and Connor were determined homicides but no cause of death. Unfortunately, that damned deputy messed up or they may have been able to really find a cause in August.

Although they cannot prove a COD, apparently the coroner offered a very strong opinion of what the cause was. per WESH or Orlando Sentinel, can't remember which. But that could be upsetting. But the motion implies that more than the information IN the report, its the fact that people will talk about it that's the problem, is how I read it. all moo. Not to be argumentative but I checked both the Sentinel and Wesh articles and could find no mention that the doctor had a very strong opinion of what the cause was. In fact on WESH it says this." In a new motion, George and Cindy Anthony's lawyer, Brad Conway, said making public Caylee's autopsy report will cause the family great anguish as they continue to struggle with their only granddaughter's loss.
Garavaglia announced her initial findings as Caylee's cause of death being a homicide by unknown means. She added that there were more tests to be done.
Now, her assistant confirmed to WESH 2 that toxicology and anthropology tests on the remains are back and are part of Garavaglia's 20-to-30-page autopsy report.
It was unclear what effect, if any, the test results had on Garavaglia's findings. However, because Caylee's body was so badly decomposed, Garavaglia said in December that she didn't expect to ever determine an exact cause of death."I could be wrong and I am at times but I bet that the Anthonys are just fighting tooth and nail to keep everything out of the public period. I just don't see it all of a sudden causing Dr G to have a suddenly strong opinion, unless as I said they have something strong in tox reports like chloroform or poison or a narcotic that contributed to her death. And somehow I suspect there could not be much tissue really.

If the autopsy report only contains Dr. G's opinion about cause of death, I don't see how that could cause any more anguish than all the speculation that has gone on and will go on before, during and after the trial. The problem seems (to me) to likely be more of an affront to the deep denial that the Anthonys live in.

I was just watching something on the attempt on Reagans life and at the end of the program they said that when Hinckley was judged not guilty due to insanity people were so outraged that most state legislatures made it harder to prove the insanity defense. Thus, no more twinkie defenses or abuse excuses as child could get people off anymore. You are right it suceeds like in 1 per cent or less of the cases where it is attempted. Casey will not see any beach. And is she living in fantasy land, does she think she will get out and just live in luxury???

Or that it was not a knife , gun or strangling so it must be some kind of suffocation? To me the two statements in her quote are confusing. I don't quite get it. Not sure what to think of her statement. Suppose it could lie in the toxicology and the ME suspects that Caylee was ODed or asphyxiated on vomit, for instance, or maybe it could go to the tool expert. There's just no telling. I don't regularly watch Dr. G, but do know that she does dig for answers and does have a lot of experience.

From the WKMG article Loretta found, this." The toxicology results, which could reveal whether Caylee had been exposed to chloroform, could be included in the release. A previous discovery release included Internet searches for chloroform from Casey Anthony's computer." Do you think that maybe traces of chloroform were found on the hair or clothing that may have given Dr G a clue that Casey employed chloroform. I mean even if they did not find in toxicology in the body what if they found it on something else at the scene. I know that ME's look at other info besides the actual autopsy to try and determine cause of death, at least according to Dr Perper they do more investigation. Could this be a clue?

That makes sense! And with competing experts saying that chloroform can be a natural product of decomposition, maybe there wasn't a clear enough concentration to call it COD, yet the other stuff added together told her this is probably what happened?

And Baez is showing signs of focusing on too many side shows, that damned jail tape could cut either way I think and is not the whole case, yet Baez is acting like it is the only major evidence. It may not be evidence at all depending on what the jurors think. Some may see it as grief, others as guilt, some even may see it is just a video with no real tell. He also was going to sue the guards for talking and even at one time mentioned how some in the media would be dealt with, It might behoove him to focus on the case itself.
From what I've read and heard on tv, Dr. G. does give her opinion on the manner of death. It isn't a statement of fact but it is her opinion of how death occurred. Perhaps the tox screens show some evidence of drugs or chemicals. The longer they delay the report from being released, the more speculation and theories occur.
It could be seen as grief except, why didn't she show any signs of grief when the Little Econ was being searched and there was a report of small bones and toys being found? She stated that Caylee was taken in Jay Blanchard Park, so why no concern that a body might have been found?

Perfect example of why the reaction to the actual discovery can be considered consciousness of guilt. If the reaction was one of genuine concern, it seems off to me. Tears would seem normal, but not a panic attack.

I completely disagree with Susan Moss saying there will be major bombshells from that autopsy report. The ME already said there was no cause of death and it stands to reason as you say the body was skeltonized. Short of something shocking in the toxicology reports they are not going to be able to suddenly come up with a cause of death. It is my prediction it will be a major nonbombshell, at least for most of us who will end up saying, Yeah we knew that, we heard that, etc. I think rather that the Anthonys and Baez have all become somewhat obstinate on every single point in the case and media interest. I mean really about that makeshift memorial, does it really matter in the scheme of things if someone is leaving a few stuffed animals? With all that is going on and all they have to worry about they are spending their time on stealing the memorial gifts. It is idiotic and a real sign of Cindy'/s need to control EVERYTHING. And Baez is showing signs of concetrating on too many side shows, that damned jail tape could cut either way I think and is not the whole case, yet Baez is acting like it is the only major evidence. It may not be evidence at all depending on what the jurors think. Some may see it as grief, others as guilt, some even may see it is just a video with no real tell. He also was going to sue the guards for talking and even at one time mentioned how some in the media would be dealt with, It might behoove him to focus on the case itself.
ITA with your entire post. I sometimes wonder if it is not the Prosecution's intent to release just enough discovery at a time to keep Baez running in circles. He concentrates on every little thing, not knowing if the Pros will use it or not. And he is not concentrating on building a strong defense for Casey. Hopefully, the new lawyer will be able to rein him in.

The insanity defense of course would never fly from way way back when. So much evidence of her planning. Too late to admit-not that i thought she would. That alone would not even let it fly. It is so rarely used. Totally moot point. She is far from insane. I say let her fly with it-knock yourself out Liar. Make an assofyourself on the thing. Nothing new and entertaining at best. Interesting also that she is doing this now-coming up on a year. Thinking about the beach and a tan. Maybe in H/E/L/L

I think the transcript is up, but it seems the National Enquirer has a story about Casey in Jail...she wants the trial moved to Miami so that she can go straight to the beach and work on her tan as soon as "its all over", and one of her favorite things to talk about is the goings-on in the clubs. (has to stay current, I guess, since she'll be back any day...)

Hey ya Beem! Here is what I wonder. Have the Anthonys even seem the autopsy report? I mean maybe since Baez obviously has access to it then Conway can probably talk to him about it and reveal it to the Ants. . But even if the child was say choked or smothered and Dr G's opinion was that why would that be suddenly harmful to Casey? She did not do it, right? I mean that is their theory. I think it could be that there are hairs and fibers that were found on Caylees body that maybe tied into the Anthony home or specifically Casey, rather than a sudden realization that there is a new cause of death, now that would be something that would be harmful to Caseys case and something I can see the Anthonys not wanting released. Didn't they take all of Caseys clothes. I mean what if a fiber found on Caylee was tied to a shirt that Casey owned? I wonder if it has to do with something like that..... hmm
That's a really good theory, but hairs and fibers wouldn't be part of an autopsy woud they? What could possibly be in an autopsy report that would add up to 30-40 pages?
Justice Denied?

I totally agree even if she admitted she did it and tried to go for insanity there is just too much evidence otherwise that she knew right from wrong.
I think that is exactly what she thinks. I believe that she has convinced hersel, and Baez has convinced her, that she will be found not guilty. She honestly believes that she is smarter than everyone else and can outwit everyone. JMO, MOO

Garavaglia: No Change In Caylee's Cause Of Death
Interviews Released In Case Against Casey Anthony
POSTED: 5:28 pm EDT June 11, 2009
UPDATED: 5:35 pm EDT June 12, 2009
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orange County medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia said Friday that the autopsy report on the remains of Caylee Anthony draws no new conclusions as to her cause of death.
Garavaglia reported in December that the toddler's death was a homicide of unknown origin. However, she added that she included a summary in her 30-page report that draws some conclusions about what happened to Caylee based on tests and other evidence gathered since she made her initial findings.
That autopsy report was to be included in the hundreds of pages of new evidence released by the state attorney's office in the case against Casey Anthony Friday morning. However, George and Cindy Anthony succeeded in the effort to at least temporarily block the release of their granddaughter's autopsy report.
Casey Anthony remains in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. The toddler's remains were discovered in December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family's home.
The Anthonys argued that the release of the autopsy results would cause the family great distress.
Judge Stan Strickland is expected to hold a hearing on the matter next week.
The document released included an interview with an Anthony family friend who said she was concerned about Caylee's safety during an incident 15 months before her disappearance.
Michelle Murphy is a friend of the Anthony family who has known Lee Anthony, Casey's brother, since the first grade. In her interview with police, she described a phone call between her and Casey Anthony 15 months before Caylee vanished in which Anthony said she was "feeling crazy." Murphy said she feared Caylee was in danger and offered to come and pick her up.
In the documents, Murphy said Anthony told her she felt like she wasn't being a very good mother and was considering committing herself for psychological reasons. Murphy said she wasn't sure if it was a ploy for sympathy or a reaction to Anthony's stormy relationship with her parents.
Murphy detailed a tumultuous relationship between Casey and Cindy Anthony regarding Caylee -- and said that during Caylee's second birthday the two competed over gifts.
Murphy also said that George and Cindy Anthony had often spoken of gaining custody of Caylee, and that during a vigil held after the toddler went missing he speculated as to what would have happened if they had gotten custody instead of just discussing it.
Murphy said Casey Anthony had lied about being pregnant with Caylee -- saying doctors believed she may have a tumor. The next day, Murphy said Anthony appeared overjoyed to be carrying a baby.
Finally, Murphy said Anthony had at one point said she was pregnant again and that Cindy Anthony was furious. She said Casey Anthony later said she had miscarried.
A deposition from Internet blogger Sean Krause was also included in Friday's release. Krause had a crime blog called The Daily BS, and, one point, had daily phone conversations with Cindy Anthony.
Krause told investigators that on the day that bounty hunter Leonard Padilla was searching Blanchard Park for signs of Caylee, Cindy Anthony called him, crying.
He said he took that opportunity to say to her, "You know, I really strongly believe that you know your daughter murdered Caylee."
Krause said that on that particular day, it "was the first time that she agreed that she actually really believed that her daughter, you know, actually did something to Caylee." The next day, according to Krause, Cindy Anthony "retracted her statement."
"That kind of irked me," Krause told investigators, "You go from one extreme to the other. You want sympathy, but then you retract your own statement. Then you tell people "No, you can't use that because I believe my granddaughter is still alive."
Krause said he felt like he "really, really hit a nerve."
Krause said he asked Cindy Anthony about a rumor he heard that Casey Anthony worked for an escort service called Universal, and he said that she responded that she "knew nothing of it."
In his interview, Krause also told investigators that he and Cindy Anthony got into a dispute over videos and pictures sent to him anonymously of Caylee and Casey Anthony.
"She wanted these videos," Krause told investigators. He said he gathered that Cindy Anthony wanted to "release some videos of Caylee for profit -- maybe to pay for Casey's defense fund."
A copy of Universal Orlando's Web site was also among the 1,000 pages of evidence released.
Earlier in the case, Casey Anthony led investigators to the theme park after identifying it as her place of employment. Investigators said she did an about-face in the hallway and admitted she was lying. The pages appeared to list and contain photos of former or current employees.
Also among the documents released Friday were interviews with George and Cindy Anthony, Lee Anthony, James Hoover and Zenaida Gonzalez in regards to a civil lawsuit filed by Gonzalez. She filed a defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony, claiming that Anthony naming her as the nanny who kidnapped Caylee ruined her good name.

I'm not at all qualified to even guess what would make an autopsy 30 or 40 pages long, but I did hear NG say the ordinary autopsy is around 8 pages. I would venture a guess that it is filled with scientific information that I would never understand. I also doubt that strangulation or smothering would be determined by examining the remains. It has to be about info gotten from the bones or hair.

OH Geez, Bozo advise her how to be bi-polar? Sounds like it to me,l cop a nut job and you get the state hospital instead of the needle?? "Screams in the middle of the night"? Faking nightmares? Getting chummy and chatty with the CO's. Me thinks something stinks here and they can go for an insanity offense, but that does not mean it would ever stick as people and especially potential jurists, are sick to death of this child killing piece of dog s*it already and they want her dead yesterday! And of course Cindy is licking her chops tonight over that bowl of cream, she successfully blocked (FOR NOW) the autopsy report and it has me sitting up wondering what is in it, she does not want the public to know? But if SHE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY the cameras had better be f&cking on her sorry ass from every angle and I just wish LE could charge this useless camerawhore with something that would put her in prison!!! Hurry up with this trial, I am getting any younger here!!
I'm ROTFLMAO! Dammit Wind, you're unbelievable!!! LOL!!
And you haven't said a single thing we are not thinking!!!

Maybe she can order some of that cheap lotion that turns ya orange-slather up in that. Crush up her pork rinds and scatter them on the floor-sand. Grab her law book and stretch out on that hard bed. Yep that will be her day at the beach. Oh and she has a radio-a little calypso music ;)
Ya know, we are hard on that bunch, but every time I see them hear them, read the manure they sputter, ya can't help it. They are the scum of the earth and a bunch of pigs and liars. That entire family is beyond pitiful. Reading the LE interview with Krause and how one of them was so pissed about his blog and said, "Maybe you had something to do with Caylee's death" I felt no guilt for bashing those SOB's.
And Cindy threatening to sue him for posting pics and videos anonymous folks sent of Caylee on a memorial site he created, made me sick. She wanted those videos to sell. The poor guy ended up trashing something the LE could have used. She's all over throwing wrenches in the engine of justice for Caylee. She's satan! :flamemad:

Not Nawny, but a broken hyoid only appears in a percentage of strangulations http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_ob=ArticleURL&_udi=B6WHN-4D157K0-H&_user=10&_rdoc=1&_fmt=&_orig=search&_sort=d&view=c&_acct=C000050221&_version=1&_urlVersion=0&_userid=10&md5=15e525797bbaf4479d32cffa72
But in a 2 year old, I'd be surprised...much of the hyoid is not ossified yet, making it very flexible. To fracture the parts of the hyoid that are ossified, would, I think, require great force and violence. It's shaped like a horseshoe, with the arch to the front. You can imagine how the would snap in a manual strangulation of an adult. But if the "arch" were just cartilage and flexible, much harder, since it is the sides of the arch that would break...to see ossification centers: http://www.bartleby.com/107/45.html

I don't believe that anyone has ever seen the likes of this one. I watched the OJ trial and even it pales in comparison to this mess.

Oh for sure-Hi NA good to see ya-where ya bin? :seeya: They opened themselves up to it  I really wonder what the trial will be like. Will they be able to sit in the courtroom and not blurt something out when they listen day after day? I wonder. They wont be able to sit there and sigh and roll their eyes and shake their heads. I expect some drama in the courtroom. MOO

My gawd he was only 25? I had heard of him but not real familiar with his credibility etc. Sorry to speak somewhat ill of one who has passed. Anyone know what kind of cancer so young?

I got wrapped up in the Cummings case on another board. But I still come back and post here when I feel that I have something to contribute to the conversation.
I think that they will likely end up being banned from the courtroom before it is all over. I have watched them and I know that Conway has no control over any of the Anthonys. Nor do any of them actually listen to what he has to say to them.
I don't see the judge in this case allowing the type of behavior that we have seen from any of the Anthonys to take place in front of a jury. So I think that there will be a couple of warning and then he will put them out of the courtroom.

Where have you been discussing the Cummings case?
Not that there has been a lot of criminal case talk on www.gretawire.com , but you can't even write the name proper on her boards, you gotta write something like "Comings" -- her autocensor is a real maroon, you can't even write the word "circumstances"!!!!!

Agree! I expect some protesting from the A's in court too. I also expect that they will be mega warned by Baez and Conway and counselors, but as we know.. that doesn't work. They will get their daughter hanged, because they are not able to solicit pity from the jury, I'm thinking. I mean even facial expressions and mime in a jury's view, is not allowed in court. Yes, they'll get put out. IMO. Hell they won't even allow picture buttons of the victim pinned on clothing these days.
I do not think George will be able to endure all the details being spoken day after day. He will have to be drugged. CA won't pay attention to them, and neither will liar, is my guess. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-angry003.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org)

Nawny just unplugged your telephone and put it in the safe. ;)
Yes our angst is about the death of a little girl who had no choices. All true. She has just about become the mascot for all murdered children. Strange how the A's are angry about that and very strange that they are not soothed about the fact that Caylee is loved by strangers. Why is that? I would be. (I think)
But Then MKlass did say he was"relieved" when the memorial for Polly was taken down. Hmmm. I can see that in a way. The reason why I won't wear a cross around my neck.
