How can someone have the cojones to get on tv searching for a missing or exploited child and make a spectacle of themselves knowing what kind of record they have?
Someone who gets away with the crap she did. Someone who doesn't have to pay the consequences of their actions and blames everyone else for everything. She obviously learned she could BS anybody, which she apparently did with most, but not all.

If I were Mark Lunsford, or any of them...I would be seriously doubting the intentions of people that 'help'.....Very sad because so many GOOD people do help. It really hurts everyone.

When I really did have PPD, who the hell knew? I thought it was just me being me. We didn't have the internet and there was no information available to the lay person about it. Well....do you really want to know about the day starting at 2am, meaning I didn't go to bed, and we didn't get to the resort until 10pm that night, and when I FINALLY relaxed in the dark on the beach with my 1st Pina Coloda, I was torn and bleeding from that blasted branch?! But, everything happens for a reason. They upgraded our room and I've never seen a room with a shower made out of a tree and water coming out of the branches. Make sure you're hit with something in Cancun.;)

That is a very interesting point of view. Woul;d never have thought of it that was. Actually, I think it will only be the newer tests they call "Junk Science". The others they will just say the results don't say what they say. It will be interesting to see what comes in and what is tossed out.

I practiced using a dinner knife to lift the tape from the roll, and it worked to keep me from touching the sticky side. But I couldn't place the tape across Leroy's mouth without touching the silver side. Lord knows, I tried. She could have wiped her prints/sweat off the tape, or the elements could have erased them.

ETA: I used a knife, because one was found in her car, but not sure what kind of knife.

I practiced using a dinner knife to lift the tape from the roll, and it worked to keep me from touching the sticky side. But I couldn't place the tape across Leroy's mouth without touching the silver side. Lord knows, I tried. She could have wiped her prints/sweat off the tape, or the elements could have erased them.

ETA: I used a knife, because one was found in her car, but not sure what kind of knife.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is scheduled to appear at a Monday afternoon court hearing centered around the release of potentially embarrassing photographs.

Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, whose remains were discovered in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she vanished in mid-June, although her disappearance wasn't reported until a month later.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, will ask a judge at the hearing, which will be streamed live on ClickOrlando.com at 4:15 p.m., to block the release of photos, some of which show his client partying with her friends.

I don't know Gator. The judge will likely let the pictures from photobucket or where ever out but I think that Video is going to be squashed. It is a medical record because it was made in the infirmary. So you might not get to see that, but I think that everything else is fair game.

I realize we are parsing words here, but I think they choose them carefully. The documents, which are evidence, said that no latent prints were detected. If there is a separate request to match Casey for this specific piece of tape, then her prints are not there, since there are no prints on that piece of tape (based on how they worded it) Since they carefully worded every other document, I doubt they messed up on this one.

The Florida LE had to make specific requests of the FBI lab that did all the testing. They made a very specific request that any prints on the tape be compared to Lee, Cindy, and George. No latent prints that matched theirs were found. That doesn't mean that no prints were found, just none that matched the ones that they compared prints to.

In the link that NA posted, the sticker photo is #9 and #40. I posted enlargements here and in the news update thread the day of the doc dump. I haven't seen a photo of the duct tape with the heart outline on it.

You know, just from having used it, duct tape seals really well (hence its use on wet ducts) but if there was a bunch of hair messing with the "integrity" of the glue layer, that might make it break down faster. Duct tape was really meant for use on smooth objects (pipes) that would give it a continuous seal...so the hair might have messed with prints. I hope not.

Of course, just having the print of hairs all over prints could mess it up too.

This really has me perplexed. Saying there were no prints, then specifically saying that none matched George, Cindy or Lee.

I know things are released in the discovery phase, but I also know that 'some' things will not be known until trial. IMO, very damning evidence would be the most withheld? Because of a possible jury problem and that being a possible motive for appeal??

When I 1st heard about the tape, I assumed she had wrapped it around the mouth and head, since the tape was clearly in the hair. I was surprised and saddened to see that one little piece that went over her mouth. Why is there that one piece on her mouth, but yet some in her hair if not 'wrapped' around her head? Am I making any sense?

Perhaps the tape in the hair is significant. I tried my "tape experiment" on a mannequin(sp?) head my daughter had from high school. But I wrapped it around the head. It was impossible for me to do that without touching the sticky side.

Whichever way it was done, I don't doubt that the events of that night were the trigger. And I believe that is the source of the nutty level of denial: if Casey killed Caylee, it is Cindy's fault (from her point of view). Therefore, Casey cannot have killed Caylee.

Yes loretta, I know you never truly trusted George was telling the truth about his last Casey sighting. I've been haunted by that gut feeling you have (which is probably right) and have since paid close attention to Cindy's parrot.

The way he described the clothes Caylee was wearing that last day, left me wanting. I can hardly remember what I wore yesterday and George is older than me.

They probably picked those clothes because there is a photo of Caylee wearing that described outfit except she was wearing crocs instead of tennis shoes. It's easier to describe a picture than to try to remember a lie. Just changed the shoes so it wouldn't be obvious.

The one thing that I've wanted to know since the day Caylee was found is IF Casey's fingerprints are on the duct tape. I actually tried to use that tape without touching the sticky side and it is impossible. I don't think she's smart enough to wear gloves.

I practiced using a dinner knife to lift the tape from the roll, and it worked to keep me from touching the sticky side. But I couldn't place the tape across Leroy's mouth without touching the silver side. Lord knows, I tried. She could have wiped her prints/sweat off the tape, or the elements could have erased them.

ETA: I used a knife, because one was found in her car, but not sure what kind of knife.

I think the knife found in the car was categorized as "dinnerware", which to me means plastic, like she might have gotten from take-out. But someone pointed out that there was some type of knife missing from the Ants' kitchen. I think any type of knife would work to "start" the tape from the roll.

Duct tape is actually easier to tear than to cut with a "dinnerware" knife. A utility knife would work better than tearing, but I still only use it to start the tear, because otherwise the tape can stick to the knife and that's annoying.

Baez wants that video swamped because if the general public were to see this, a potential juror could get a gander at it and form an opinion, now these are not my words, this is coming from an atty, but damm, I want to see her squirming, I want to see her flipping out when told a body was found and where it was found, I want to see that realization on her face, that her days of getting down on the dance floor, all the good life, parents supporting you so you don't even have to work, are all gone now and the only thing that will remain forever is herself being inmate #23456 or death row inmate #56789. And why is Bozo wanting to block pictures, he who released a lot of them, was it not her own mother as well? When the verdict was read, you could have heard people cheering all the way to Boston! She sat there, stone faced, which pissed people off, they expected her to show emotion and I thought for sure when it came down to her, that she would break down and cry. The sentence happened a month later, I was at home with friends, and we cheered at the LWPOP sentence, once again she showed no emotion, her mother freaked, and Gregg's parents were very happy by the verdict and sentence, However, when the boys were convicted and sentenced no one cheered. Everyone thought that without her, the boys would have never laid eyes on Gregg and no one despite what they did, wanted LWPOP for the boys including the Smart family. In fact, in 2112, Mr. Smart is going to approve that Bill Flynn and Patrick Harris go up for parole. He wanted to wait until they had served the amount of time that Gregg was alive, i.e. 22 years. Mr. Smart even said if Pam would ever own up to her part in all of this, he would ask the governor for clemency, so far she has not done so, so it is safe to assume her sorry ass is at Bedford Hills till she dies. Casey will be about as popular as Pam is. In 1996 two inmates rearranged her face to the point where a plate had to be placed in her cheek, she lives on the mental health wing of the prison, probably partial PC, because inmates hate her guts and Casey will not fare any better. Most women in prison are not there for murdering their children and will not handle someone like this skank, I see years of her in PC and if she does get the DP, she will be alone for the rest of her life.

The reason I came to the conclusion that she was pretty dumb was because #1~ She told everyone that on july 15th, when her mom finally caught her, she claimed that Caylee had called her that day and then she always followed up with "But it was from a private number". She didn't know it didn't matter if it was private or not, LE could tell IF there had been a call, period.

She was stupid enough to use her own puter to look up things that can now possibly prove she planned on hurting 'someone'. She could've went to the library or anywhere else but home.

She kept those heart stickers,she placed her daughter where she buried her pets, with her blanky... She even let her daughter smell up the car before she dumped it! Thats a doozy. I could go on...but that's why I can't see her making these obviously dumb mistakes but thinks about fingerprints.

Casey will be about as popular as Pam is. In 1996 two inmates rearranged her face to the point where a plate had to be placed in her cheek, she lives on the mental health wing of the prison, probably partial PC, because inmates hate her guts and Casey will not fare any better. Most women in prison are not there for murdering their children and will not handle someone like this skank, I see years of her in PC and if she does get the DP, she will be alone for the rest of her life.

I've been watching JVM and it's very apparent how Casey purposely doesn't look at her parents when leaving.. It's almost like she wants them to see how bad SHE is, or how mad she is, thinking she's getting 'back' at them for whatever she's mad about. (service) Then Cindy stands and holds her head, knowing the camera is on her. is she hoping Casey will see that and feel bad for HER? what games!

Lee's attorney pointed out that Casey's parents have tried several times to contact her to no avail. He said they haven't talked since NOVEMBER. They haven't talked because Casey refuses to talk to them. How weird. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

I wonder what Casey's reaction was when told her father was planning on killing himself, by the very detective she hates, tracked him down and saved his life? I bet she thinks he did it for attention. You'd think she's be happy to SEE him alive.? These people's reactions and the way they behave is just so bizarre to me.

I had just read today that some of their posters think they know so much about the Caylee Anthony case they should be deposed. Maybe so, but more likely for the stuff that went on with THIS! I look on here and see posters who are much more articulate than he is. I kept thinking why he is trying to convince the judge the photos are not relevant . It is too soon for that and secondly so what if they aren't. Tons of background and photos and info gets released on defendants that never makes it into court. It was almost like he was trying to say if it does not make it into court it should not be in the public sector, which let's face it in American society is just bogus. I am reading a case now where in the book this writer profiles a defendant, where all kinds of previous crimes , behavior, drug use, etc never made it into court but it sure as hell made it into print. So what is Jose now in favor of censorship unless it is positive to his client? His arguments are just bizarre and rambling. They set a court date for Oct. 12. T.H's stated that was just to get things moving along. Felt it would be long after that with amt. of prep time needed.

I agree with ya Sara-she wore something of that nature. MOO I don't think it was gloves. I think the water washed off the prints . Dr Michael Baden did a demo on Fox early on and he said emphatically you can;t use gloves it sticks to the tape. When I did my own experiment on a doll lol (I'm freaky) the thin gloves I had from work did not work because it stuck to the tape and you could not lay it down properly. It was alas the water, although until I see the final documents released I will not believe that there was no fingerprints on that tape because i have heard to interpretations of that FBI document.

I think she is smart enough to wear gloves. I mean she did date cops and her dad was one. I do not think she did wear rubber gloves because they probably would not work well but what about gardening or work gloves? Just a thought. IMO sara I suppose that is a possiblity although I still think we got unlucky with the water and Casey got lucky.

I watched JVM too and heard whoever it was on there say that G&C have not seen Casey for five months. I did not realize it's been that long. So today was the first time they saw each other since Caylee's remains were found and the only thing Casey can offer her parents is a half-arsed acknowledgement? I realize they could not lock arms and hug, but honestly, I don't think Casey was going to turn around and acknowledge her parents until Bozo told her to.

Time to watch NG be rude to her guests:rolleyes:
