And could you see the look in Cindy's face if she actually recognized poor Gator from the day they originally met at the search site????

I wonder how Brad's back is? :punch:

Proud isn't exactly the word my Daddy would be using if I was acting one scintilla like Casey Anthony. If he saw the pics, he would have a stroke for sure!!! Probably wouldn't ever speak to me again!!!

But, then, maybe it's just because my Daddy is a tad bit old-fashioned, he's 88. Perhaps George "understands" this young generation, and thinks it's just mighty fine.

Heck, I'm about George's age, and I[/] would [I]NOT "understand" nor be "proud" if that was my soon to be 21 y/o DD was in those pics. Or was doing ANYTHING that Casey had been doing.

Going there on the thing...articulate bunch huh, lol!

I want more deposition too-that was some of the best entertainment all year!

Me too, Java! That was good entertainment watching those 2 dig their daughter's grave "on the thing!" Joke's on you Cindy!

I hear you DewB. A mother isn't able to allow anyone to speak to the flaws in her children because it reveals the flaws in herself, I suppose. You know only the mother can critique her kids.. lol! You know the old adage: "Blood will tell." But though that isn't always true, people still eat that adage for breakfast.

But in this case, Cindy's whooped because the whole world is watching. Everyone is putting in their two cents and I think we got more in that coffer than the Florida Lottery by now eh?

Going further, Cindy is insulting the world with her nonsensical defense of her daughter. I still believe she was in denial about Casey's mental problems and it cost her a family intact. IMO she should have clearly defined Casey's problem by getting her some help. She expected a mentally disturbed person to do something she was not capable of. Casey was not a good mother. She was showing her that since Caylee was born. Even the continuous stealing is a clue that she had hard wiring issues. Giving her a child to care for was like giving a piromaniac a book of matches. IMO.

At first I thought there were drugs involved. Then I was sure she was insane. But now, I think she simply had a chemical in her head that wasn't doing its job. Of course Cindy would never expose a broken brain in her family and its why she didn't get Casey some help.

Cindy is the narcissist. She wanted a Stepford family. Her denial did nothing for the greater good. Denial never does.

The only thing on her side is to plead ignorant. I'll give her that. When we have children, we don't get a psychology book. She was (as someone here said) rearranging chairs on a ship that was going down. There are some complaints or rumors about Cindy and George's anger about having to care for Caylee too much. If they were trying to get a mentally challenged daughter to mind her own responsibilities and couldn't, yes, "There is something WRONG!" Quote Cindy.

My major problem with Cindy is, she didn't protect Caylee. I mean, we mothers may not have a degree in psychiatry, but we all have instinct. Even dogs have that!! She should have spent all that wasted energy on getting custody and forcing Casey into treatment. Even the liar knew she was messed up and wanted help. ( So Amy says)

Can denial wash instinct out DrewB?

Hi Nawn. Yes, I believe Cindy has practiced denial long enough it has become her instinct. In the 911 call, you can BRIEFLY hear Cindy's "motherly instinct" as panic but once the facts started surfacing, she couldn't deal with how the facts reflect on HER. She has stayed in "intentional denial" ever since. Cindy is a true narcissist. She cares more about her own image than what happened to that poor baby. The whole family is toxic. JMHO.

I thought the cousin was a classy, intelligent, handsome, clearly good person. He was not intimidated by Nancy Grace what so ever. He wasn't going to let her make a circus act of his family. She was smart enough to cool it with him, or he would have destroyed her on her own show. She couldn't shut his mike off or her career would have been over. IMO

Hi Nawny and Amy. IIRC, it was the radio talk-show-host guy that jumped all over NG and stated he was embarrassed to be on her show. She didn't miss a beat and said, OK you're not on the show. Cut his mic." Very calmly. I loved it. She has been very kind to Sheri's cousin and very much in his camp. I may have missed something, but I think the 2 episodes are getting confused?

Hi Beemers! ITA, hope Brad gets it together so we can see Cindy chomp, chomp, snapin' her jaws again!! Bozo doesn't know when to quit. I'm afraid the Liar will make a case for ineffective counsel down the road. Whatcha think?

I was out shopping and on my way home I went to Suburban. Imagine my surprise when I saw this gigantic, in bloom SUNFLOWER! It's probably six and a half feet tall. The plants next to it look like they will bloom too. All the rain must have brought it to bloom. I will go again tomorrow morning so I can take a pic.

The memorial is in much better shape than I expected. It is not in any standing water. A little further down, The ground is flooded. It's hard to tell how deep it is but there is a lot of water. Maybe 6 inches to a foot and it probably gets deeper the further in you go. Since I don't carry a gun like former deputy Cain, I did not go into the area. I didn't get out of my car.

Drove by the Azz Thing's house. Lee's car was in the driveway.

"Who will do a victim impact statement if there is a penalty phase?"

Maybe WE should write one up, and have Gator appear at the trial to read it for us!!

We could write it as Caylee speaking to The Skank...

"Mommy??? Why didn't you love me?"

"Why did you take me away from all the people who did love me?"

WHY DID YOU KILL ME?"

Can you imagine the looks on ALL their faces, when an out-sider comes in to make a statement for Caylee, accusing The Skank?

They'd be LIVID!!!!!

Hi Drew, here's a link to that conversation http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0905/21/ng.01.html.... and partial transcript~ no, the episodes weren't confused, it was real.

GRACE: Enrico Mirabelli joining us. He is a family spokesperson for Sheri Coleman, the 31-year-old mom found dead in her own bed. Mr. Mirabelli. I`m trying to find out more about Chris Coleman? Have you spoken to him since his wife and children were found dead?

MIRABELLI: I personally have not spoken to him. Upon learning of the deaths of my family, when you say I`m the spokesperson, just to let you know I`m Sheri`s first cousin. For two days our family called Chris Coleman finally after two days he called back. He spoke to Sheri`s brother Mario and there has been no communication since then. So, no, I haven`t talked to him. Nobody has talked to him except Mario and that was just the single phone call.

GRACE: Enrico, why has he shaved his head?

MIRABELLI: You`re asking me to speculate. I don`t know. I think the more important question is why did he do what he did? That`s the real question, isn`t it? Not why did he shave his head?

GRACE: Well, Mr. Mirabelli, frankly, I find it very unusual about the timing of shaving his head as it relates to the prosecution of this case. If he were trying to alter his appearance in some way is my gist. So that`s why I`m trying to determine the time he so drastically altered his appearance. Elizabeth, let`s see if we can show a shot of Chris Coleman before he shaves his head in this manner. I want to go out to mike brooks. Mike Brooks, weigh in.

BROOKS: You know, Nancy. This is very unusual. You`ve seen cases where people will do -- commit a crime and then they will alter their appearance. So why he shaved his head, that`s a mystery to me, too. Maybe the psychologist can weigh in because what goes through someone`s mind after they commit a crime like this is unfathomable to me.

Just because Nancy can talk about her situation, her pain about her ex fiance's murder doesn't make it right for her to talk in lurid detail about the horrific death of, say Sheri and the boys, then turn around to Sheri's cousin
and calmly ask another question. He corrected her, he is not the family spokesperson (as she has been saying over and over) and their deaths are still RAW open wounds. I feel she is being very callous in her questions, and demeanor. How would she like it done to her fiance's Mom and Dad or brother just after it happened? Unacceptable. It's the same thing she does to Mark Klass about Polly dying so horrifically. Does she think the portion of the man's heart that was ripped out, that knows what she went through, has healed?! Everytime she says that she should get slapped! Hear me, Nancy? Ms Bleeding Heart? Learn some couth.

MOO :flamemad:
Anyone else feel the same ?

Yes, I agree 100%. At this point, we all know the tragedies her regulars have suffered. And, she is married now with two children, enough talk of the late fiancee. I do think she still cares for him more than her husband. She mentions her husband once every six months.

You are obviously a strong girl. Your story sounds a bit like my own bomballina. A married and pregnant at 17, didn't think about it, just did what needed to be done. I forgot to ask someone if I had a choice. ;) I missed the prom too! Got a job in a hospital as a CNA, then slopped hash for many years. My friends were smoking pot to Beatles music. I missed all the fun! It never occurred to me to NOT take responsibility.

I agree with you about liar. Don't these spoiled little wenches make you laugh?:cuss:

Nawny, you may have missed out on the fun thirty years ago and as a result you still have all of your brain cells. Plus you have weebles who are as sweet, smart and kind as they are beautiful. Excellent post DrewB!! Okay I think its time we write the book; collectively. Think of a title, you guys talk, I'll write and quote. I want to write about the boards, not CA in particular. The theme would be the mindful insights of people who gather online, but never met (except for Gator and I, that is.) and report to each other their ideas... lol!

TAG LINE:

Total strangers who live in all parts of the world, manage to interact without an agenda and measure facts about crime cases. The theories and the fun that happens late at night when they're drinking their Haterage and Hagnog.. so many of these posts are interesting and often brilliant.

We can make millions on a book like this!

Now days with all the online corresponding, this will be a best seller!!

TITLE: ?????

THE TYPING HEADS
ONLINE FRIENDS SOLVE HIDIOUS CRIMES
KEYBOARD CRIME BUSTERS
STRANGERS FIND MURDERERS and Bring Justice Home...
KILLERS BEWARE OF INTERNET PROFILERS
HAGNOGGERS
HATERADE WANTS YOU

Thanks, Nawny. I think you're on to something with this book idea. I was a member of another board in the past, a much smaller group but we shared so many similar experiences and insights, it was a no-brainer to put a book together. It's still in progress.
I love, love, love the idea and your offer to write and quote. Your preliminary titles so far are great. I like Online Friends Solve Hidious Crimes. How about: Hagnoggers for Justice. I'll come up with some more. We may be sitting on a gold mine here, my dears! I'm in, Nawny!

Excellent post, OS. Thanks for setting me straight. I think NG was an excellent prosecutor and respect her passion and experience. I do think she comes off over the top at times. For those of us who have her figured out, it's just NG being NG. However, for those that come on the show but maybe don't have a good grasp of her and her style, it could be construed as attacks. Although, she does that sometimes too. Anyway, thanks for the post. Now, let's get writing our crime solving book!!

I think, by this time, everyone who watches her show KNOWS who Mark Klass is, and what happened to his daughter, and she does not need to keep on in detail why he is the founder of Klasskids (if that is the name, CRS moment.)

I haven't figured out what the deal is about his shaved head? I think she is all wrong about his shaving his head AFTER the murders. IIRC, all those photos of the Coleman family show him with a shaved head. Wonder where she got the idea he was trying to change his appearance?

I was just listening to some of the early on interviews. The one on, I think, Today, or could have been GVS where Cindy ABSOLUTELY says that ALL the pics were BEFORE Caylee was missing. Of course, that brings me to wonder--if that was before Caylee was missing, where WAS Caylee? With George and Cindy--and Cindy knew she was out on those gross parties while they babysat Caylee?

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. My only sorrow is that a stranger had to put flower seeds at the burial site instead of Caylee's own family. Strangers on a message board care more for Caylee than her own flesh and blood.

Cindy and George - if you read this board and this message, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You too Lee. You have treated Caylee just like her murderous mother did, just like garbage. Like mother, like daughter. :(

I can't understand that, but thinking about it, she was a spoiled girl, and the mere thought of responsibilities in her life was foreign stuff and she was finding it hard to deal with. Coming from my end, it's laughable because I ran from a dysfunctional home at 17, and had my first apt. at 18. Got a job, put myself through cosmetology school and did it all with no help from my weak mother and scumbag stepfather. My first job at 15 was in the dining section of a resort.. he charged me for gas to get to work..I won't get into the rest, but I should have had him arrested....

I became the exact opposite of my mother. In life the hard times are what makes us and shapes our lives forever. If Casey would have any sense of what many of us here have, especially seeing as she had G & A supporting her financially and with Caylee, her life would have been A piece of Cake!

What I see is a girl who had things come to her easily from mommy and daddy....no wonder she told Annie she was overwhelmed. Mental? I don't think so..Weak? Absolutely!

i agree with you there, and i think that maybe mommy and daddy were tiring of her issues and wanted her to start doing things for herself, but they have been catering to her for soooo long that by the time they tried to "cut the umbilical cord" it was too late for there to be any hope that Casey might get with the program and start living her life right. in my opinion george and cindy made their bed and didn't want to lie in it and THATS why casey was so damned overwhelmed with her life.

I totally agree with her being callous to victim's families. However, the thing that bothers me the worst is the way she keeps bringing up her fiance'. I feel that is very disrespectful to her present husband. Maybe, once in awhile in the right context, but not almost every show.

Well if Liar told her she was working while out partying she certainly knows the truth now. Not that we will ever hear it from C. Was there not somebody that stated the anything but clothes party was during the time Caylee was missing? I had to kinda chuckle-doing some reading on another board on the Tori case. Presently divers checking some man made lakes. A Canadian poster commented it's a wonder the SS kidfinder boat isn't up here. Now cant ya just picture G&C loadin up cuz maybe they think we are in the dark? Maybe the Canadians like us. NOT! I'd be waiting at the border to greet them :D

Annie Downing said the picture where Casey wore the flag was last Memorial Day, so it would be right before Casey went missing. Isn't this the party Cindy found out about and got mad at Casey? Casey told her she was working. IIRC

Nawny, go to the religious store and buy a St. Joseph statue and bury it in the front yard.

The statue is buried upside down in the front yard with the feet pointing to heaven. It may face towards the home (or towards the street if you want your neighbor's home to sell!) The location of the statue can vary: by the "For Sale" sign, in a flower pot (popular for condo owners), etc.. As long as you can find it once the home has sold. After the home has sold, the statue should be removed from the ground and given a place of honor in your new home

Judge To Rule On Video Of Casey’s Reaction To Remains
Monday, May 25, 2009 9:38:30 AM

ORLANDO -- A big hearing is expected this week in the Casey Anthony criminal case.

An Orange County judge will decide if the videotape of Anthony's reaction to news of the discovery of her daughter’s remains will be made public.

Anthony was videotaped at the jail back in December when she was shown news coverage.

Deputies say she collapsed into her chair and started hyperventilating.

However, Anthony's attorneys are trying to get the release of that tape blocked. They say she never should have been recorded in the first place.

A hearing on the issue is set for Thursday.

Nancy Graceless Bio..........

Throughout her career, Nancy Grace has been under constant criticism for her working style as an advocate, as well for her television show. But she has been a woman of substance, still fighting the battle against the defects in the judiciary system of America. Justifying her own aggressive methods, she once said, "I don't expect everybody to like me. If you try to please everybody by changing your position and your personality, every time you do that you lose a little bit of yourself."

Childhood and Early Years

Born in Macon, Georgia, Nancy Grace's childhood was spent in a typical working-class environment. She aspired to be a an English teacher but enrolled in law college after the murder of her fiancé in the year 1979. Grace graduated form Mercer Law School, in the field of law review and received her degree in constitutional and criminal law from New York University. She worked as a special prosecutor for the Atlanta-Fulton County District Attorney's office. There she used to take difficult cases like child molestation, serial rape and arson, completing most of them successfully. According to her colleagues, Nancy Grace was a passionate and dedicated advocate and used to form close relationships with her clients. She referred to her clients as 'my victims' which was something beyond the professional demeanor of a lawyer who generally used the term 'my clients'.

Nancy Grace Tragedy

Nancy Grace has always been open about the tragedy that she faced in the early years of her life. Sometimes, she has also been accused for the embellishment of facts of her fiancé Keith Griffin's death. He was a student of geology at the University of Georgia in Athens, and used to work part time for Ingram Construction Company at Georgia Kraft Plywood Co. On 6th August, 1979, he was shot five times by one of his coworkers. His tragic death was the prime reason behind Nancy Grace taking up further studies in law and her success as an advocate.

The Nancy Grace Show

The popular 'Nancy Grace Show' deals with the high profile legal issues of the day. Being an experienced advocate herself, Nancy Grace takes up the criminal cases and challenges guests who are related to it. It is particularly meant for the people who are interested in breaking crime news, and the concept is justified in most of the episodes. Nancy Grace gives a clear-cut picture of the top crime stories and doesn't hesitate in bringing up the lesser discussed or low profile cases. The show is broadcast Monday through Friday and is part of the CNN Headline News. The show also covers courtroom developments, and has covered the famous Michael Jackson trial.

Nancy Grace Controversies

Fame and controversies have always been part of a celebrity's life, to which Nancy Grace is no exception. Two of her cases were overturned by the Georgia Supreme Court. First one was in 1994, when the court pointed out her closing arguments as "an unrelated triple homicide and a serial rape case". Second was in 1997 and Nancy Grace was accused for using "an extensive pattern of inappropriate and, in some cases, illegal conduct". On 21st November 2006, a lawsuit was filed against her, by the parents of Melinda Duckett, who was one of her interviewees. Melinda committed suicide two weeks after she did an interview with Nancy Grace on the show. Nancy was said to have codded the deceased, regarding her missing two-year-old son, Trenton.

Besides her work as an advocate and anchor, Nancy Grace has also co-written books namely, Objection! How High-Priced Defense Attorneys, Celebrity Defendants, and a 24/7 Media Have Hijacked Our Criminal Justice System. In April 2007, she got married to David Linch, who is an investment banker in Atlanta. Despite all the controversies, Nancy Grace is still considered as one of the popular public figures in America.

More stuff you probably didn't want to know....
Allegations regarding fiancé's murder
In March 2006 an article in the New York Observer suggested that in her book Objection!, Grace had embellished the story of her college fiancé's 1979 murder and the ensuing trial to make it better support her image. Grace has described the tragedy as the impetus for her career as a prosecutor and victims' rights advocate, and has often publicly referred to the incident.[7] The Observer researched the murder and found several apparent contradictions between the events and Grace's subsequent statements, including the following:

Her fiancé, Keith Griffin, was shot not at random by a stranger, but by a former coworker, Tommy McCoy.
McCoy did not have a prior criminal record and, rather than denying the crime, McCoy confessed the night of the murder.
The jury deliberated for a few hours, not days.
There was no ongoing string of appeals (McCoy's family did not want any). McCoy has only once filed a habeas petition, which was rejected.
Grace told the Observer she had not looked into the case in many years and "(tried) not to think about it". She said she made her previous statements about the case "with the knowledge I had."[7]

In response to MSNBC's Keith Olbermann's claims in a March 2007 Rolling Stone interview where he was quoted as saying, "Anybody who would embellish the story of their own fiancé's murder should spend that hour a day not on television but in a psychiatrist's chair." Grace stated, "I did not put myself through law school and fight for all those years for victims of crime to waste one minute of my time, my energy, and my education in a war of words with Keith Olbermann, whom I've never met nor had any disagreement. I feel we have X amount of time on Earth, and that when we give in to our detractors or spend needless time on silly fights, I think that's abusing the chance we have to do something good."[8][9]

Keith Griffin's murderer, Tommy McCoy, was released from the Georgia Department of Corrections on December 5, 2006.

Maybe they live half-way between? (I don't have a clue where the show originates from.) The last time I listened to her-probably a weekend rerun) she was emphasizing, or should I say re-emphasizing for the umpteenth time, how the minute she walks in the door @ night, she heads directly to the twins' room to check on them. So, SHE's home every night. I dunno, maybe she's rich enough to own a private jet and commutes that way?

Don't even think of sending them to Kansas!!!! We're already in the good fight to keep the terrorists from being "relocated" here!!! We don't need to have to worry about keeping the A's out, too!!!!:chicken:

Don't even try to send them to MI PLEASE!! I have a feeling though when the trial is over and CA is lodged at the death house, that they will go into hiding and probably move out of FL to parts unknown and we won't hear from them until the night of the execution. I wonder if they would attend that and watch their precious daughter gasp her last?? I can easily see them whining in front of the prison that an innocent woman is being out to death because the crowd will probably exceed the amount of people that were outside the prison when Bundy was executed and Cindy will have plenty of cameras to whine to and I have a fantasy of this, sickening ain't it??? I have killed Couey a thousand times in my head and I wish that he and Smith and this b*tch would get the chair as I the last thing I want them to feel is pain like their victims did, but alas, they will all get the needle and that is not fair.:cuss:

Maybe they live half-way between? (I don't have a clue where the show originates from.) The last time I listened to her-probably a weekend rerun) she was emphasizing, or should I say re-emphasizing for the umpteenth time, how the minute she walks in the door @ night, she heads directly to the twins' room to check on them. So, SHE's home every night. I dunno, maybe she's rich enough to own a private jet and commutes that way?

Isn't CNN headquarters in Atlanta?

According to http://www.celebrityaddressaerial.com/Celebrity/CelebrityAddressAerial-G.html she lives here: http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&cp=pn9ngj7z3bh6&style=o&lvl=2&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=967260&encType=1

Nice digs for such a meanie. Don't get me wrong, I do admire her tireless efforts as a victim's advocate, but like the rest of us, she sometimes makes an ass of herself (on the thing).

So I slapped it in a dish and put it on the table. No bread, no salad, no cuppa cawffee, and he washed the dishes.

She's got two residences or she's faking it to thwart the stalkers. She claims to live in NYC. I had a feeling she lived in Atlanta because she showed pictures of her twins kiddie pool in March, with the Italian tile, and the well landscaped yard:) That aint no NYC.

I think she does have her apartment in Manhattan and the house in Georgia. She often talks of taking the children to Central Park or to the stores, and then she talks about going to Georgia for holidays and stuff. She has also shown pics which look like an apartment instead of a house. I would think that she must leave on Thursday because many Friday's someone fills in for her.

If anyone or any group of people came to a memorial for a child in my life, I would kiss their feet. Knowing me I'd take them into my home and feed them too. I would hug them and thank them hearty!

Here are the new photos taken after it was removed. I have to say, it's a good thing. Something should go there, but not those toys that are starting to rot. I think a flower garden is the way to go. If they can get a solar powered fountain and lights, that would be pretty in the garden.

If she's reading these boards she has anger to feed. Who said, "don't feed the bad wolf?" Was that deacon? Anyone remember that poem?

I have to wonder where the real anger in Cindy originated. Why does she make judgements about people who make judgements about her, and call herself non judgemental about her own daughter? IMO she's pissed as hell at her own daughter and she's beating up the friendless fat posters who sit on their asses with nothing else to do but judge her family.

Cindy, comere. You are not in the position to point accusing fingers at people, places and things. Being a TEN is overrated; history has proven. i.e. Lady Diana was a TEN, and so was Cleopatra and Farrah Fawcett, King Henry the 8Th's headless wives and Marilyn Monroe. And, not for nuthin, but you are a minus TEN- and you're not cute.

Having a perfect family is the stuff of stupid thinking. If I ever met a perfect family, I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw my house.

You and your husband are pathetic if you think you are in the posture of helping anyone. Take the paper bag off your head, we'd recognize you both from the neck down from Asia.

Your daughter is sick. Your granddaughter is dead. It doesn't matter why. Start there lady.

Don't be so humble, you're not that great." Golda Meir.

Yep that would have been me.:)
I really don't judge her or her family. Just their actions. I don't really know why she acts "not so smart" I just know she does it. Her actions stink. Really, they do.

The "ten" comes from the inside, as a lot of us know, not the outside.:D

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. My only sorrow is that a stranger had to put flower seeds at the burial site instead of Caylee's own family. Strangers on a message board care more for Caylee than her own flesh and blood.

Cindy and George - if you read this board and this message, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You too Lee. You have treated Caylee just like her murderous mother did, just like garbage. Like mother, like daughter. :(

Any guesses on who the new lawyer could be? Somebody we know or dont know???

I cannot imagine that it will be a high profile, known attorney. It will be someone who will still allow Bozo to run the show. I cannot see someone like Roy somethingorother from Miami. Although a Miami lawyer might be the way to go since he wants the trial moved to Miami. He can use that as another point in why Miami is better than, say, Pensacola where they will find her guilty and try to hang her in the same afternoon. :D

Gator, I think she had some pix around Christmastime of The Twins with the apartment building doorman. Haven't found the apartment yet. (My inner Yenta must need more coffee!), but I found this interview:

...With Court TV ending and CNN having headquarters in Atlanta near your family, are you planning to stay in New York?
Luckily, [CNN Worldwide President Jim] Walton was kind enough to find space for a mini studio in Atlanta so when Court TV ends, I'll be getting to spend more time shooting down there. My staff and my show is in New York, but I will get to shoot more often down there, and I am so happy about it. I'm really, really happy about that. ..

I hate to judge people's looks but I think Cindy is very manly looking. Last week my dad was staying at my apartment me for a night while he was in town and I had it on NG and my dad said that he thought she was really ugly. I don't think Casey is attractive either one of my guy friends said he couldn't understand all the reports of Casey having various boyfriend or about men thinking she is pretty. He said that he doesn't find Casey attractive at all. He agreed me with me that her nose is weird and too much gums show. Then again Tony L and Ricardo really aren't attractive either. I think Jesse is better looking than them and some of the tattoed guys Casey is pictured with are kind of ugly too.

That would be beautiful deacon! I would like to add, a statue of a small child, with a plaque. The inscription would read:

I am a child
All the world waits for my coming
All the world watches with interest
To see what I shall become.
The future hangs in the balance,
For what I am
The world of tommorrow will be.

I am a child,
I have come into your world
About which I know nothing.
Why I came I know not.
How I came I know not.
I am curious.
I am interested.

I am a child,
You hold in your hand my destiny.
You determine largely,
Whether I shall succeed or fail.
Give me, I pray you,
Those things that make for happiness.
Train me, I beg you,
That I may be a blessing to the world.
M. Gene Cole

It can be dedicated to Caylee and other children who have lost their lives, or missing and haven't been found in Florida.

A client had me do this in Calligraphy.... very large, and in a gorgeous frame, as a gift for a child's room.

I have another one that I did also:

I am your child.
Wherever you go, you take me too.
Whatever I know, I learn from you.
Whatever I do, you taught me to do.
I am your child, and I am your chance.

Whatever will come, will come from me.
Tommorrow is won by winning me.
Whatever I am you taught me to be.I am your hope, I am your chance,
I am your child.

These sayings make me sad right now, thinking about the children who are now gone and never had a chance to be. :rose::rose::rose::rose:

Some things some people who think they are parents need to put into action. If they did then a lot of the problems of the world would be solved.

Infamous Casey Pic 1 Year Old
Anthony Charged In Death Of Daughter, Caylee

POSTED: Tuesday, May 26, 2009
UPDATED: 12:22 pm EDT May 27, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An infamous picture showing Casey Anthony wrapped only in the American flag at an "anything-but-clothes" party was taken a year ago on Memorial Day weekend.

Local 6 News reporter Tony Pipitone continues to revisit the past year in the life of Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July, about a month after she was last seen alive.

The controversial picture was taken on Sunday, May 25, 2008, at the party hosted by Iassen Donov.

"She was at our 'anything-but-clothes' party," Donov told investigators.

Anthony's then-best friend Amy Huizenga also attended the party.

"I don't know if you guys have seen the picture of Casey and the American flag. That's from the no-clothes party we had in May," Huizenga said to investigators in a released interview.

She also told investigators that Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, confronted her daughter over the picture. Huizenga said Casey Anthony told her mother that she was working the night of May 25 and needed her mother to watch Caylee.

"She pretty much shoved that picture that she had printed it off from a computer in her face, and said, 'You're at work, huh?'" Huizenga said.

Brandon Snow, a former boyfriend of Casey Anthony whom she claims impregnated her, leading to a miscarriage on Valentine's Day 2007, was at the party and had a discussion with Casey Anthony.

"She pulled him aside and he was intoxicated. She pulled him aside, went to talk to him out front, maybe to have a heart-to-heart. I don't know what was said. They were out front (and) Casey came running to the back bawling hysterically getting the people that she was, she came with, to leave," said Annie Downing, a friend of Casey Anthony.

"She said she had a miscarriage, that she was pregnant, but then she had a miscarriage. But he didn't believe it," Donov said. "And being that I guess Casey now is a pathological liar, I trust Brandon. I believe him."

Donov also has a theory about what happened to Caylee.

"I think she killed her kid. I don't think anybody else was involved," he said.

Casey Anthony's new attorney to be revealed Thursday

Sarah Lundy | Sentinel Staff Writer
10:45 AM EDT, May 27, 2009

Jose Baez won't be the lead attorney of record for Casey Anthony after Thursday.

A new attorney - one who is considered by the state to be experienced enough to handle death penalty cases – will be revealed after the 10 a.m. hearing before Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland.

Baez has been mum about the identity of the new attorney, only promising the media he plans to introduce this lawyer Thursday. It's unclear whether Baez will still be calling the shots or whether the new attorney will be directing the defense.

Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. The toddler was reported missing in July. A meter reader found her remains five months later in December is woods less than a mile from the Anthony home.

Prosecutors announced earlier this year their plans to seek the death penalty if the single mother is convicted. Florida law requires experienced lawyers who meet certain qualifications to be the attorney of record in death-penalty cases.

Baez does not meet those requirements, including having five years' trial experience and being lead attorney in at least nine state or federal jury trials of serious or complex cases.

Prosecutors filed a motion earlier this month, asking Baez to name the new death penalty attorney. He objected to the request and alerted the court the person would be revealed at the hearing.

Thursday's hearing will focus on several requests filed by Baez. He wants cell phone records, including any photos and text messages, from a dozen people, including Casey Anthony's parents, friends, the meter reader who found Caylee's remains, and the deputy who overlooked a tip.

Some are fighting the request, saying it's too broad and violates their privacy.

The judge will also hear arguments about why the state should or should not release video of Anthony at the jail the day she learned a child's remains were found near her home. Jail officers reported she hyperventilated.

Baez also wants jail officials to stop monitoring and disclosing any communication between Casey Anthony and her defense team.

Whatever I am you taught me to be.
I am your hope, I am your chance,
I am your child.

These sayings make me sad right now, thinking about the children who are now gone and never had a chance to be. :rose::rose::rose::rose:

I vaguely remember the time NG got pissed off when a TH or someone accused her of getting paid more $ on the sensationalism, remember?

Did you see the new ad HLN has up..."We've beaten the other network! thanks to you, HLN is the top rated news show" or some crap like that.

Tell me all that didn't help pay for her nice pricey digs!, HUH! Pfftt. Caylee.

Thanks to you all who found out, with dogged determination, the info on who, what, and where NG parks her broom...

Can you say: a Nanny is a wonderful thing........ ;)

LOL And they even comment that NG beat "the other guy" Keith Olbermann. Guess that's a direct slam due to his derisive comments about her exploiting her fiance's murder.

"Hi Samantha I'm okay. Taking things day by day. How are you?

I couldn't NOT sign that petition. The Caylee bear site is deplorable you are right. I will never understand how anyone would find that funny in the least. It is disgustingly disturbing."

I'm taking things day by day, too. It's the ONLY way.

I know what you mean about THAT site. It sickens me to think that there are people out there with that little empathy for a dead child.

Maybe was made to get a rise out of the A-hole family, but STILL...

Again-thank you for signing!!

A dozen children, that's an eye opener. Truth be told I never wanted kids, only dogs and cats. My mother had my brother when I was 5. Everyone assumes little girls want to be little mothers. I didn't even have baby dolls! I got stuck babysitting the wretched little devil. He broke my finger, he broke my toys, he took everything I had. Nope, no kids for this gal. From her commentary on various talk shows (and I must admit that I hadn't seen her since during the Peterson case in CA except just once lately, but didn't get to LISTEN to her) I don't think she will add much to the team, except the death penalty qualifier. I'm not sure she would get to run the show--it would still probably be Baez. I'm pretty sure she was the defense attorney in the case of the two older gentlemen in line for movie tickets several years ago, where one decked the other, who died. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a dp case, tho. I don't notice dp cases separated out, surely, if any had been--it would have been noted, I would think. If none were, she wouldn't qualify on that account.

She sounds like one great lady. We dont really argue either. We do looks and comments and a few action type things such as me with the sign today. I cant be bothered arguing. It wastes so much energy one can use for so many other things. Not to say we dont have the odd one where one might yell a few minutes. If he yells i walk away and vice versa. So dont ask me why we even bother :D

And nothing gets fixed and it really doesn't make you feel any better. No need to bother.

The subpoena thingie is for someone to show up in court with a particular article (I think). But did Jesse Grund file for the order of protection? Against whom? Did someone else file for the order of protection?I googled a bit on this subject and saw that Roy Kronk at one point got a protective order or filed a protective order for his phone records so that Baez could not just get them and I wonder if Jesse did the same thing and filed his own protective order for his phone records. I think it would be a moot point for Casey to file an order of some kind since she is in jail. Just my guess! Hi to all been doing genealogy stuff and getting it together for a disk. But I am back.

I know I am late commenting on the Friday NG show with the interviews with Caseys boyfriends but I have to say it. This BS about Casey being reliable and responsible as Cindy told the FBI and George being proud of his daughter is an out and out lie. I mean Cindy reamed Casey in front of Jesse and said she could not even support herself, she did not have an education, then Cindy tells a friend Casey is a sociopath, she tells Tony to get away from her because she will take him for all he has , George warns Jesse that Casey has major problems and he should just get away from her. Now I ask you, does this sound like a set of parents who saw no red flags, who were proud of their daughter?? They have probably known for so long that she was nothing but trouble. They should of come clean with LE at least. I am not asking them to go on LKLive and tear down their daughter who is on trial but if they had any integrity at all, they would have owned up to LE and then stayed off of the talk show circuit with the "Casey is wonderful" tour. It is disgusting. And they can deny they said all those things, but really is everybody else lying or are the Anthonys??? I feel so bad for Jesse. I find him so sincere. It occured to me that if he really did harm that child and was going to frame Casey don't you think he would go on tv and say she was a horrible mother and she threatened to kill Caylee all the time or he saw her abuse her? A person who was trying to frame Casey would be all over tv making all kinds of claims to incriminate her. He would be making up all kinds of stuff to LE. There are times when he seems hesitant to even call her a killer. It is so lame that the defense thinks a jury will buy him as a suspect.

I am wondering just how long this case is going to take once it is in session. Rumor floating around that the real reason JB is so worried about the "body discovery" video getting out is because his hand wandered to Casey's backside as he was comforting her. That is JUST the rumor, turned up on IS board, and has spread elsewhere...

But I guess we'll know one way or the other, if Strickland gives us our much deserved tape at the hearing tomorrow!

That would be an interesting turn of events. I bet he would be a bit concerned with that if it did happen. I continue to believe there was something said or almost said during the time he wasn't there that could hang casey. Add that to the line of evidence regarding her reactions during other searches and findings and it just adds color to their outline.

Just a reminder that the hearing is at 10 this morning. The name of the death qualified attorney was said on the news. She is a professor and has handled over 160 cases. Don't remember the name. never heard it before.

I don't have cable - some jackazz came and shut it off on me because he said there was a "leak" and turned it off so it didn't affect my neighbors. Most have dish network. I think it's hogwash and they want me to upgrade from basic to digital. Plus, the stucco on my house was chipped when they put on some sort of switch.

Anyone know anything about those tv on pc software companies? I only watch five or so channels. I am so angry at Brighthouse that I will go without cable rather than have them come into my house.

LKB says now that it's a DP case, it changes all the rules of the right to know by the public etc. She is entitled to different rights as a DP defendant? Don't know if I'm saying that right, but sounds like she wants the rules changed......

The media will get forms to file as to why they have a right to have the tape of CMA talking football ;) and put it out there? It's public record. If it's no big deal, defense, why not let it go? Don't pull that medical history crap..it is not equal to her sitting in her dr's office in private...It's a jail, and there is no right to privacy for her or anyone!

You know what? I can't see any privacy issue here. She wasn't with a medical person. When I go to the doctor, I sit in the waiting room with other people. There is no privacy there. There are video cameras all over the place. They are in the hallways of medical business. Unless specific medical treatment was performed in a doctor's office, I can't see how an expectation of medical privacy is allowed. If I have a heart attack in a parking lot are the paramedics supposed to move me to a private area where there is no camera or witnesses?

One of the strange things about prison is: You are supposed to be under constant surveillance. Doesn't matter where you are in the prison. I would make the argument that they were watching her, while hearing news of the discovery, because they were concerned for her mental and physical well being. Used that line a lot in my prison days - always worked. The prison is required to keep her safe - above privacy.

New Casey Anthony attorney is death-penalty expert

9:35 AM EDT, May 28, 2009

Andrea Lyon is currently an associate clinical professor of law and director of the DePaul Center for Justice in Capital Cases and Death Penalty Legal Clinic. (May 28, 2009)

The newest attorney to join Casey Anthony's defense team is a death-penalty expert from Chicago who has tried more than 130 homicide cases, her legal team announced today.

Professor Andrea D. Lyon is a clinical professor of law at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where she also directs the law school's Center for Justice in Capital Cases, according to a news release.

"Professor Lyon has tried over 130 homicide cases. A former Cook County Public Defender in Illinois, she served as chief of the public defender's homicide task force," the statement said. "In 1990 she founded the Illinois Capital Resource Center and served as its director until joining the University of Michigan Law School faculty in 1995."

Anthony's defense team needed to bring on a new attorney because her lead attorney, Jose Baez, is not qualified to try death-penalty cases under state law.

TV Guy Hal Boedeker's commentary on the Casey Anthony case coverage
Complete coverage of the Casey Anthony case According to a profile published in the Chicago Lawyer magazine in August 2007, Lyon had a perfect record of winning life sentences in each of the capital cases she's taken through the penalty phase, which at that time was 19.

In the magazine profile, Lyon described herself as a "'naturally dramatic person.'" Lyon noted a death-penalty case she tried in which the prosecution filed a motion to preclude her from crying in front of the jury, and also from making the jury cry.

Lyon said she sees the death penalty as a "'failed program,'" the article said.

"'It does not deter crime. It costs more, not less,'" Lyon was quoted as saying. "'It doesn't do any of the things it promises to do. If it brought people back to life, I could see the point of it. If it could fix something, I could see the point of it. But it doesn't fix anything. It just makes us all more barbarous.'"

Lyon has a book slated to be published in January titled "Angel of Death Row: My Life as a Death Penalty Defense Lawyer," according to her Web site.

"This is my story -- the story of the first woman in the nation to serve as lead attorney on a death penalty case. And it is also the story of my clients -- their lives, not just the acts they were charged with," the Web site states.

Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. The toddler was reported missing in July. A meter reader found her remains five months later in December in woods less than a mile from the Anthony home.

A hearing in her case is scheduled at 10 a.m. today.

Check back for updates. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/caylee-anthony/orl-bk-casey-anthony-new-attorney-052809,0,5448634.story

Lyon won't be Casey's Angel. I think this case will make Lyon look like a huge fool in the legal community.

The impression I get is that the prosecution is probably going to have their ducks in a row, i's dotted, t's crossed. Put the witnesses on the stand, straight forward questions. Then along come Jose (who will probably insist on questioning the majority of the witnesses) and he will mumble and jumble thru, asking asinine, non relevant questions-because he wont have a CLUE what to ask. Then, defense will put on their case, hundreds of witnesses who don't have anything to contribute to the case--just people who ever breathed the same air as Casey--again, probably without a clue what questions to even ask. IMO, the defense portion will probably drag out for months, unless the judge takes charge and puts a stop to it.

That is, once they get past all the delays I figure the defense is going to try for--and the trial actually gets underway. IMO

The long-haired lady? Wonder if she's the new dp qualified attorney on board. Lots of introductions going on there.

SOMEONE surely can see that Casey either needs to wear a baggy jail issue top, or ask Cindy to provide a shirt that sort of fits. This shirt is about to lose a few buttons, for pete's sake!!! You'd think the WOMEN on team Casey would see that the shirt does not fit, and see to it that she got one that did. I dunno, maybe they think--if the shirt doesn't fit, you must acquit? :chicken:

Jose better watch out, near the end of the photo's Casey seems to be flirting w/some hot hunk there!!! Certainly has Jose beat hands down in the appearance department, and don't think it would take much to top his personality, either.

Get a professional shopper and kick up your images for God's sake. (Baden & Lyon). Casey needs a good bra..like mama like daughter .

Guess that answers my question as to why the women on her "team" would not recognize she needs a better fitting (or, less fitting, as the case may be) shirt--they must think it's in style, makes 'em look good or something!!! (Puke icon would go good here.)

You would think such "high profile" people would have someone to help make sure they wear appropriate and appropriately fitting clothing. And, perhaps to make suggestions about hair styling--or take the bull by the horns and take a pair of scissors to the disgusting locks of hair!!! Their hairdo's actually make Casey's (and Cindy's) look primo!!!! IMO

(Altho not quite as startling, I do think the woman lawyer across the aisle there should also get a good haircut.)

all the women at the defense table need conditioner. Except for Casey whose hair is so shiny it's almost blinding. Must have some good products in the jail. Are her deadbeat parents there? I don't see them in the audience.

Gator, Lyon is supposed to be one hot potato. 130 DP cases under her belt...TH's are saying defense is Lucky to get her. I can only imagine what she was thinking...

I had orlando sentinel on early...C & G came in way early before Liar. Cindy was crying at that time..still can't figure out what was up with that. Then when Liar walked in, they didn't show her (Cindy)..would've like to have seen her react to Gorgeous lookin a wee bit different. That jailhouse pallor is mighty unattractive.

It always bothered me that in photos, Casey was always nicely tanned, and Caylee looked pale in comparison, next to her. All that time on her hands, even with an spf of 50, florida sun, the beach and all that, Caylee would have had a little more color. It looked as if Caylee didn't see the sun more often than the weekend with C or G...My little one is fair, unlike me, but even when little , and I slathered the stuff on, she had more color than Caylee. It bothers me cause I still wonder, as we all do, where Caylee was for those 2 years she lied about having that job...:(

http://i44.tinypic.com/n1wf7s.jpghttp://i43.tinypic.com/2yudhna.jpghttp://i39.tinypic.com/51y55.jpg

Time for casey to buy some corrective color makeup if she wants to look Pretty. She is Caylee's color now, so it was a natural color she had...

Tanning salon. There is a tanning salon every quarter mile here in Florida, especially here near UCF. All the young women use them.

WESH said that this new attorney hasn't lost a DP case yet. I'm hoping that means they have been found guilty but not received death.

She must have caught it from those dogs at the defense table. You know, not for anything but I'm Queensize like the two attorneys and I make an extra effort to wear nice clothes that fit well of a nice bright color, nice jewelry, keep my hair colored and styled. When you're a large lady, it's easy to look sloppy. It's important to look neat and bright.

I just saw my first pictures of this...I thought you guys were kidding. Casey really IS getting chubb-o...I wonder if studies have been done on conviction rates vs. BMI? Because I bet looks do matter even though they shouldn't...

Having sat on a few juries, looks and body shape/size does not have any effect on juries for the most part. It does in judges sentencing from time to time. How ever, her facial expression and demeanor in the court room would have a small bearing on my decision.

Something else I have been thinking about for the last week or so, if g and c handle being a witness in the court and great as they did the depo, they could well end up in jail themselves. I don't think the judges I served with would not have allowed sayings like the azz on the thing she said.

...Lyon was quick to say she may be the lead attorney on paper but considers herself an equal member of an "excellent team," which includes Jose Baez from Kissimmee, Linda Kenney Baden from New York and Todd Macaluso from San Diego.

She said prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for "strategic reasons."

"You will hear about those strategic reasons in motions that I will be filing, challenging their right to even ask for the death penalty in these circumstances," Lyon said. "I believe Florida law simply doesn't allow asking for the death penalty in these circumstances."

She does not expect a trial to start in October, as scheduled. More time will be needed to prepare the case, she said....

Listening to her discuss the motion the judge is sitting on with Bill Schaefer WVFT Legal Analyst, she is verifying that Casey was sitting in a common area of the jail, therefore game, but not only that ~ she is stating the 'law' is able to trick a defendent into 'confessing' as long as their constitutional rights are not crossed...and so, what's the beef? It's alll been discussed since the audio is already out.
Lenamon is on air, and he is bringing up the point that it just might be so, unless, it is found that they (jail) purposely delayed Baez access to her until after they saw her reaction to the news of a body being found....(Always thinking like a defense atty, huh?)

"Mr. Grund was for all intense and purposes a suspect in this case," Baez stated in Court.

However, the sheriff's office never named Grund as a suspect in Caylee's disappearance or murder.

Surely the jail logs in attorney arrivals and tracks the murder's movements. Doesn't seem like proving whether or not due process was circumvented should be that awfully difficult.

ETA: I would like to point out the typo in that quote is from WFTV, NOT me.

That's probably how Bozo spells it too!

Attorneys probably pull that type of stunt all the time with no sanctions. I can think of a recent case locally where the defense attorney slandered an acquaintance of the victim, but no action was taken. Of course, the newspaper was just printing direct quotes.

Rumor floating around that the real reason JB is so worried about the "body discovery" video getting out is because his hand wandered to Casey's backside as he was comforting her. That is JUST the rumor, turned up on IS board, and has spread elsewhere...

But I guess we'll know one way or the other, if Strickland gives us our much deserved tape at the hearing tomorrow!I have been thinking about this today and I was thinking what is it about this piece of video that upsets him so much. Usually when defense attorneys fight like dogs to keep stuff out and or to keep others from seeing something it is because it is damaging. He is acting like he just thinks it is cruel to his client or like he is taking a stand against prisoners privacy being violated but I really suspect something about this video really, really incriminates him or more likely Casey. If he put his hand on her back as she cried I mean I have to tell ya, so what?It would be kind of weird if she was crying and he just stood there. If it was on her butt or something I can see it would look bad. I think he just wants this tape to go away period because it makes Casey look guilty. .

Did I miss the source of the rumor about Casey threatening suicide if she gets the DP?From what I understand he was on his way there. This sounds absurd on its face, what are they going to do say, "Stop, stop, turn off all the cameras until Baez gets here and Casey you stop crying and acting hysterical until your lawyer gets here. Stop, stop everything. " If she was demanding to see her lawyer and he was being told he could not see her, I get the point, otherwise, there is no law that states you can't tape a prisoner in general population without their lawyer present. They weren't interviewing her after all, they were just taping her reaction. I think Jose just tries everything hoping it will stick. Also on headline news last week, a talking head said the whole motion was a poorly written one!

Now and then, and today, something I read here or see here makes the fact that Casey killed that beautiful doll, sink in.

I know its true, obviously true, but most days I don't want it to be true, or just don't think about it. Maybe it was the sight of her that made me get that dismal ache in my heart. Or maybe it was something someone here said.

But to not be able to imagine it, and know its true is like a slap in the heart because anyone who has gone over the evidence and the behaviors knows, liar murdered her daughter. And that Caylee was scared and no one was there for her. Now she's dead and no one is there for her but the pros team, us and God. The A's are there for one person only. The Liar. Cry me a F river Cindy. In the meantime, get a clue.

Well said! You know what really, REALLY fdisgusts me about Cindy lately? (No, Hels, please tell us.) Well, when she and George were on LKL and with Crystal Sheffield (I think it was both places), she spoke about the tragedy that had happened to them; I suppose meaning the Anthony family. The atty said she got the motion after 6 oclock last night. Typical Jose. Cty's atty's says defense is pulling them into the criminal case. This shows what an amateur this guy is. He has hundreds of people to interview or depose and tons of discovery to go through. He is not keeping his eye on the ball. He has all these side actions going on and I am telling you, he is a very weak lawyer. A good defense attorney is not obsessed with how he looks in the media and doesn't snivel about all this trivial, non essential stuff. Even if he won this , which he won't, how would it help Casey get off? It won't.

It is kind of occuring to me that this new lawyer was probably not brought in to work miracles as far as getting Casey acquitted, although her press statement said so, I think of that as lawyer speak. They all say that. It sounds like to me that she is not any better at getting off guilty people , only an expert at making sure they spend loads of time in jail and don't get the death penalty. If I were Casey this would make me nervous. Her new lawyer's speciality is really after conviction. And I wonder if this is one of the reasons Cindy is crying. In lots of cases lawyers are brought in for after the conviction during trial, like appeal experts or death penalty experts. This does not seem to have occured to some of the defense talking heads esp the one who said this is bad news for the prosecution., So she is good at getting people life in jail! So what.? I for one don't even think the prosecutions goal is making sure she gets death so much as getting her convicted. After all she is young, she is white and you all know how that goes.... I also concur that they give blacks the death penalty much more unfairly.

http://i40.tinypic.com/vq4jrk.pngIs Casey wondering if she will look like this after a few years in jail? No more ingenue I bet after a few years of pork rinds and pop tarts. If Casey is lucky after a few years the only sex she will have is with a woman known as Big Bertha.

Her tears were an attempt to solicit pity for the grieving grandparents. She's run out of world, and desperate now. She's going to shoot for compassion where ever she can get it. Nothing is sinking in but her anger at the system that is making her daughter pay.

Maybe she had just heard about the rumor that Casey said she would commit suicide before she would let them execute her.

You are absolutely right, they do pull that stunt and no consequences. He was never even a person of interest, he was someone they interviewed along with hundreds of others. How did he get custody of Caylee?? Did he sneak in the house and get the duct tape and laundry bag and stuff? He already said he never had her car keys. I bet that some of the Lazarro roommates can testisfy her car was never missing for days at a time unless she was gone. I don't see how they can try and pin it on him without the little liar getting up there and explaining, Jesse is short for Zanny. By the way Cindy said, that Jesse a long time ago was the first one to mention Zanny's name , which I am sure is a lie, but if Jesse is Zanny , Cindy how does that make sense? And I bet Jesse's phone records will not put him in the right places to be implicated.

Oh, give it a break, everyone in their right mind know Jesse had nothing to do with Kaylee's death. However, IIRC, Richard Grund did say that when he told Kaycie they couldn't keep Kaylee any more that she said she had found a abysitter named Zani. He stated she gave a lot of details that were unnecessary and thathe hadn't asked for. Which obviously means she was making up a lie.

I heard one of the talking heads either on JVM or on headlines news say this new lawyer had won 19 out of her last 20 homicide cases. That does not sound right, that would be a huge success rate, if they are suggesting this lawyers last 19 clients were all acquitted. I bet she instead was able to get them life instead of death if she is a death penalty specialist. I just don't see how it could be possible she got that many acquitted in a row and I wish they would have clarified it. Anyone know how we could do that?

I just read it somewhere. I think on the WESH TV site. Sorry, I don't know how to do links . They all get life in prison. She does have an awesome acquittal rate though.

I just read it somewhere. I think on the WESH TV site. Sorry, I don't know how to do links . They all get life in prison. She does have an awesome acquittal rate though. The article posted on this thread only referred to her winning life for 19 out of 20 death penalty cases, not an acquittal rate. If you find an article that says she gets straight out acquittals , I think you can go ahead and post it. As far as I can tell, the winning of cases does not point to an acquittal rate. But I have not read everything out there obviously, so I am open to any new stuff! I am editing to add what Loretta found referring to her success rate and it only mentions her winning record in relation to getting life sentences for clients." In her more than three decades of criminal-defense work, which began in 1976, when she joined only a handful of women in the public defender’s office, Lyon has tried 132 murder cases and defended more than 30 potential capital cases. She has a perfect record of winning life sentences in each of the capital cases she has taken through the penalty phase — 19 to date...." I could not find anything on WESH or really anywhere else that refers to her high acquittal rate. I think in this case the best she can hope for is a hung jury if that. I just don't see 12 people letting Casey walk. You may get one lone juror as a holdout on something but no way you will get 12 to acquit her. I think she may have been brought aboard for after the the conviction and because Jose can't legally try the case without a qualified DP lawyer. I bet Jose will never let go of the case and he will still try to be head cheese. JMO

Land Owner Says He Did Not Remove Caylee Memorial
Stuffed Animals, Religious Objects Had Lined Site

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The owner of the property where the remains of slain toddler Caylee Anthony were found did not remove a massive makeshift memorial that had accumulated on the site, listing agent Tina Martin said.

Caylee's grandparents George and Cindy Anthony and the Orange County government have also said they did not remove the memorial.

Hundreds of stuffed animals, dirty and wet from exposure to the elements, had been at the site for the past six months, along with signs, religious items and a fair amount of debris. The memorial was removed earlier this week...

George Anthony says he is glad Caylee memorial is gone
The makeshift memorial for Caylee Anthony, daughter of Casey Anthony, has been removed.

Where there were once mounds of teddy bears and hundreds of flowers to mark the spot where the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony were found, there are now only remnants.

It is not clear who removed the makeshift memorial to the slain 2-year-old on Suburban Drive, just a short walk from where she lived with her mother, Casey Anthony, and her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, in east Orange County.

George Anthony told the Orlando Sentinel that a neighbor told him Tuesday the lot was cleared. He didn't know who did it.

"To be honest, I'm glad it's been cleaned up," said Anthony. "I, deep inside, appreciate how people care for Caylee. There are no words inside I can express for the people who have come to love her. But her body and spirit aren't there. They're gone. She's with God. She's with Jesus."...
