On White Pages 4701 and 4709 Hopespring is owned by someone named Zenaida something and Fredesvind Gonzales respectively. On the Orange County Assessment site two completely different names are listed as the owners. Can someone please explain.

Did you notice at the 4701 addy that the name is Fredesvinda Lebron? If you click on the parcel ID and then the first numbered document link, you will see that Peter Gonzalez sold the property to Fredesvinda; recorded on 5/5/08. Divorce?

4709 could be rental property.
I went back and took a closer look and you are right. Fredesvinda [Fernandez] (?) Lebron must have taken back her maiden name after her divorce from Peter Gonzales. As for 4709, the Dilly's evidently are renting their house to Zenaida Iforgetherlastname. Now that we have that straightened out, how do you think the Sawgrass Zenaida fits in? I'm not a big fan of coincidences but this is a puzzlement.

Hmmm....costly. Bill all materials, time for compiling information, time for copying, etc etc etc to Mr Baez, that will certainly make him take a second look @ exactly WHAT information might be important to his client's case.

I hope Nejame brings up in court the fact that Baez is known for having people prepare all of this evidence and then not picking it up and NOT paying the costs involved in preparing it all. If he doies that to an organisation like equasearch I will be furious!:flamemad:

I went to the burial site and did not get arrested for trespassing. :) They would have had to take about 15 other people to the pokey along with me. There was a constant flow of people paying their respects.

I spread 8 packets of seeds. Four were sunflower and four were other types of flowers. I mixed all the seeds together and spread them in an area about 30'x30' where all the plants were dug up and removed. Someone had planted poinsettias along the back of the fence, very near the area.

Lee's car was in the driveway. I had posted that the Live/Laugh/Love plaques had been removed from the house. They were there, just hard to see since they had faded from the sun.

Maybe the coinky dink is that Casey spent her "work hours" thinking of ways to eff with LE's mind when Caylee having gone missing finally caught up to her. Do you know of anyone who called in a tip on Caylee that was contacted by the Anthony P.I. Dominick Casey? It turns out they weren't just trying to implicate Jesse and I. They were also trying to implicate my wife. I have an email sent by Dominick Casey and Lee Anthony to a woman in Ohio who claimed to have seen Caylee with a woman. When they responded they sent a picture of my wife and I from my My Space page! This just get more despicable by the moment!!

Justice, it's not how she acted in front of people, but how she acted when alone with Caylee. She was the perfect mother when people were present. Supposedly she never spanked or was harsh with Caylee, in front of others. I don't think she suddenly snapped, she grew tired of being a mother. When Caylee was a baby, the Liar probably loved the attention and considered the baby's compliments, to be her compliments. Caylee was becoming a little person and was getting attention on her own which her mother couldn't compete.

Detective, you have the wrong person, I swear. It's the truth, in my gut I know it was Zenaida Gator who trespassed. She pushed me down in Jay Blanchard Park and stole my car keys and took my car 31 days ago. I've been looking for it for 31 days. Yesterday I went to McDonalds to see if it was there. Last week I went to Friendly's and had a hot fudge sundae. I didn't want it, but I had to fit in with the crowd so no one would suspect was secretly searching for my car. I would eat hot fudge sundaes, eat double cheeseburgers or drink double latte frappachinos at Starbucks to get my car back. I'd do whatever it takes. It's the truth. :D

I am pretty concerned about the statememnts made by kio marie now only in the
sense that she mentioned in her interviews with LE that Casey used to hang out not
far from where the body was found, that Casey did not want to keep Caylee but was
made to by her mother, that Cindy was prejudiced against hispanics, that the only
Gonzales she new lived just down the road from Casey. Every single one of these
comments in hindsight has had something to do with what happened to Caylee. I
seems obvious that she really did know Casey well yet Casey pretends she doesn't
know who her mother is referring to when she mentions Tio Torres (which was close
enough for Casey to have known who she was talking about) saying that Casey told
her Cindy had a mental breakdown; and starts Casey off on a tirade about how
these people just want their 15 mins in the spotlight and don't really know anything
about her. It reminds me of how she told Lee to be suspicious of people who were
supposedly her friends from before she Caylee went missing and not part of the new
group of friends she had made for herself. Kio even says that she was visiting her
Uncle who lives just down the road from Casey around the time Caylee was reported
missing. Her uncle is a carpet cleaner and after reading that one of the few things
that uses chloroform in its manufactured form is certain strong cleaning agents I
have to wonder if Casey stole her chloroform from there? The talking heads said that
the type of chloroform found in the trunk was a pure chloroform and it would be
doubtful that she could have made it herself. Am I reading too much into this. I guess
the fact that Casey wants to distance herself from Kio and went into verbal diahorrea
mode lilke she generally does when she is trying to hide something and divert
attention elsewhere makes me think something to do with Kio could be detrimental to
her and I am at a loss to think of where else she could have got that chloroform
unless Annie or someone elses testimony that hasn't been released somehow sheds
light on this???

The page is wide because the pics Gator posted blew the margins. It happens all the time and not a big deal other than you have to scroll back and fourth to read. Do you see the left to right arrow at the bottom?

To avoid this reduce the size of your pics by using photoshop or Microsoft Office Picture Manager. In Microsoft - go to
"My pictures" Select the picture you want to resize. Right click and select "Edit:" Scroll down to "Change Picture size" and select "Resize". I typically choose "predefined width x height" and click on the "web small option". Select OK. Be sure to "save as" once you're done resizing the pic.

Here's the resized pic although note its more difficult to see the details....

Kio Marie seems to really have insight into Casey, doesn't she? Am I understanding that you think Cindy was referring to Kio when she mentioned Tio Torres? (I don't remember hearing that name anywhere other than that jailhouse convo. Is Tio a woman? Tio means uncle; was Cindy fishing for something?)

Yep LL, I think that Cindy was referring to Kio Marie Torres when she asked Casey about knowing a girl who lived in the area called Tio Torres. Casey did know her and she also knew that her mum had said Tio instead of Kio by mistake imo.

The lawyer, Jose, is the strangest, how many attorneys that you know let there clients practely live in their offices. None that I am aware of and I have been following high profile crimes for years. It just dosen't make sense. I think hankey pankey was going on. Someone mentioned that his wife is good looking but that dosen't stop some men. Halli Berry, Teai Leone, and other beatifull women have had their husbands cheat on them.

In court he even called her "my girl", enough said. Casey is just plain evil and will stop at nothing to get what she wants, she is another Melanie McGuire, no on second thought I think she is worse then Mel. At least Mel didn't kill her two little boys.

I'm sure LE knows that Casey acted alone because that was leaked. Unless they thought by leaking it out Casey would spill on someone else who was involved. I hate to think Kiomarie had anything to do with this but she does seem to know an awful lot IMO. Maybe Casey told her or maybe she was the one who made the tip about Casey's car being seen in the area. Who knows. Maybe she seen something she shouldn't have and didn't want to get involved. Maybe she thought she would be implicated in some way. There are so many maybes to this case. Hopefully it all comes out in trial.

I went back and checked what I had read. All I can find is that it is still a rumor. Apparently people who have seen her claim she really looks pregnant. Looks can be deceiving. But it's possible, isn't it?

I am in Surprise, AZ the weather will be 70 today but right now its around 50. Geez, don't know if I believe that one, George seems too passive for that. That was my take on it, too. According to Cindy, part of Casey's being out on bail was that there was to be no discussion of the case--this said in one of the impromptu interviews outside the house. I THINK it was Baez who told them, @ least according to Cindy. That first time, Lenny Padilla had Tracey in the house when Casey was there, so she would be a buffer (but couldn't work 24/7) for that time. One DOES wonder what the interactions were when she was home, especially the other time, when there wasn't a "bodyguard."

I would kind of doubt the George choking her item, especially the first time, again cuz it seems Tracey was in the house if Casey was. @ first, I tho't no, if anything like that had happened, she surely would have told Baez and he would have petitioned to have her stay somewhere else. Then, I think, no, if there was a problem, I don't think there WOULD be anywhere else, and she would have had to go back to jail. AND, there would have been A LOT of publicity if she and Baez had requested a move. So, guess if that is something that did happen, we're not likely to find the truth out about it. Maybe she did feel threatened, and maybe she was just as glad to go back to jail? Maybe that would be one of the reasons the A's didn't visit this last time? IF George had tried to "choke" the truth out of her, she isn't going to talk to him, see him?

To avoid this reduce the size of your pics by using photoshop or Microsoft Office Picture Manager. In Microsoft - go to
"My pictures" Select the picture you want to resize. Right click and select "Edit:" Scroll down to "Change Picture size" and select "Resize". I typically choose "predefined width x height" and click on the "web small option". Select OK. Be sure to "save as" once you're done resizing the pic.

I know that George would be out of the house very early in the morn when she was out on bail and didn't come back until late at night. It was on Jane Velez-Mitchell, Jan. 8, but I can't find a transcript on cnn? (see below for the link to the transcript I found...) In hunting the transcript, it was supposedly Tim Miller that said this (serves me right for cooking while listening!), quoted by Franco:

I caught a few minutes of the Geraldo replay last night; is anyone else disappointed in him since the Al Capone's Vault fiasco? WTF turned him into a media wh0re? I didn't hear a word about Kronk supposedly being arrested for rape, so I guess Faux News put the kibosh on that fairy tale, but I didn't hear GR making it clear that Kronk was not indicted by the grand jury and the arrest record was expunged either. In other words, there would/should be no information about the incident if Kronk hadn't disclosed it.

Don't get me wrong, I see the need for defense attorneys, and don't see any reason to disrespect an attorney just because his area of practice is criminal defense, but sheesh Geraldo is making a complete and total ass of himself. Does he have some kind of man crush on Baez? Was glad to see Linda Kinney-Baden refuse to impeach the meter reader based on information that he himself put out to the media.

Video Released Of Anthonys' Investigator Searching Caylee Remains Scene

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Eyewitness News and WFTV.com have obtained exclusive video showing George and Cindy Anthonys' private investigator knifing, poking, prodding and digging in areas where he possibly believed he would find Caylee Anthony's remains.

Sheriff's investigators and only a few others have seen the video. (VIEW VIDEO) It could potentially show that the Anthonys' private eye got inside information at the scene a month before Caylee's remains were found by detectives. The videotape and the Anthonys' private investigator's phone records could be the keys that link Casey Anthony to the wooded area.

Casey Anthony has been charged with murder in connection with her daughter Caylee's death.

Private investigator Jim Hoover shot the video of the Anthonys' private investigator, Dominic Casey, on November 15th and 16th at the scene where Caylee's remains were discovered a month later. Dominic Casey can also be seen at a nearby abandoned house moving things, cutting, digging, and prodding. At both locations. he was focused on groupings of concrete stones. He is seen talking on a cell phone throughout the tape.

Dominic Casey can be seen ramming a metal rod into the ground at the crime scene mere feet from where Caylee's remains were later found. At the house, he forcefully knifed open black trash bags.

"He's almost animal-like," said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer, as he viewed the tape. "It's more like, 'Let me find the hidden treasure down here,' than 'Let's preserve the integrity of the crime scene, let's preserve the sanctity of the human remains.'"

Dominic Casey was focused on a grouping of concrete stones at the scene. His colleague, private investigator Jim Hoover, did not allow Eyewitness News to record the sound, but reporter Kathi Belich listened to the entire tape and clearly heard Dominic Casey say at one point on the tape, "It would be right here."

"He has to be referring to the body," said Sheaffer. "So the significance is, who is on the other end of that cell phone that's told him that these three stones are a point of reference?"

Hoover said was obvious to him that Dominic Casey was getting inside information on his cell phone on November 15th although Dominic told Eyewitness News he was talking to his ill daughter at the time.

"What if there was a fingerprint left by the killer on that bag and because of the fact that he's ramming that rod through the bag could've destroyed the fingerprint?" asked Sheaffer.

The actions could also have destroyed hairs, fiber and fluid from the killer that could have been in the trash bag that contained Caylee's remains.

Detectives from Orange County and the FBI are investigating the time and date stamps on the videotape and Dominic Casey's cell phone records as they strengthen their murder case against Casey Anthony.

"A big question and a big key to who killed this child..." said Sheaffer. "Who was on the other end of that cell phone?"

Hoover said he has been cooperating with investigators since December 18th when he first realized that his videotapes had evidentiary value.

The entire recording is 12 minutes long but Hoover would only allow the most important clips to be recorded by Eyewitness News.

Dominic Casey's license needs to be revoked (IF he has one). Dominic Casey needs to be charged with obstruction of justice, tampering with a crime scene, withholding evidence and felony stupidity. This makes me so GD mad, I could just spit. When he comes out of the brush early on, it seems like he is stepping off (measuring) toward his goal. He slices into the black trash bags, and doesn't look inside but for a second or two. That makes me think he knew that there might be something in the bag with Caylee's remains and what to look for.

Hoover's a real brainiac too. It took him over a month to figure out that D Casey was a loose cannon and probably had a lead that he wasn't sharing with LE?? And here D Casey, supposedly acting as an agent of the Anthonys shows typical Anthony respect for Caylee. These people are sub-elemental.

I didn't hear a word about Kronk supposedly being arrested for rape, so I guess Faux News put the kibosh on that fairy tale, but I didn't hear GR making it clear that Kronk was not indicted by the grand jury and the arrest record was expunged either. In other words, there would/should be no information about the incident if Kronk hadn't disclosed it.

Don't get me wrong, I see the need for defense attorneys, and don't see any reason to disrespect an attorney just because his area of practice is criminal defense, but sheesh Geraldo is making a complete and total ass of himself. Does he have some kind of man crush on Baez? Was glad to see Linda Kinney-Baden refuse to impeach the meter reader based on information that he himself put out to the media.

Ah, thanks for the Al Capone Vault, I couldn't remember WHERE Geraldo was standing when he made a fool of himself--just remember that he did, and he seemed to go downhill from there. I don't remember if he was an investigative reporter @ the time, or a wanna be one and fell flat on his face the first go round. Any time I have tho't I'd see how his shows were going, he was making a fool of himself, so didn't bother to watch after a while.

Maybe, because the whole world seems to be "against" Casey Anthony, he is going to be the one to champion the underdog? If he watches his own show AT ALL for a critique--doesn't he see what a dufus he looks like? The one I watched (when they were crying about not getting to the pristine crime scene) he was just being so dramatic about the wrong things.

Those pics were of Casey. I remember discussions about whether or not she was pg, but seems like probably not.

We were wondering about Lee's gf Mallory. I had read she was pregnant, as had the poster I responded to. It seems, since Lee has laid low, there hasn't been much more about that, and so the question on Mallory--is she pregnant or was that another rumor?

Hard to tell, w/the oversized shirt. If she is pregnant, either she isn't far along, or just doesn't show much. I can't remember when the questions first started, and how far along she would have been @ that time, or even any speculations about due date. Maybe there wasn't any of that information cuz it was just rumor, and not fact?

To cover all basis - I threw in my 2cents about Lee's girlfriend being pregnant and I said speculative rumors is all I read. You came back and said I was talking about Casey - I was not talking about Casey, You can clearly see I was referring to "Lee's Girlfriend" when I responded. Then you said you didn't see my post about me referring to Lee's girlfriend in the pic but I think its pretty clear you responded to one of my posts referring to Lee's girlfriend with the pic in it because you quoted it. :shrug::confused: I'm not here to compete with anyone - I'm just discussing the case like the rest of you.

Just an FYI about me - I try my best to keep up on the current events of this case and what I post here is what I feel is relevant to this case - the other crap I won't post. Mallory being pregnant is not a concern of mine and I don't think its relevant to this case although I can see where it would add to the viscious gossip cycle going on.

I appreciate Gatordog posting current updates and pics for us - because she's there - thats a plus for us because we get current info, not rumors.

Okay here's my question about this to all of you who know the laws much better than I do. IF it was Baez that DC was talking to on the phone could Baez be in trouble? That would mean that Baez knew by Casey admitting it that Caylee was dead and where to locate the body. I thought that if Baez knew this kind of information he couldn't lie about it and have her lie about it? I am probably not understanding something right. Would one of you please explain this to me because I'm confused. Thanks.

That would be a huge no-no for an attorney.

If D. Casey was acting on speculative info that he received from Casey's family, he still didn't go about it correctly. It's possible that one of the A's really thought the body was in that area and DC was sent to look. Like on a hunch. A PI should have known to act more careful.

I waited until getting to work to watch the video (bigger/better viewing screen) and it's still difficult to see much. He appeared to be very aggressively searching.

Loretta you are 100% right. This morning they had Brad Conway on the news saying that Dominick the Donkey may sue Hoover for breach of contract and the Ants may sue him for releasing their property. They are claiming since they hired Dominick and Hoover worked for Dominick, the tape was there. Now hold on one minute here, Hoover was never paid. He volunteered his services. Dominic Casey's license needs to be revoked (IF he has one). Dominic Casey needs to be charged with obstruction of justice, tampering with a crime scene, withholding evidence and felony stupidity. This makes me so GD mad, I could just spit. When he comes out of the brush early on, it seems like he is stepping off (measuring) toward his goal. He slices into the black trash bags, and doesn't look inside but for a second or two. That makes me think he knew that there might be something in the bag with Caylee's remains and what to look for.

I am probably overthinking this, but wouldn't those plants have started growing after the land drained after being flooded? So how do they form a time line from that?

I'm thinking that there's three possibilities - 1. bugs. They had an entomologist look at the area and remains. Possibly they are able to date it through bugs. 2. If the bones had been spread out, it's possible that some may have ended up in areas that were not so flooded. 3. We do have some plants and grasses that can live under water, also some times of moss or algae. In the summer, I raise tadpoles which grow into green treefrogs in my yard in basins and buckets and the water gets green with algae from the sun.

This is heartbreaking. We have discussed this and 'knew' but to confirm what we all discussed is just sickening. Caylee was in the trunk while she was watching those movies, having sex with Tony, and probably smoking a joint or two. let's add a glass of wine to that, because she probably was thinking and figuring what her next step was. I don't think/know if the 18th was quite right, as she was moving Caylee around from her backyard and the trunk and all that, but..........

Okay here's my question about this to all of you who know the laws much better than I do. IF it was Baez that DC was talking to on the phone could Baez be in trouble? That would mean that Baez knew by Casey admitting it that Caylee was dead and where to locate the body. It's my understanding that, if the perp confesses all to his lawyer, his lawyer best keep his yap shut. What would be illegal would be for the lawyer to put his client on the stand and let him lie on the stand. But, I'm not a lawyer. And, no links to back it up, just information I have read. (And, my info can be full of holes, lol.)

I do wonder about who he is talking to on the phone. If he searched there on info from Baez he got BEFORE Oct 1, I don't know if it would be work product for Baez if he didn't get to the site (maybe because of the water levels?) BEFORE Oct. 1. But, it would seem to me that, if he got the info from Baez, and if that info came to him AFTER Oct 1--it's not protected, because by that time D Casey was reportedly working for the A's, NOT Baez. Again, I'm not a lawyer, but from what I have read, and listening to TH's on tv (altho, some of the TH's don't seem to have the correct interpretations of the law) this is how it would be looked @.

It's possible that she planned to do it, but hadn't decided when; then the knockdown dragout with Cindy was he last straw and she decided to go ahead with her plan for the kidnapping/murder scenario and hadn't decided yet what to do with Caylee's body. The bag(s) could have deteriorated or could have been torn by animals or brush.

Ah, thanks for the Al Capone Vault, I couldn't remember WHERE Geraldo was standing when he made a fool of himself--just remember that he did, and he seemed to go downhill from there. I caught a few minutes of the Geraldo replay last night; is anyone else disappointed in him since the Al Capone's Vault fiasco? WTF turned him into a media wh0re? I didn't hear a word about Kronk supposedly being arrested for rape, so I guess Faux News put the kibosh on that fairy tale, but I didn't hear GR making it clear that Kronk was not indicted by the grand jury and the arrest record was expunged either. In other words, there would/should be no information about the incident if Kronk hadn't disclosed it.

Thanks Amy. I think I'm starting to understand it. This whole case is confusing. I'm normally not a dumb person but all the details and laws in this case have my head spinning.

I've been reading posts-just no time to post--my son from college had knee surgery day after Christmas-he's just now able to get back to school and around then my hubby came down with sinus infection so I have had 2 patients-the holidays. Aww Im ready for spring.

This whole case has gotten strange and bizzare. Im afraid it wont be coming to trial as quickly as we had hoped.

I would think whom ever was on the other end of that phone would be in trouble. Not only that, but using records, they can find out, at least, what phone that call came from. You can not hide your phone tracks anymore. It is all recorded. Not the conversation but the number the call came from.

I'm sorry to hear about your son. What kind of knee surgery? Was it ACL? I'm glad he's healing now and able to get around. Sorry about your hubby too. Men are just like kids when they're sick. From what I understand he had it exsponged (sp?) Haha don't know how to spell that but you get what I mean right. So I don't see how Baez can use it. My guess is he'll probably try to though.

Yes it was leaked that LE believes this was intentional and that Casey is the only one involved. They are saying that Casey acted alone. They have botanists and other experts pinning down a date. They are saying Caylee died on June 16 and was dumped on June 18. It makes me wonder though why the death penalty isn't being considered since they are so sure Casey intentionally killed Caylee and acted alone.

I would guess it is because they may be concerned that they may not get a guilty verdict if they include the DP. Just my thoughts, but some, how do I say this, "less smart" people would vote not guilty if the DP were on the table. Who really knows though. This one has been so strange.:shrug:

No, Conway said whatever Hoover created or worked on while in the service of the Anthonys - belongs to them - not him. He had no right to sell or distribute anything. But IMO he never worked for them, he was never paid, he was volunteering, so I don't know if it's considered the same thing.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The grandparents of Caylee Anthony said a private investigator they hired to search for the then-missing girl is attempting to sell a video he said he taped in November of the wooded area where the girl's remains were found a month later.

Jim Hoover, who no longer works for George and Cindy Anthony, said he recorded the video in mid-November in the woods off Suburban Drive -- near the Anthony's home -- with Dominic Casey, another private investigator for the family.

Hoover claims that Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, 22, who remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death, knew Caylee was dead and the video shows that he was looking for the girl's remains.

Casey Anthony has denied the claim, and the attorney representing her parents said the family feels betrayed by Hoover.

"By virtue of my representation, it is my videotape, not Mr. Hoover's, and our position is that he has taken this tape from us and tried to shop it and tried to profit from a tragedy that he has no right to be involved in," Brad Conway said.

Hoover's attorney told Local 6 News that several people have offered money to his client for the video, but he would not comment on whether Hoover has attempted to sell the video to the media.

Local 6 News was given a copy of the video from Fox News, but neither media outlet paid to receive the recording. The video apparently shows a large portion of the wooded area, including the location where Caylee's remains were found.

Meanwhile, the Orange County utility worker who discovered Caylee's remains in December will be interviewed Tuesday by "Good Morning America" and is being paid as much as $20,000 for a picture he took of the wooded area, sources told Local 6 News.

David Evans, the attorney for Roy Kronk, confirmed to Local 6 News that there is a picture of the woods and it has been handed over to law enforcement.

Evans would not comment on what the picture shows, and he would not say if his client was being compensated for his upcoming TV appearance.

I get so frustrated at the Anthony's because they are they letting Caylee down -I know it may have been hard for them to see Casey actually "killing Caylee" but Casey was spiraling down and when that happens someone gets hurt. All the lies, her partying, her stealing---now is the time to stand up for Caylee-to fight against her killer and like before -no they are not standing up in her honor. It makes me mad and I just cannot see how they can support Casey and not stand up for a defenseless little grandchild. If its all been a ploy to get Casey to talk-ATTENTION-its not working. I'm sorry to hear about your son. What kind of knee surgery? Was it ACL? I'm glad he's healing now and able to get around. Sorry about your hubby too. Men are just like kids when they're sick. It is FREEZING here! I'm ready for Spring too. I would like to see one BIG snow before Spring but the way it's been going all we get is freezing rain and sleet.

My son had a torn meniscus prob. not proper spellling and some of his cartilage wore down to the bone and made a hole. They filled the hole in with marrow from his bone. Thanks for asking. Its been a real chore to work, go to therapy and be taxi driver and have a sick hubby and keep up with the case. Plus my husband and I lost two really really good friends during the holidays. One was very sick and the other a freak accident. Hard to handle. I am so ready for spring.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The remains of Caylee Anthony may be cremated.

The attorney for the Anthony family feels that might be the best option.

The toddler was missing from June of last year until her remains were found in wooded area near the Anthony home in December. The Orange County medical examiner released the remains to the defense team recently and the Anthony family expects them to be turned over to them sometime this week.
VIDEO: Caylee may be cremated Then the family can move forward with funeral arrangements. One of the options that is being explored is to have the remains cremated.

“A concern of mine would be the sick individuals out there that might think it would be nice to dig up this child’s grave and profit somehow from it,” said the Anthony family attorney Brad Conway. “So were she’s buried, and whether she’s cremated or not are still things the Anthony family will decide, but we’re going to make sure this child is laid to rest permanently.”

Once the remains are turned over to the family they are expecting to hold both a private and public memorial.

In the above video they are reporting that D.Casey can be heard saying, "It should be right here" to the person on the other end of the phone. So he lied when he said he was talking to his daughter - IIRC thats who he said he was talking to.

Wonder when his phone records will be released?

Loretta you are 100% right. This morning they had Brad Conway on the news saying that Dominick the Donkey may sue Hoover for breach of contract and the Ants may sue him for releasing their property. They are claiming since they hired Dominick and Hoover worked for Dominick, the tape was there. Now hold on one minute here, Hoover was never paid. He volunteered his services. Get this, Hoover shows up at the Ants door and says, hey, I'd like to help you. I'd like to volunteer as a body guard or private investigator. IMO they got what they asked for. Knowing how people were clamoring for info to sell to the media, they take this guy right off of the street.

Pretty soon we're going to have a zoo - we have the Ants, a jackass, a lying hyena, a brother who's a sly fox and now a snake.

To cover all basis - I threw in my 2cents about Lee's girlfriend being pregnant and I said speculative rumors is all I read. You came back and said I was talking about Casey - I was not talking about Casey, You can clearly see I was referring to "Lee's Girlfriend" when I responded. Then you said you didn't see my post about me referring to Lee's girlfriend in the pic but I think its pretty clear you responded to one of my posts referring to Lee's girlfriend with the pic in it because you quoted it. :shrug::confused: I'm not here to compete with anyone - I'm just discussing the case like the rest of you.

Just an FYI about me - I try my best to keep up on the current events of this case and what I post here is what I feel is relevant to this case - the other crap I won't post. Mallory being pregnant is not a concern of mine and I don't think its relevant to this case although I can see where it would add to the viscious gossip cycle going on.

I appreciate Gatordog posting current updates and pics for us - because she's there - thats a plus for us because we get current info, not rumors.

Now, we've got this degenerate changing his story at least three times, he even told Belish he was ruling out the tip from Casey's friend (KIO?) told LE he was talking to a psychic, there was the sick daughter story........

LE, you can bet, has D Casey's cell records at this moment... especially if there is nothing to hide, why hold up the inevitable? They'll just get a subpeona. He must know his ass is grass now!

Interesting thought here..........The cartoon of the the young child with the doll in the noose ( why do people who kill people etc...) on Casey's facebook/myspace page is straight out of Death Wish, the movie. Where do you think that fits in to Casey's scheme? I know the words to the Tupac song gave me chills.......just trying to figure out what it/she meant by posting that also....
