Damm! It is not enough that Queenie wants to hit the "sympathy circuit" for her own POS daughter, now she has to show up for a vigil for Haleigh and other missing or dead children from FL???? He did appear in the media during those dark days and then was able to channel his rage into AMW, but not once has he forsaken his child for money and he has has helped find many children alive and has helped many families through their grief by keeping the memory of their children alive and has been instrumental in enacting laws regarding the safety of children and putting away the dirtbags that rape and murder children. Marc Klass has done the same and so has Mark Lunsford. Marc does appear on a lot of shows, but it always for the good of children, not because he loves to see himself on TV. Mark took his rage on the road and many states have passed Jessie's Law and since then, many scumbags have gotten lengthy prison sentences or death sentences for raping and murdering children. What has the Ants done? Nothing but self promotion and greed and I hope to God that these poor families in FL are not falling for their supposed concern because it is all a pile of s*it!!!

Been out of pocket and hadn't heard about Cindy at a Haleigh vigil, but if her presence was accepted graciously, then more power to the family. It's people like CMA who are so high and mighty and get their snoots bent out of shape to the point that they have to dis-invite people from public events; the Sheffields strike me as more down to earth types. I hear ya Wind! Saw coverage of Cindy at the vigil for Haleigh. I was outraged as most are. . .Cindy makes a crying plea to Haleigh's family: "Don't give up hope." As if anybody should take the Ants. word for anything! How dare she think that she can offer any support or advice to anyone. What a POS! She is only grandstanding to the Liar. She doesn't care about any missing children. She doesn't care about helping others. She doesn't care about justice for any missing, murdered child. She only cares about Cindy. When watching the LKL interview with G&C ( I did NOT watch it on t.v.) I was amazed at Cindy's reaction to her own words as she was speaking them. Toward the end of the interview, she starts saying something like "There is no proof that she didn't do it, but there's plenty of proof out there..." and then she finishes the sentence lamely by saying something to the effect that there's evidence that she didn't do it. (Yes, what she says really is that confusing :) ) But anyway, watch her eyes when she realizes what she is saying. I think she was about to say that there's alot of proof out there that Casey did it. She looks "absolutely" horrified that she just said something wrong and she almost stops dead sentence, then starts again saying something totally different. Did any of you guys notice that?

I noticed the condition of Haleigh's mother. Isn't that the way the MOTHER of a missing child should react? She's a mess. She's in pain. She's falling apart. Maybe that's why CA was crying. Crystal put liar in a very bad light. No giggling.

I noticed he also started out the interview telling Yuri that he had to counsel her about working and partying didn't mix. Of course, I know several teens like than, even worked with 20 somethings that took a while to stop their partying ways, or @ least to do so only if they didn't have to work the next day.

And, I realize that some women have more difficulty w/their pregnancies than others, but for the most part, a woman can continue her job up to the time of delivery. We have women who came off shift @ the beef packing plant, in labor. We have nurses who work the day before delivery, in fact, some have been @ work when the labor progressed enough they had to clock out. But, I am sure Casey was so delicate that her condition required her to have a less strenuous job, if she got a doctor note as required. ;)

I noticed that too in the interview. Back when I was in my freshman year of college I worked at a large floral shop that did arrangement for big events, weddings and funerals. There was never much downtime at the shop.
When I went in to interview my boss asked me a lot about my educational goals and if I had a party habits during the week. She told me that she was always leery of hiring young people because often people show up late for work during the week. I told her that I only partied maybe 1 or 2 weekends a month and she hired me a couple of days later. My boss there also prefered to hire college students and older people who had retired from previous careers over teens or 20 somethings that aren't in college. I understood her reasoning. Many college students are hard working and responsible and are struggling to survive and they will take work serious. Many retired people take part time jobs just to get themselves out of the house and earn a little extra money.

SOmetimes NG is the real thing. I see her as sheer entertainment. Not a night goes by that I don't burst out laughing while watching her show. At the pay rate of millions a year, she'd better entertain us. ;)

That's what I don't understand. Now, it's her show, and she has followers that are truely interested in watching her little babies grow up, so she can show them if she wants.

That being said, it just seems so---risky, especially in this day and age. I would be worried not only about some kook seeing them and trying to get them, but I bet she po's the carp out of a lot people. Correct. The picture kiosk was on Universal property, but was not a part of Universal. She was actually only employeed by Kodak, as the fellow from there told Yuri that she never went to the meeting where the Kodak employees would apply to transfer over to Colorvision when they took it over.

I know what you mean about the stuffed animals. Earlie, someone had suggested a poster hit a stuffed animal instead of their hubby. Which is okay I guess but I can't stand to see people "Hurt" stuffed animals. It smacks of cruelty. (JMO) My GGD sleeps with a stuffed Shamu, a whale from Seaworld. Last summer she took it swimming in the river before we realized her intentions. This required washing and drying a whale before bedtime.

I had to go to court about my oldest daughter many years ago, and my mom went with me as a witness.

She always has a half stick if gum in her mouth, but doesn't chew it like a cow chewing it's cud.

The bailiff came over and handed her a small sheet of paper, and mom looked at it-stupefied.

She turned it over to see if there was a note to her written on it-looked at he bailiff and asked what it was for.

He pointed to her mouth, and said "Get rid of the gum."

Doesn't the grief period begin when you are given the news that your loved one is indeed dead??? But I am at the point now where I almost want to see Queenie run her mouth because it means her POS daughter is closer to the death house that she could ever imagine!! The last time we went to NYC was in Nov. 2002, on one of those 24 hr-shop till you drop bus tours. We took my girls, who'd never been there, and we did get to visit Ground Zero.

Then we got to Ellis Island. We stood on the wharf and looked out, imagining what it was like when my great grandparents came over from Italy.

The main point of going there was to pay our respects at Ground Zero, and get the girls to Ellis Island.

I spent part of the afternoon just running my hands the length of the benches there, wondering if Grandma or Grandpa sat there. then I walked through the Immigrant line, where they stood for hours to be processed as new citizens. Trying to get in touch with my roots, I guess...

I know what you mean about the WTC. The first time i saw it, I said to my mom, "How do they keep it up there like that?" I must have been all of 8 or 9 years old.

My grandpa, John, was one of 9 kids, and the only one who left White Plains before retirement age. The rest kind of scattered around Westchester County.

My cousin was a Detective with the Yonkers PD. I can't remember-and can't find on TruTV's search engine-but he was involved in one of the HUGE murder investigations down there back in the 70's or 80's. Hubby killed the wife...not Von Bulow.

Of course Scummings doesn't want to be associated with the accusANThonys. I also never heard that Baez or Casey were paying LP and Rob and Vicky (was that the gal's name?) to be Casey's body guards. I tho't they were doing that to protect their "investment" so to speak. Eyewitness News found out that her lawyers are trying to keep Padilla's statement a secret.

George Anthony told investigators he last saw Caylee alive Monday, June 16 as she left with Casey, who he thought was going to work.

It was the day after Father's Day and the day after witnesses say Casey and Cindy had a terrible fight over money that Casey allegedly stole from Cindy's mother.

Padilla, who had bonded Casey out of jail in the past, says George's story is not true. Eyewitness News reporter Kathi Belich talked to Padilla on the phone Tuesday.

Kathi: "George says he saw Caylee the next day."

Padilla: "She didn't leave the next day like George said."

Kathi: "Oh, you think George is lying about that?"

Padilla: "I know he is, yeah."

Kathi: "How do you know that?"

Padilla: "Because Lee says so."

Kathi: "What did Lee say?"

Padilla: "Lee says she left that night. She was upset and took off with the baby."

Kathi: "Lee actually told you that and you told investigators that when you were questioned?"

Padilla: "That's correct."

Leonard Padilla says Lee told him Cindy tried to choke Casey on Father's Day and that's when she took off with Caylee.

Eyewitness News learned Cindy Anthony denied that ever happened and Casey's defense team wanted to keep incriminating statements from Padilla and his associates a secret, claiming they were working for the defense.

Padilla says they were not and says after he bonded Casey out of jail, she did not seem desperate to find her missing toddler.

"It's almost like there was no daughter. There was no daughter missing. There was nothing to be concerned about," said Padilla.

Jose Baez is expected to depose one of Casey's friends on Thursday. Then, on May 28, Baez will be back in court to try to get a jail videotape thrown out that supposedly shows Casey's reaction as she watched the discovery of Caylee's remains play out on Eyewitness News.

He doesn't want people to think about the fact that Caylee wasn't murdered by an outside, just like there is very little chance that Haleigh was abducted by an outsider. He might not have to reveal anything, if he takes a plea. Sometimes a part of the plea is that the perp doesn't have to spill his guts. Or, even if it goes to trial, if the prosecution doesn't have the motive and all the details (they don't have to prove motive) when all is said and done, the motive and what he actually did and when might not be known.

Here's one for you. I believe that once you harden yourself against your conscience to the point where you could intentionally kill (especially a child!) there's really no going back and softening yourself to truly repent. Maybe they can say the words, but it is only surface deep. Of course, God only knows, and He certainly could work a miracle, but that's what I think it would take...but that's my point of view.

As for Cindy and his impression of her; that's probably the only issue where I'm in lockstep with him. The 911 call was what turned me off to her. Don't think G&C helped Casey get rid of Caylee's corpse, but I do think they know exactly what happened. And I will agree with him that George lied about seeing Caylee on the 16th. Interesting but in the end useless, I think.I saw Leonard on Headline news today and while I am still on the fence about whether George saw them on the 16th or not, I do not believe there is any particular evidence that there was a fight on the night of the 15th. Leonard is totally misstating a fact or two. Number one, none of the neighbors pinpoints a fight on the night of the 15th period! I reviewed the neighbors statements and one said that she or he can place the fight she heard in May, the other knows of two fights and is not sure of the date at all. Unless Leonard has access to some interviews we don't and I doubt LE is letting him just peruse the files and documents, then Leonard is going on completely erroneous info. Also the fact that Lee and Jesse both mention a huge fight on the 15th is not taking into account the source for both Jesse and Lee, it is Casey. And Casey as we all know, lies. Jesse and Lee never stated they were there for a fight or that they witnessed it or that Casey told them right after it happened. Casey told people this later . I am not saying I believe Cindy over Casey but for Leonard to matter of fact state this fight happened and state a neighbor witnessed overheard it on that date is a lie. I suspect the fingerprints story got started by some hearsay as well. I also think Casey and Cindy both have reason to lie about the fight. Cindy to deny it because she does not want to give Casey a motive and Casey because she needed to give Lee and her friends a good reason why she stayed away from home for a full month. It is when Lee ask her why she stayed away for so long and would not let her Mom see Caylee that she came up with this fight story. So she could not exactly say, "Well I stayed away because I killed her," so she has to make someone the reason for her staying away. Cindy may be eluding to this in her myspace post when she says you are telling friends I am trying to control you. I am not defending Cindy. Incidentally speaking of defending Cindy, I can't believe Lisa Bloom on JVM said that Cindy and George have been nothing but cooperative and helpful. !!! Come again Lisa. When she backtracked on the smell cause, or was it when she gave them the wrong hairbrush or was it when she could not produce a phone number or address for the police and then joila she had one supposedly when she was being deposed for the civil case. She wanted him to I think say that the car did not smell until five days after it was at the towyard. She made this statement in a press interview where they were asking her about the smell and she said There was no smell in the car until five days after it was in the towyard . Maybe someone put a body in the car after it was towed. She completely twisted his statement as well. He said that in the case of the guy who commited suicide the guy was left in the car for five days. He never said as Cindy indicated that he went and smelled the car for four days straight and then joila on the fifth day it smelled. When you think about it, that does not make any sense even.Why would the guy be smelling it and charting it every day?In there a smell chart? LOL. Danager, you might just be right, I did not say that he is a freaking angel, I do think part of him wanted to play the hero and I was very skeptical of him and maybe part of me still is, but I think he has more cards left in his hand to play because he does know his way around the law and he called Queenie right from day one. He has made other comments about what happened there and many question his truthfullness.

Danager, you might just be right, I did not say that he is a freaking angel, I do think part of him wanted to play the hero and I was very skeptical of him and maybe part of me still is, but I think he has more cards left in his hand to play because he does know his way around the law and he called Queenie right from day one. I am hoping he has more to offer in the sense that it will hang Casey even more. What makes me think they knew when Caylee died is how they tried so hard to cover up things. DrewBI really like Mark Klaas. I think he is a great advocate and he tells it like it is, however did anyone watch the movie on the the Elizabeth Smart story that the family cooperated with. Mark Klaas apparently tried to insert himself in that case and help but when he was told he could not bring a camera for a private talk with the family, he got pretty indignant . So forgive me for saying this but I think some mighty good people get tempted by being on tv and being thrown into the spotlight. I guess it is human nature. .

I don't think LE inserted LP into the case (he did that himself); they prolly have a love/hate relationship. LE may have been hopeful at the outset that Lenny might get something out of Casey, but at this point, they may very well wish that he would quit calling in to NG. Or does she call him? Never saw the movie (was it any good?) and had never heard that anecdote about MK. Startling. That was my reaction!. It was on the Hallmark movie channel and from what I understand it is the only story that was told from the families point of view and that they cooperated with. It depicts Mark Klaas walking up to Ed Smarts brother and requesting to meet with him and council him and meet with other family members and he says he wants to videotape it for tv and when the brother balks, they have a falling out over Mark Klaas's motives. The other guy John Walsh is portrayed in a much more favorable light . It was a good movie. It is shocking how in that situation the police did not want to listen to the family. They had a suspect in mind and when the guy died that was it for police, they did not want to listen to the Smarts.

Okay I just reread George's interview and he does not mention the fight at all nor that Lee was at the house on the 15th of June. More telling is LE never asks him about a specific fight on the 15th of June. I wonder what LE believes at this point. Also just a few quotes from that interview rejumped out at me only because it is as Gators says what they said in the depo and say now is completely different and it makes me wonder, what happened to make George do such a 360. Remember how he said he never doubted Casey, never gave it a thought she could of done something and how proud he is of her. Look at these quotes from the July interview. About Casey, "She tells lie upon lie upon something else. I don't want to think about where this is leading. I know what that smells like. " And this, "Casey lives on the edge, all the lies , all the contradictions. He mentions his sister has had issues. (depression and mental problems and says, "Maybe it skipped to Casey." He also says the first words out of Cindy's mouth were "Jesus Christ, what died?" Another quote about Cindy's behavior." I'm just having a hard time grasping what my wife is doing to you guys." And even more telling, he describes a fight he and Cindy had after their initial statements, where he says, "Cindy they are going to come after us for withholding information." Cindy's reply, "I don't care, I am going to conduct my own investigation." She yells at him that he is so pro police. Also, I found this interesting, George places the ladder incident where CIndy yelled at him on the phone for swimming and leaving the gate opena nd the ladder down around June 26-27. I have this question for you guys, what could Casey have been doing around that time? Could she have been washing something off in the pool? Surely not a body at that time, but maybe evidence, clothes or something else that smelled. What do you think she could have been doing that late in the game.

Well if mark indeed took Jessie to bars then I am as guilty for taking my godchildren to concerts. Ian my boy has been going since he was 7 because he can handle it and loves heavy metal music, his whole room is filled with rock posters including the Iron Maiden one I got him along with Guitar Hero posters I purchased also and yes, we do drink at these concerts, but his parents drink at home as well, but do not party like the Scummings and no one has ever done drugs in front of of my kids and if anyone were to try, their asses would be in jail so fast, they would not have time to say one word. And I admit a few times I took Jason my little cousin to a bar, which also has awesome food and he liked going there because they would let him make his own pizza! And this place was kid friendly during the day and that is the only time he went. I can't imagine having to look at that POS Couey, I would put cyanide in his meds and let him choke to death and he would suffocate like poor Jessie did. I can't wait till his execution day, I plan on having a party and also when Smith's time up to bat, I will throw one then as well.

We teach them about their bodies and how sacred they are. They know that no one on earth can touch them until they get married to the prince. If anyone attempts it, they are conditioned to tell at once! All these kids are under age 6 and they have morals already. They already know about love and trust.


Those mothers and fathers who harm their children are the sickos that will never be in the majority. There are elements of mental problems and drug use.

But I never, ever forget that the world is still a beautiful place. When I get nervous about killers, I go read about good stuff. It keeps me in balance.

To me, and this is just a personal opinion, I can see his point. The amount of lying that has gone on with the Anthony case makes anyone associated with it suspect in their motives. What are they hiding? Who are they trying to protect and from what?

I believe that there is alot of evidence that hasn't been seen yet. I think that the trial is going to go as planned. I don't see the judge letting things get to the point that they can't go to trial in October. If for no other reason, to just get it over and done with.

Didn't realize that it was that late in June that the ladder incident occurred, but it makes sense that Casey would slip up and not bother about the ladder anymore. i agree with you there, i cannot see why ANYONE would want to be associated with those people, ESPECIALLY someone with a missing child!! if anything it may just make people more likely to not want to help them find Haleigh at all if they are seen to be associating with the Anthony's, bad news

I saw Leonard on Headline news today and while I am still on the fence about whether George saw them on the 16th or not, I do not believe there is any particular evidence that there was a fight on the night of the 15th. Leonard is totally misstating a fact or two. Number one, none of the neighbors pinpoints a fight on the night of the 15th period! I reviewed the neighbors statements and one said that she or he can place the fight she heard in May, the other knows of two fights and is not sure of the date at all. Unless Leonard has access to some interviews we don't and I doubt LE is letting him just peruse the files and documents, then Leonard is going on completely erroneous info. Also the fact that Lee and Jesse both mention a huge fight on the 15th is not taking into account the source for both Jesse and Lee, it is Casey. And Casey as we all know, lies. Jesse and Lee never stated they were there for a fight or that they witnessed it or that Casey told them right after it happened. Casey told people this later . I am not saying I believe Cindy over Casey but for Leonard to matter of fact state this fight happened and state a neighbor witnessed overheard it on that date is a lie. I suspect the fingerprints story got started by some hearsay as well. I also think Casey and Cindy both have reason to lie about the fight. Cindy to deny it because she does not want to give Casey a motive and Casey because she needed to give Lee and her friends a good reason why she stayed away from home for a full month. It is when Lee ask her why she stayed away for so long and would not let her Mom see Caylee that she came up with this fight story. So she could not exactly say, "Well I stayed away because I killed her," so she has to make someone the reason for her staying away. Cindy may be eluding to this in her myspace post when she says you are telling friends I am trying to control you. I am not defending Cindy. Incidentally speaking of defending Cindy, I can't believe Lisa Bloom on JVM said that Cindy and George have been nothing but cooperative and helpful. !!! Come again Lisa. When she backtracked on the smell cause, or was it when she gave them the wrong hairbrush or was it when she could not produce a phone number or address for the police and then joila she had one supposedly when she was being deposed for the civil case. Or was it when she gave three different reasons for Caseys partying? I swear I think some of us have followed the case better than some of the talking heads. PS If anyone can find a neighbor interview about the fight on the 15th I will totally support Leonards story, for now he is talking out of his ass. .

LP got his information about the fight from Lee. That is what I recall him saying on NG is where he got the low-down. So, it's not LP's lie, it all goes back to Casey, because Lee got HIS information about the fight from Casey.

I could swear that, even before LP appeared on the scene, and before the interview (LE) w/Lee where he mentions the fight on the 15th, that a neighbor said he heard loud arguing from the Anthony home on the night of the 15th. I ahve been thru a lot of articles, but can't find it--but then, I can't find some of the articles from back then when George's BIL and the fellow who was a co-worker of George in LE in Ohio who became the sheriff or Chief of Police--can't remember if he is that currently, or retired. Anyway, there are articles from the beginning that I remember reading, but can't find now. Maybe because there are so darn many.

As for LP, most of his "information" that he spouted on NG, @ least the times I watched, was not first hand information, but always from someone else. From Lee, or from Tracy, or from Rob, or from whomever his contact is in the FBI. But not first hand, especially anything that occured or was said in the A home, except whatever went on during the 15 minutes he was even allowed in the house before Casey told him to get out.

We can thank good ol' Jose Baez for no gag order. But, for the life of me, I can't imagine WHAT the judge was thinking to not impose it. What I can't believe is that HE (Jose, not the judge) didn't want one--and to say it was because he needed to be able to refute all the misinformation being put out by LE--@ a time when LE was saying NOTHING. All that was being reported @ the time was whatever reporters could dig up somewhere.

Plus, I think Jose's reason behind not wanting the gag order was because he wanted all the press he could get, whether it was him, or the A's or any of their attorneys, or just ANYONE. Danager, you might just be right, I did not say that he is a freaking angel, I do think part of him wanted to play the hero and I was very skeptical of him and maybe part of me still is, but I think he has more cards left in his hand to play because he does know his way around the law and he called Queenie right from day one. I am hoping he has more to offer in the sense that it will hang Casey even more. What makes me think they knew when Caylee died is how they tried so hard to cover up things. I could be wrong because you do a lot of research but Lee was called to come to the house on the night when Cindy finally found Casey and was trying to get stuff out of her, not on the 15th of June. I could be mistaken again but I don't think he says anything about going right after the fight. He learned about the fight when Casey told him as far as I can tell. She had a little trouble with deciding whether or not she was paying the nanny, too. I remember reading the conversation about saying that she was paying the nanny $400/week. Then, after the poop hit the fan, all of a sudden the nanny was independently wealthy (or her daddy gave her all the money she wanted-take your pick) and not only watched Caylee for free (or on the tab of the fellow whose boy she was watching, again--take your pick) but was able to buy duplicates of Caylee's toys and clothes and such. Maybe she realized she had to have a rich nanny who didn't charge to fit in with having no job so as to be able to pay her.

Really, Casey needed a binder, too, to keep track of what she was saying.

I might be able to clear this up. She wanted him to I think say that the car did not smell until five days after it was at the towyard. She made this statement in a press interview where they were asking her about the smell and she said There was no smell in the car until five days after it was in the towyard . Maybe someone put a body in the car after it was towed. She completely twisted his statement as well. He said that in the case of the guy who commited suicide the guy was left in the car for five days. He never said as Cindy indicated that he went and smelled the car for four days straight and then joila on the fifth day it smelled. When you think about it, that does not make any sense even.Why would the guy be smelling it and charting it every day?In there a smell chart? LOL. Anyways that is my impresssion of the lie she wanted him to tell.

I used to argue with Loretta about LP and defend him, but i don't think LE is inserting him into the case. They can't stop him from talking. There is nothing they can do. Also about LE asking Lee about the fight, it is not quite that way. LE never says to him I understand there was a fight, Lee volunteers this as the reason Casey stayed away. Again Leonard is taking little bits of info and twisting it to fit his theories. I am not saying there was no fight because between the whole family there is not one truthful one. But I think Leonard knows a lot fewer facts than he says and he just speculates. I also doubt that Casey being as self protective as she is would open up to this Tracy girl. ANd the only thing George says about the fight is he was not there for it and does not know anything about it. And also I think the reason LE is not asking Leonard for tips or deposing him is because they know he knows nothing. He may suspect this or that and speculate but as for what he knows as a fact, .......

In my readings last night, I did read that LE has the emails that Shirley Plesea sent to family members and one email is supposed to give details on the fight. Can't say it is accurate or not.

Amy, I'm 95% sure that it was in the first article that the Enquirer or Globe printed regarding this case. I had all the issues but gave them to my mom to read and she throws things away before the first dust particle can set on them. Also, Jesse Grund is supposed to have made a statement that there was a fight which he had heard from Lee. I listened to one of Grund's statements last night and there is still one more to listen to.

I remember reading that the fight was so loud that the neighbors were able to hear it even though it was inside of the Anthony house. I am also thinking that I read that Lee's car eventually showed up that night in the driveway. Gosh, I wish I had those issues again. Why does my mother have to be so doggone neat!

Okay I just reread George's interview and he does not mention the fight at all nor that Lee was at the house on the 15th of June. More telling is LE never asks him about a specific fight on the 15th of June. I wonder what LE believes at this point. Also just a few quotes from that interview rejumped out at me only because it is as Gators says what they said in the depo and say now is completely different and it makes me wonder, what happened to make George do such a 360. Remember how he said he never doubted Casey, never gave it a thought she could of done something and how proud he is of her. Look at these quotes from the July interview. About Casey, "She tells lie upon lie upon something else. I don't want to think about where this is leading. I know what that smells like. " And this, "Casey lives on the edge, all the lies , all the contradictions. He mentions his sister has had issues. (depression and mental problems and says, "Maybe it skipped to Casey." He also says the first words out of Cindy's mouth were "Jesus Christ, what died?" Another quote about Cindy's behavior." I'm just having a hard time grasping what my wife is doing to you guys." And even more telling, he describes a fight he and Cindy had after their initial statements, where he says, "Cindy they are going to come after us for withholding information." Cindy's reply, "I don't care, I am going to conduct my own investigation." She yells at him that he is so pro police. Also, I found this interesting, George places the ladder incident where CIndy yelled at him on the phone for swimming and leaving the gate opena nd the ladder down around June 26-27. I have this question for you guys, what could Casey have been doing around that time? Could she have been washing something off in the pool? Surely not a body at that time, but maybe evidence, clothes or something else that smelled. What do you think she could have been doing that late in the game.

Really, I don't recall George mentioning the fight. But Lee did, in I think the LE interview. I never tho't that he was @ the house on June 15, and I do remember him saying CASEY told him about the fight. So, even if he was there that night, it would have to have been before or after the fight. If there was one.

I also remember especially the FBI interview, and discussions on boards after that, where people tho't George was going to be the one to tell the truth, and nothing but the truth, because he said a lot of things that were pretty damning against Casey. But, then, instead of his convincing Cindy that they had to turn the case over to LE, let them do their job, cooperate fully w/them, Cindy got to him and somehow convinced him that everyone would be better off to follow the nanny story, and all the rest.

IMO, Casey had always been going back to the house when she knew both the A's were @ work or otherwise occupied. She very well could have been there, swimming, cooling off, working on her tan, etc. Caylee was already dead, so she didn't worry about leaving the ladder out--Caylee wasn't going to go exploring and climb it and fall in and drown. IMO. Bet phone pings could probably tell where she was @ that time.

Ex-fiancée Jesse Grund alleged Casey Anthony, mother fought

The ex-fiancée of Casey Anthony alleged that she and her mother got into a big argument the night before Casey's daughter Caylee went missing.

Jesse Grund told Sherriff's investigators about the incident in documents released by the State Attorney's Office in late November, saying he learned of it from Casey's brother Lee Anthony.

"It got into a very heated argument, which turned physical and Cindy started choking Casey," Grund said, after a review of documents by Central Florida 13 news.

Casey Anthony, 22, has been charged with murder after lying to police about the whereabouts of her daughter. She waited one month before revealing her daughter was missing. Caylee was reported missing July 15.

Caylee's remains were discovered by Roy Kronk, an Orange County meter reader on December 11 near Caylee's grandparents' home.

One thing I did find interesting in Lee's first statement to LE. He said his sister said that she hadn't seen Caylee for 31 days and Lee said to police that it meant that Caylee was missing on June 15. He said June 15 twice.

I found the audio of Grund's conversation with LE regarding the fight. I'm sorry that I haven't found a transcript of it and I don't know if one exists. He says the after his second interview with police, Lee called him and confided that Cindy and Casey had an arguement because Cindy was watching Caylee too often and Casey wasn't there much. It got physical and Cindy started choking Casey. LE asks Grund if anyone else was home, and Grund says he doesn't know, Lee didn't say if anyone else was there. LE asks Grund if he believes the story and he said he wasn't sure if Lee was just testing him to see what he would repeat but at that point Grund "did not trust anyone in the family at that point". Grunds states that Lee said that "Cindy told Lee the story because she thinks that was why Casey ran off with Caylee". The fight happened at night time. He also says that Casey was in extreme hated state for her mother. He said this incident happened in the middle of June.

On the whole, Cindy and George made things worse with their conflicting statements. Especially George.. as we know.


I think he really tho't he could, in his bounty hunter way, get her to talk. Or, @ the least, get her to CINDY who, I think, he really tho't could get her to talk. I don't think he counted on Casey following her lawyer's advice, or order to not to discuss the case while she was out (IF he did, or did the A's --any combination of concoct that?)

LP, of course, was thrown out before he knew where the brownie mix was stored, or the mac and cheese. IMO, by that time, George and Cindy were relieved about the "order"--then, there was an excuse to not know (for sure, anyway) the truth about Caylee. Who knows, maybe they were relieved prior to that, that they had no way to actually afford the bail, so they could tell Casey over and over they were "trying" but just didn't have the $$$$? If she stayed in jail, Cindy could con't to shout over and over, just give her an hour w/Casey, and she would get the truth, knowing she would never have to act on that.

Amy, I'm 95% sure that it was in the first article that the Enquirer or Globe printed regarding this case. I had all the issues but gave them to my mom to read and she throws things away before the first dust particle can set on them. Also, Jesse Grund is supposed to have made a statement that there was a fight which he had heard from Lee. I listened to one of Grund's statements last night and there is still one more to listen to.

I remember reading that the fight was so loud that the neighbors were able to hear it even though it was inside of the Anthony house. I am also thinking that I read that Lee's car eventually showed up that night in the driveway. Gosh, I wish I had those issues again. Why does my mother have to be so doggone neat!

I didn't get to peek into any of the tabloids til months later, the first one I read was Crystal or whomever one of her other BFF's story. I hadn't read anything about neighbor(s) hearing the argument, just one. And hadn't read any article where it says Lee's car showed up on any of the dates. So, whatever I had read, it wasn't one of those stories. IMO

So, it would depend on whether CASEY or CINDY were telling the truth. THAT is gonna be a hard one. The only other option would be LEE making that story up, but I don't see why, and he first told it when he was being palsy walsy w/LE, telling them all about his investigations and all that. I dunno---maybe a red herring by either Casey or by Lee?

I can picture exactly how it looked---given what we have come to know about this woman and how she erupts so quickly and violently. It's a pattern of behavior that Cindy has used all her life, progressively gettings worse over time. I believe it is generational in families. Look at Cindy's relationships and look at what she created in her children. Not letting George off the hook because he has been compliant, kissing her ass all along. That brief stretch of time, that night when they realized Caylee was missing, was the most honest point of all of this. That appears to be the last time CA was cooperative...she heard Casey tell Lee that Caylee was missing and called the police all hysterical...

What exactly happened to tip them into LE's enemy? Because I know they knew from the smell...but maybe they were in shock, and when they recovered they defaulted to SOP: lie. all imo.

i think that they first started to be LE's enemies when they fully realized the EXTENT of Casey's lies. i believe that they really had no idea that she wasn't actually working, and therefore they probably truly believed that there WAS a kidnapping babysitter up until the point when it came out that she never worked and no one else had ever heard of this woman before, including her very closest friends. that was probably when they decided " ok she is in BIG trouble here and caylee is not coming back, so we better protect what we have left "

I live in the Albuquerque area and Tiffany Torribio is public enemy number 1. But New Mexico recently repealed the death penalty. There are appeals right
now to bring the DP back on the books. Tiffany should be hanged for what she did. The sad thing about the case is that Tiffany could have found an adoptive family for her son with assistance from Native American agencies. A few years back my uncle worked at a tribal school and 16-year old girl there gave birth to a baby boy about a month after she decided to put him up for adoption. My uncle said the baby got placed with a couple from another tribe who couldn't have kids. Poor little Ty could been someone else's son instead of being murdered and buried in a sandbox.

I think Cindy is a bully and I have a theory that she has emotionally abused George for years. When the Ants lived in Ohio Cindy pushed George into working in the auto business simply because she was jealous of George's dad, his sister and brother in law. I think George was probably happy in his LE career but because Cindy wanted to be like the other Ants she pushed him into a career that wasn't fit for him.

I also think there is truth to the rumors about Cindy having been in a mental hospital or some kind of therapy because in one of Rick's emails he mentions something about a mental hospital.

She had a little trouble with deciding whether or not she was paying the nanny, too. I remember reading the conversation about saying that she was paying the nanny $400/week. Then, after the poop hit the fan, all of a sudden the nanny was independently wealthy (or her daddy gave her all the money she wanted-take your pick) and not only watched Caylee for free (or on the tab of the fellow whose boy she was watching, again--take your pick) but was able to buy duplicates of Caylee's toys and clothes and such. Maybe she realized she had to have a rich nanny who didn't charge to fit in with having no job so as to be able to pay her.

Really, Casey needed a binder, too, to keep track of what she was saying.

Casey's friend Troy Brown told LE said that his sister was a grad student and she babysat to earn extra money. Troy said that he felt his sister wasn't being paid enough for her services and asked Casey about how much she paid her "nanny". All Casey told him was "I pay her enough don't worry" or something like that. Another thing I found funny was that early in the investigation Casey said Zanny had roommates. If Zanny was rich why would she she need roommates.

Obviously, Queenie will say that "Annie is Zanny". Afterall, first Jesse Grund was Zanny, then Amy was Zanny. So obviously, they will say that Annie was Zanny and she killed Caylee.


I am surprised too that Annie hasn't been labeled as Zanny especially since she used to live with her ex at the Sawgrass apartments. I think it was dumb of Cindy to say that Jesse or Amy was Zanny. Both of them could provide work records or something that would prove they were never around Caylee during the day.

The funny thing about Casey's claims of Zanny being wealthy and working as a nanny or having roommates is very stupid. I have known a few people who come from wealthy families and a lot of them attend college and start their own careers and make their own money. None of them work as nanny or watch children for free. I think Casey could ripped off the part about Zanny having roomies from J.P. Chatt. According to a lot of people J.P.'s family is very wealthy and they own the townhouse that he, Ricardo and Amy live in. Often people who have the money and means to live alone sometimes have roommates or renters just because they hate being alone and stuff. Also Zanny's roommates Jennifer and Raquel don't exist.

I live in the Albuquerque area and Tiffany Torribio is public enemy number 1. But New Mexico recently repealed the death penalty. There are appeals right
now to bring the DP back on the books. Tiffany should be hanged for what she did. The sad thing about the case is that Tiffany could have found an adoptive family for her son with assistance from Native American agencies. A few years back my uncle worked at a tribal school and 16-year old girl there gave birth to a baby boy about a month after she decided to put him up for adoption. My uncle said the baby got placed with a couple from another tribe who couldn't have kids. Poor little Ty could been someone else's son instead of being murdered and buried in a sandbox.

Even if there was a special legislative session today and DP was put back on the books, they still could not use it on her. The punishment for the crime is what was on the books @ the time the crime was committed.

BTK--did the murders he confessed to prior to the DP, so most he could get was LWOP--@ least we have that now in KS.

Skakel-the Kennedy relative in the Martha Moxley murder--they were supposed to only be able to charge him as he would have been charged as a teen back @ the time of the murder, and the sentencing would have to be according to the guidlellines from that time.

So, while it would be good to have the DP available for future horrendous crimes, Torribio and anybody else who committed murder up the the time the legislator would pass the DP would not be elligible.

Casey's friend Troy Brown told LE said that his sister was a grad student and she babysat to earn extra money. Troy said that he felt his sister wasn't being paid enough for her services and asked Casey about how much she paid her "nanny". All Casey told him was "I pay her enough don't worry" or something like that. Another thing I found funny was that early in the investigation Casey said Zanny had roommates. If Zanny was rich why would she she need roommates.

Casey would probably come up w/something like--the nanny was so rich, and she wanted to help EVERYBODY, so I am sure the roomies were staying there free of charge so they could save their money for a down payment on their own place. The only one I know of is the NG site. Nothing much there but clips and pictures of the twinnies. Oh, and some promo for her latest book/novel. I watch her for the sole purpose of getting some latest info on certain cases, but the repeated blips and clips often take up the entire hour. I especially hate when she insists on picking the scabs off family member's hearts. I get that she needs to do emotional autopsies for the sake of the human interest features, but Jaysus, she's so brutal.

I can't get over how the A's are so stuck on stupid. It really makes me wonder like most of you if they, themselves have something to hide. I think about that and then I think back to the first phone call Cindy made. If she knew that Caylee was dead at that point and had helped to dispose of the body I don't see her making that phone call. That phone call was the most honest she's ever been. I think she was panicked at that point. I really believe she thought Caylee was with someone else and not dead. I don't know what happened to change her and G so much. Casey must have said something or wrote something, or told someone to tell them something. At some point they knew the truth and it was way before finding the body. I know that they suspected the truth just from the smell of the car alone but I have a gut feeling that somebody confirmed their suspicions. JMO

Jessie says that Casey is a master liar and I do believe he called it right when he said that Cindy is mentally ill and that George does anything she says, like how high when she says leap??? And he too, never met or talked to the Nanny??? How many people does that make now that were close to CA that never met or heard of ZG??? We all know in our own family units who is in the children lives, whether it be a babysitter, a teacher, a coach, or a family friend and you can bet with all my godkids I knew and know who is in their lives, and this would be the NORM CINDY???? This woman allegedly babysat for days on end and not one soul met her? And the story changed there too. First she was rich and just did it because she loves kids, to she is raising 6 of her own and needs the money??? And her friend that testified the other day lives at SawGrass, but how would she have privy to apt applications unless she worked in the office??? I have not heard that is the case so it is a mystery how the real Zenaida was so horribly used and abused here, all because she filled out an application for an apt as she has 6 kids???

And George in the depo, he was so clearly lying when asked if this was the ZG that was the nanny?? And he says that the one that was the supposed nanny, was a 10 and that ZG is not and when asked about the physicals he hemmed and hawed and got pissy as he knew he was caught in a big fish lie!!! I am so glad we live in the tech world we do. We have so many tools now for LE to use, DNA, forensics, video cameras, and yes, even the media has helped here, hence the fact that Orange County is willing to update us on a daily basis and release tapes and pictures of this horrible saga and this will all come back to bite them all in the ass!!! I saw some pictures of Casey the other night, I meant to save them so I could tell you all where I saw them and these pictures are time stamped on the bottom and the first batch was taken 7/07/08 and she is dirty dancing with two girls and a black dude, eating a hot dog in a suggestive way, in a bikini at a beach bar and some guy has his hand down the bra and others time stamped 7/09/08 and she is partying down with three other girls, guzzling booze and smoking what appears to be a joint and dressed like a hooker right off the mean streets of Detroit!!

She had on a black halter top which was see through and black Daisy Dukes and black thigh length boots and in this flick she is tonguing one of the girls and I was about to puke because these are taken when Casey is moldering in that laundry bag, seems to me this chick is bi-sexual among her other "qualities" as she looks like she is having the time of her life and I believe these were taken at Fusion, It all comes down to her partying many nights and here is proof positive and Queenie tells LK it was only one night?? These pics and flicks were taken by a guy and I do believe are on his Facebook, these are not hers so they could be altered by Cindy and I have seen pictures of him and I think he is friends with Tony??? So much evidence and there is Queenie running her mouth on media outlets as she has to have her fix and now I could give a crap less about their feelings and what is up with Lisa Bloom?? I could never stand up for these losers and the only thing I would want to do is to bring Casey's last meal to her and to watch their reaction to her demise and only then will I feel justice was served for a beautiful, innocent child who deserved to live a full life and not be a pawn.

I watch her for the sole purpose of getting some latest info on certain cases, but the repeated blips and clips often take up the entire hour. I especially hate when she insists on picking the scabs off family member's hearts. I get that she needs to do emotional autopsies for the sake of the human interest features, but Jaysus, she's so brutal.

I loved when Sheri Coleman's cousin whacked her for asking, "Why did Coleman get his head shaved?" Sheri's cousin (forget his name) said, "Isn't 'why did he kill them?' a better question Nancy?" She didn't like that. :no:

What? Did she tell someone to shut his mike off? lol I think the cousin has done a wonderful job of being the family spokesperson (that is, the 2 times I have watched while he was on.) Not a lot of drama, straight forward questions, straight forward answers.

On a different note, I know that Cindy said that Casey had only been out once during the whole time that Caylee was missing but I believe that if you look you can see it was more than just once.

The ones of Casey with longer hair was her 21st birthday and Cindy admitted that she got drunk and puked in the toilet and passed out in the van that time, which was fine because Cindy had Caylee at home with her.

But the times when Caylee wasn't in the pictures or seen by any of the people that Casey was partying with and we know that Cindy didn't have Caylee, now that bothers me.

I am learning the language of Cindyspeak. See, an average person would interpret that "out once" means you leave your house for a five or six hour period and then you go home. In Cindyspeak being out once means leaving the house on June 15 and not coming home until July 15. See that is being out once while Caylee was missing. These are what Cindy calls half-truths. Perfectly legitimate in her world.

I hear you DewB. A mother isn't able to allow anyone to speak to the flaws in her children because it reveals the flaws in herself, I suppose. You know only the mother can critique her kids.. lol! You know the old adage: "Blood will tell." But though that isn't always true, people still eat that adage for breakfast.


But in this case, Cindy's whooped because the whole world is watching. Everyone is putting in their two cents and I think we got more in that coffer than the Florida Lottery by now eh?

Going further, Cindy is insulting the world with her nonsensical defense of her daughter. I still believe she was in denial about Casey's mental problems and it cost her a family intact. IMO she should have clearly defined Casey's problem by getting her some help. She expected a mentally disturbed person to do something she was not capable of. Casey was not a good mother. She was showing her that since Caylee was born. Even the continuous stealing is a clue that she had hard wiring issues. Giving her a child to care for was like giving a piromaniac a book of matches. IMO.

At first I thought there were drugs involved. Then I was sure she was insane. But now, I think she simply had a chemical in her head that wasn't doing its job. Of course Cindy would never expose a broken brain in her family and its why she didn't get Casey some help.

Cindy is the narcissist. She wanted a Stepford family. Her denial did nothing for the greater good. Denial never does.

The only thing on her side is to plead ignorant. I'll give her that. When we have children, we don't get a psychology book. She was (as someone here said) rearranging chairs on a ship that was going down. There are some complaints or rumors about Cindy and George's anger about having to care for Caylee too much. If they were trying to get a mentally challenged daughter to mind her own responsibilities and couldn't, yes, "There is something WRONG!" Quote Cindy.

My major problem with Cindy is, she didn't protect Caylee. I mean, we mothers may not have a degree in psychiatry, but we all have instinct. Even dogs have that!! She should have spent all that wasted energy on getting custody and forcing Casey into treatment. Even the liar knew she was messed up and wanted help. ( So Amy says)

Cindy could never get help for Casey because it would mean that her daughter was imperfect. Everything in the "Anthony World" has to be beautiful or it is worthless. Their daughter was "gorgeous" in their eyes so that's what the world saw and that what counts. What went on behin d closed doors was a private problem and they looked the other way as long as everyone else thought things were just beautiful and perfect on the outside. Lawn had to be perfect, cars had to be washed and waxed, Caylee had to have designer clothes, The Liar had to look gorgeous and all was right in the world even if it was all just a show. JMO
