It would be nice if Bozo could string together two coherent sentences that don't sound amateur or off of Murder she Wrote. I look on here and see posters who are much more articulate than he is. I kept thinking why he is trying to convince the judge the photos are not relevant . It is too soon for that and secondly so what if they aren't. Tons of background and photos and info gets released on defendants that never makes it into court. It was almost like he was trying to say if it does not make it into court it should not be in the public sector, which let's face it in American society is just bogus. I am reading a case now where in the book this writer profiles a defendant, where all kinds of previous crimes , behavior, drug use, etc never made it into court but it sure as hell made it into print. So what is Jose now in favor of censorship unless it is positive to his client? His arguments are just bizarre and rambling. I realize rambling is a word that can apply to me and sometimes even bizarre, lol but it should not be used to describe a legal argument. See Java I am a nutball LOL. !

Yeah, Mu. People here are very intelligent and can probably make more sense than Bozo Baez. He does ramble on and some of what he has said and done could be characterized as bizarre. I love how the judge wasn't buying any of his BS!! Can't wait for the rest of the docs to be dumped!!

I watched JVM too and heard whoever it was on there say that G&C have not seen Casey for five months. I did not realize it's been that long. So today was the first time they saw each other since Caylee's remains were found and the only thing Casey can offer her parents is a half-arsed acknowledgement? I realize they could not lock arms and hug, but honestly, I don't think Casey was going to turn around and acknowledge her parents until Bozo told her to.

At the time he stated this there was no reason to cover for Casey. What is more important is that evidence points to Caylee returning home....... Rapid cell calls, smells in 2 places in the backyard of decomp the dog found, the blanket from Caylee's bed gone. I would just give a lot to hear what happened in the next 12 hours. IMO sara

The police seem to have had a bead on the fight right away so why would the family try to cover that up thinking no one would tell? Somebody did or a few somebodies did. She definitely was home by around 1 something after George left because cell records put her there. I never bought the story someone espoused that she took Caylee and killed her in some motel or motel parking lot or whatever. It did not make sense to me. I also think she is very calculating and she came back with George there to make a display of see how calm I am after that horrible fight, I am fine and then after he left she came back home and killed Caylee. If George can tell the truth about the most devastating thing that that car smelled like a dead body and he knew that at least at one point he admitted it, why not tell the truth about much lamer things. Also LE does not seem to think he is lying either in their timeline of when Caylee was last seen.

So, the photos got released and the Orlando Sentinel has at least 110 of them up...nothing we haven't seen. The only things I can imagine Jose was fighting for was the photos of Caylee that she switched to black and white and added the heart are in there, Amy has a jelly heart that looks kind of like the one found on the masonite(but smaller), some tattoos details (not bella vita). Lots of stupid drunk kids who had nothing to do with anything...

Listen, I understand it would not be accidental, because taping her mouth is an aggravating circumstance (did I say that right?). In my mind, though, I keep thinking she did it to keep her quiet if she woke up, not that she did it malisciously. The chloroform also was to knock her out, I keep thinking, not to kill her. So, accidental..yes. But under the law, no.

My reasoning is because she had to know she could not get away with killing her...she had to know that. That's where the Zani story kicked in as a cover up...She could never call 911 and be truthful (to the fact) that she was in the habit of sedating her child, and tried the chloroform and she died as a result........

I don't know if this was brought up before, but the way everything looks to me, IMO, maybe Casey has a split personality. It's been on my mind since Lee had mentioned that the Zenida(sp) lady that brought them to court wasn't the lady that Casey was talking about (and thanks to mistaken identity, this poor woman has lost everything, way to go Casey). Could it be that Casey and Zanni are the same person??? Casey being the so-called "good mom" and Zanni is the "bad/killer mom"? I haven't seen or heard anything about Casey's psychological evaluation since her arrest, nor have I seen or heard anything to mention that she had psychological problems in the past.

Hi skwerl. The psych. eval. has never been released. As far as "split personality" as a diagnosis. No. She is definitely personality disorderd but she does not meet criteria for dissociative personality. She is a sociopath; unable to feel empathy, remorse, or genuine love for anyone but herself. She believes she is the victim. The whole Zanny the Nanny story is just that -- a story she created to get away with murdering the daughter she hated so much. She put alot of thought into her story---carefully spinning a plan to save her own ass. JMO.

Of course it was an accident. Zani took Caylee at Plan Charred Park and locked her in the garage. While she accessed Casey's accounts to provide instruction, Caylee, in a desperate bid to get back to her loving mother, climbed on boxes to get to the window. She fell into a box full of duct tape and struggled frantically. It was very cold in the garage, so when the bottle of chemicals fell in, they cured perfectly to chloroform. Zani, upon finding the disaster that had become of her sociology experiment, knew she had to cover. She had the body placed in Casey's trunk and siphoned her gas, sure she would get a can out of the trunk. Casey was too dedicated to following instructions to keep anything from stopping her, though. In desperation, Zani took the next step...the Zone!

Oh, and regarding the MySpace thing, Loretta ... If it's anything like Facebook, "Zani" (or any other homicidal babysitter) would not need to have Casey's account password to communicate with her. You are correct in that. I have a FB account; it's much more convenient than email. You can write private or public messages. All you have to do is add someone as a "friend."

And if Zani changed the password, how would Casey get into her account to send or receive the messages? As has been stated before, it makes NO SENSE. But we know Casey's stories never do.

From what I gathered in Lee's deposition, Casey was trying to explain the Timer55 password on her account, and so she had to blame Zani for that.

Think about it. Casey was counting the days she had before she had to produce Caylee for her parents. How else did she know Caylee had been gone 31 days, but not the actual date? Who keeps track of time like that? She knew that from the moment she killed her daughter, she could only "stall" Cindy until Caylee's birthday at the latest. Hence, Timer55.

Regarding this video of Casey in the sick bay ... Why doesn't Nancy Grace or any of her guests discuss the real reasons WHY this makes Casey look bad? Sometimes NG is so far behind the logical curve, it frustrates the heck out of me. If it were just a case of Casey thinking about herself, or asking for medication for her panic attack, Jose wouldn't try so hard to block it. After all, who could blame a mother for hyperventilating upon learning that a body was discovered that could be her child? Well, we know Casey has a tendency to be redundant (two explanations for everything) so probably the duct tape was redundant. I've been trying to figure it out as well. If Caylee was incapacitated with the chloroform, so Casey could suffocate her, why the duct tape? Was the duct tape used to suffocate?

Again, none of it makes sense. The best explanation is just that Casey wanted to SHUT Caylee up for good. I don't think Caylee would have let her put the duct tape on if she weren't knocked out already. I have a hard enough time trying to brush my two-year-old's hair she's so squirming. I can't even imagine how hard it would be to duct tape her mouth.

Honestly I didn't think she looked any heavier. I did think she looked awful. She looked better the last time she was in court. I wonder what has happened since then to make her look so much worse. They might have to call an ambulance. Cindy was smiling and laughing. And in the courtroom after the hearing she hugged Jose and was smiling and talking very spiritedly.

Oh, and regarding the MySpace thing, Loretta ... If it's anything like Facebook, "Zani" (or any other homicidal babysitter) would not need to have Casey's account password to communicate with her. You are correct in that. I have a FB account; it's much more convenient than email. You can write private or public messages. All you have to do is add someone as a "friend."

And if Zani changed the password, how would Casey get into her account to send or receive the messages? As has been stated before, it makes NO SENSE. But we know Casey's stories never do.

From what I gathered in Lee's deposition, Casey was trying to explain the Timer55 password on her account, and so she had to blame Zani for that.

Think about it. Casey was counting the days she had before she had to produce Caylee for her parents. How else did she know Caylee had been gone 31 days, but not the actual date? Who keeps track of time like that? She knew that from the moment she killed her daughter, she could only "stall" Cindy until Caylee's birthday at the latest. Hence, Timer55.

You should have seen her after the hearing. When they were walking out of the courthouse the media was trying to ask questions and Brad Conway was being pushed by George. Cindy was walking next to George. Conway was telling the reporters that there would be no questions answered and that they had to move out of the way or someone might get hurt. They might have to call an ambulance. Cindy was smiling and laughing. And in the courtroom after the hearing she hugged Jose and was smiling and talking very spiritedly.

My HB and 1 daughter is allergic, but I brush my 3 (yep, 3!.. 2 boys 1 girl kitty) every day, and wipe/wash them down with a washcloth to wash off their spittle. No problems because I do it religiously. The spittle is what your daughter is allergic to, it's not the hair believe it or not. (one of my clients is a dermatologist~ so I get the low down on lot of things). Sometimes we have to take the extra step so we can have our pets..I don't mind..maybe your daughter wouldn't either? Know what i was thinking about. Remember early on when George and Cindy were spouting the Casey is a good girl theory, how she did not drink and she did not go to clubs and if she did she only went for an hour just to see if her friends were having fun and how responsible she was , blah, blah. Looking back now, they knew they were lying then, if all this discovery is right about how Cindy was always on Casey to come home and watch her child and how she and George had talked about getting custody several times. So the Anthonys were liars from day one and this has always been about protecting their image and getting Casey off, never really about Caylee. :(

My reasoning is because she had to know she could not get away with killing her...she had to know that. I don't know if this was brought up before, but the way everything looks to me, IMO, maybe Casey has a split personality. It's been on my mind since Lee had mentioned that the Zenida(sp) lady that brought them to court wasn't the lady that Casey was talking about (and thanks to mistaken identity, this poor woman has lost everything, way to go Casey). Could it be that Casey and Zanni are the same person??? Casey being the so-called "good mom" and Zanni is the "bad/killer mom"? I haven't seen or heard anything about Casey's psychological evaluation since her arrest, nor have I seen or heard anything to mention that she had psychological problems in the past.

Despite how they have handled everything from the start, I do still feel for them. Caylee was one of the most adored kids I have ever seen...we know they loved her so much.....more than anything. I only say this because I compare her to other children, who have a schitt mother, and have no one to run to, to turn to. Caylee's short life with Cindy and George was a happy, loving life. Think of Nixmary (Brown?), or Lisa Steinberg, both in NY. Both like 6 years old, dying. A horrendous tourtured life and death because they had no one to watch out for them like Cindy and George. I thank God she had them at least.

As for what happened to Caylee...Hindsight is 20/20...that is what we have to take with us from this case...awareness.

We're used to seeing her without make up and yesterday it appeared as if she had a lot on. Cindy lost about 30 lbs, she's wearing bright, pretty clothing, has on jewelry and new haircut and her 22 year old daughter has gained about 20 lbs, looks frumpy and pale. Of course it was an accident. Zani took Caylee at Plan Charred Park and locked her in the garage. While she accessed Casey's accounts to provide instruction, Caylee, in a desperate bid to get back to her loving mother, climbed on boxes to get to the window. She fell into a box full of duct tape and struggled frantically. It was very cold in the garage, so when the bottle of chemicals fell in, they cured perfectly to chloroform. Zani, upon finding the disaster that had become of her sociology experiment, knew she had to cover. She had the body placed in Casey's trunk and siphoned her gas, sure she would get a can out of the trunk. Casey was too dedicated to following instructions to keep anything from stopping her, though. In desperation, Zani took the next step...the Zone!

I don't remember which show it was on, but one person said they tried to work with duct tape while wearing latex gloves and it didn't work because the glue on the tape stuck to the latex and tore off pieces of latex from the gloves. Now if pieces of latex are found, we know she did use gloves and if she used gloves, it is certainly premediated murder to me.

It took me over a year to leave my house and I don't remember doing it. I know I must have brushed my teeth, ate, spoke to family members... I just don't know how I did. I went for grief counseling and learned the term, "Frozen Grief." The A's seem to have frozen hearts.

I had to transform into one who stopped grieving the death of that person I love so much, and to celebrate his life. Now I thank him for that life he shared with me.

It did state that no latent prints were detected for that one request. Which only listed Lee, Cindy, and George. There is a separate request for latent prints matching Casey. That one we have not seen yet just like we haven't seen the toxicology reports yet.

It is more likely that they wanted the other Anthonys prints not to be on that tape because that could cast reasonable doubt about Casey being the one that placed the tape on Caylee's mouth.

Is it possible that there was more tape than just the one piece used to cover the mouth area? Sure it is but we won't know that until all the documentation is released.

Didn't NG open Thursday night with the bombshell that Caylee was likely killed in her own Winnie the Pooh bedroom? I was slopping the hogs and didn't catch what evidence she gave to support that. (But I believe it's very likely.) For some reason, I have always doubted that George saw Casey and Caylee leaving that afternoon. Maybe it has something to do with Cindy correcting what it was that he was watching on TV, since she wasn't home at the time.

I also have always doubted the Monday the 16th story by George, and for the same reason as you--he started to say one thing, Cindy pinches his leg, and he comes up with seeing them leave in the afternoon. There are those who feel that George is trying to be truthful, and why would he lie about this? IMO, it's not like he has been absolutely truthful in all things, especially when Cindy is around to sort of censor what he does say.

EVEN IF Casey and Caylee WERE in the house that am, and Casey was keeping Caylee quiet, one would be able to hear things little noises--a little 2 year old doesn't just sit quietly in a room all morning. Unless Casey had cereal, crackers, something for Caylee to eat or drink, I can't see a little 2 year old not being fussy about being hungry, etc. And, not having to go to the bathroom all morning. If they could allegedly "hear them asleep" which is how I think George says he "knows" they were home all night, I can't imagine him not "hear them awake" the next day, when there would obviously be more noises, if not talking or whispering.

DA not going for the DP, but that is OK, I just want her to never see freedom again, I can deal with LWPOP which her charges carry. Now if she accidently killed her with the chloroform, would it have been easier to cop to say manslaughter and take her lumps? Years ago a friend of mine accidently ran over his three year old daughter and killed her. He initially was charged with involuntary manslaughter because the horse's ass DA wanted to bust Donny for whatever he could because Donny had a few run-ins with the law, nothing major, traffic offenses and he had it in for him and his brother. The jury found him not guilty, but that did not bring Tanya back and he drank himself to death, he lived in his own private hell, we all stood behind him 100%, he loved that child so much, she was a miracle baby, he and his wife tried for years till she finally got pregnant, and you never saw prouder parents!

So I think if she did and I said IF she did overdose her, then she should have copped to it, she would probably would have to do some prison time, but now she faces LWPOP and is charged with first degree. I don't believe for one minute she accidently killed her, I am playing devil's advocate here. Now just because they took the DP off the table, that does not mean she is getting a walk, and I have a feeling a jury will find her guilty and she should spend the rest of her life in prison, and I feel it will be spent in PC because women already hate her guts. She will live a miserable existence as she should. If she did not want the child, she should have had an abortion or gave the baby up. Pam Smart should have just gotten a divorce and Susan Smith should have given the boys to David. Scott Peterson should have just gotten a divorce and paid child support. I think the reason the DA is not going for the DP is this. She is young, attractive, middle class and white and he thinks a jury could be swayed enough where they might recommend a sentence where she could go up for parole because they might have a problem giving her death, Susan Smith can come up for parole when she turns 53, having served 30 years. Some juries have a hard time debating the DP, especially a woman. Blanche Taylor Moore, the NC woman that murdered several people with arsenic, got a death sentence in 1989 and is still on DR. She is now 76 years old, what are the odds she actually gets the needle? As of this writing she still has appeals left, the jury was not swayed by the fact she was a woman, but even behind bars this woman clearly still knows how to seduce, she is not locked down 24/7, she conducts prayer meetings, she is living well in prison, so is Pam Smart. So I am disappointed that the DA will not go for the DP, but if she dies in prison I will be content.

I'm telling you, the cops would have been called to the house that night, because you all know Cindy enough to know after That fight, she wouldn't let her leave with lil Caylee...No fricken way. She would have pulled the upper hand on Casey. "YOU go, and she's staying". Otherwise, why would that early AM phone call on the 16th from her phone to Her phone?

The neighbor knew and told about the fight, too. The "loud argument" on the night (evening?) of the 15th.

Cindy never seemed to have taken the upper hand w/Casey before, not sure that she would that night. Probably figuring that, once Casey cooled off, she'd remember who buttered her bread and they would flounce (well, Casey would flounce) back into the house and all would be cool--til the next confrontation. Maybe Casey didn't even say "and you'll never see her again," maybe just say, "Caylee and I'm going to stay with (insert name of whomever here) tonight." Caylee could have been upset with all the ruckus, and maybe cried for her grandma, and Casey got totally torqued off, and Caylee paid the price.

As far as the fight that Lee supposedly broke up, if you read what the neighbor said in his statement to the police, it was Cindy and Casey, with Casey yelling at Cindy as Casey was getting ready to go for a run. Or at least that is the only one that I read.

Lee said there was no truth to him supposedly breaking up a fight between his mother and Casey.

Lee didn't break up the fight between Casey and Cindy, cuz he wasn't there. Someone (Cindy? Casey?) told him about the fight. My money is on Casey telling him. And, that we CAN believe because the neighbor verifies that.

Not supposedly--Cindy IS a nurse. Surgical gloves aren't a good choice for taping--tape sticks to those like no one's business!!! It's not kosher, but when I need to tape something down, I take the gloves off. I read about maybe leather or gardening gloves, but really, taping with ANY kind of gloves is quite awkward. Especially if the fingers aren't a snug fit. I guess, if you're not in a hurry, working with the gloves would @ least prevent fingerprings.

It IS very hard to work w/tape when you have on gloves. To try to get the tape unstuck from the gloves to stick it to the person--grrrr!!!!! If you just try to pull the glove away from the tape, sometimes there is a piece of glove left on the tape. When it comes to the taping part, for me, the gloves come off!!! Or, there might be a second person without gloves to do the taping. (For starting and securing IV's and armboards.) If you use gloves, it usually isn't a "tidy" job of taping. @ least, in my experience.

Actually they said they brought her to the infirmary as they would "any" prisoner about to get bad news. She was told to wait just outside in a waiting area, and that's where they got her reaction on video.

WHEN would Casey have had the opportunity to tell Cindy of how she protected Caylee? Not on the ride home from TonE's when Cindy didn't know that Caylee was "missing." Not during their arguments before and after Lee got there. Not in their taped jail visits or calls. The most information seemed to be that Casey, bless her heart, was going to nightclubs looking for Zanny where, of course, it was all an act about having a good time while she was there.

I've got to believe that the DOC had thought this all out to make certain it would hold up under scrutiny. The use of video in prisons is really widespread these days. They videotape just about everything because it provides the most accurate portrayal of an event.

He initially was charged with involuntary manslaughter because the horse's ass DA wanted to bust Donny for whatever he could because Donny had a few run-ins with the law, nothing major, traffic offenses and he had it in for him and his brother. The jury found him not guilty, but that did not bring Tanya back and he drank himself to death, he lived in his own private hell, we all stood behind him 100%, he loved that child so much, she was a miracle baby, he and his wife tried for years till she finally got pregnant, and you never saw prouder parents!

So I think if she did and I said IF she did overdose her, then she should have copped to it, she would probably would have to do some prison time, but now she faces LWPOP and is charged with first degree. I don't believe for one minute she accidently killed her, I am playing devil's advocate here. Now just because they took the DP off the table, that does not mean she is getting a walk, and I have a feeling a jury will find her guilty and she should spend the rest of her life in prison, and I feel it will be spent in PC because women already hate her guts. She will live a miserable existence as she should. If she did not want the child, she should have had an abortion or gave the baby up. I think the reason the DA is not going for the DP is this. She is young, attractive, middle class and white and he thinks a jury could be swayed enough where they might recommend a sentence where she could go up for parole because they might have a problem giving her death, Susan Smith can come up for parole when she turns 53, having served 30 years. Some juries have a hard time debating the DP, especially a woman. Blanche Taylor Moore, the NC woman that murdered several people with arsenic, got a death sentence in 1989 and is still on DR. She is now 76 years old, what are the odds she actually gets the needle? As of this writing she still has appeals left, the jury was not swayed by the fact she was a woman, but even behind bars this woman clearly still knows how to seduce, she is not locked down 24/7, she conducts prayer meetings, she is living well in prison, so is Pam Smart. So I am disappointed that the DA will not go for the DP, but if she dies in prison I will be content.

And that is strange....Casey and Caylee had been gone for a month. Cindy and Casey had been in contact, according to Cindy, on a daily basis for that month. I don't recall her saying that in all that contact that Casey was carrying on about how she was protecting Caylee, just that Caylee was asleep when Cindy called (now, isn't it nice that Casey was making sure Caylee got her naps everyday) or that Caylee was safely with the nanny.

WHEN would Casey have had the opportunity to tell Cindy of how she protected Caylee? Not on the ride home from TonE's when Cindy didn't know that Caylee was "missing." Not during their arguments before and after Lee got there. Not in their taped jail visits or calls. The most information seemed to be that Casey, bless her heart, was going to nightclubs looking for Zanny where, of course, it was all an act about having a good time while she was there.

I kinda get the impression that Cindy got that information from Lee, but it seems like when Lee was recounting (to LE) what went on after the truth came out that Caylee was missing, and Casey was giving him the lowdown, that Cindy was outside the door listening. She may have simply overheard it, or Lee may have reiterated it to her after Casey was arrested.

Otherwise, with a non-qualified attorney in charge of the case for most of the pre-trial hoopla, would that be automatic grounds for appeal? (Of course, I realize that there are automatic appeals in the case of a guilty verdict in a death case.)

Good post, Shady. Her Target shopping and her actions after her daughter "was kidnapped" indicates her frame of mind at the time, which in no way shows depressive symptoms/behaviors for PPD defense. On WFTV news tonight Kathi Belich was emphatic that the State's attorneys have not made a decision yet on the DP. They are waiting for all of the evidence and results to come in before making their decision. So, according to Kathi, the DP is still a possibility. She said they probably won't make a decision until just prior to the case going to trial.

You know, originally I had only heard the audio with G's interview. Therefore I was under the assumption that he was getting sick from discussing the trunk and the smell. Makes sense, I thought. I'd get sick too. I understood he had seen pictures, but I thought they were talking about her peeing, and dirty dancing and getting her boobs grabbed.

To think, if these are of her, that her brother didn't step in somehow and send his sister to some kind of fricken intervention is very sad. I would be ashamed to be her brother. Of course they won't release the ones that weren't on photobucket, would they? (I mean the ones taken from her PC?). How can Cindy ever point fingers, with a daughter like that? Very sad family.

I have seen the picture. If this picture is real (and it does look like her, and it does not look photoshopped to my eye), I think it becomes clear why JB wanted this stuff suppressed, and why George threw up when he saw some of the stuff on Casey's computer.

Again, IF this is a real photo, this looks like a professional photo shoot, and that means that there's more out there.

Look at picture #10 at this link - I think that pic you guys are talking about was photoshopped. I remember seeing it being circulated elsewhere a month or two back. I might have even posted it here in this thread. I'll see if I can find it. I could be wrong about the photoshop thing but I remember thats what was being discussed at the time. Sorry I don't remember what site it was - there are so many LOL.
