Hang on tho-bear with me-now that i think of it did Padilla not state on N.G. he was talking about another dumpster down a bit from the other dumpster near the car??? Anyone remember that??? I think he said it was more of a re-cycle type dumpster and harder to locate where refuse was put. I think he also explained that garbage dumpster had some type of GPS device making it easy to locate that dumpsters contents in a landfill. Did i hear that or dream it???? So maybe the dumpster theory is not so far off :shrug:

I am just not convinced about the dumpster being involved due to the fact it was so close to her car. Who knows what that girl's thought process's are. I would luv to hear him expand on his theories. I believe she was in the trunk and even may have been in the yard for a limited time. I just cant reason why else the dogs would have hit on the backyard.

Hello there all,

I have been lurking since the start of this horrid case. I've been a member of this forum for many years. I waited to post for a long time, because I wanted to be fully informed. Each day it seems a new document or video is released.

I've read all the documents, viewed all the videos, watched the NG show, and have done research on my own. At this date, I am unaware of any documents I have not read or videos I have not seen. I feel comfortable that I have a fairly firm grasp on the important components/evidence of the case.

I wanted to introduce myself to your community and to also add a thank you for all the links, information and opinions you have given. You have been very helpful to me.

IMO, Caylee is deceased at the hands of the person a child is supposed to trust the most.
I am uncertain if full names are allowed. I've read the COC, and I will do everything I can to abide by it. If I have made a mistake please let me know via pm.

I'm still confused if the family is involved in the loss of this precious child.
At the very least, I feel that some of the statements and actions of the family are suspect; to say the least.

I am glad to hear that Casey has been upgraded from a "person of interest" to a "suspect". I feel that LE is doing the best they can and I am praying that an arrest is coming soon.

Again, thank you for having me be a part of this forum and bless all of you for caring so much about an innocent, precious child.

I do have a quick question regarding Equasearch, since I have read conflicting stories as to why they have left. Some reports cited the weather/flooding was a factor, other reports indicated that the GM...CA discovered that they were looking for a deceased child and made it clear that they were not wanted anymore.

I agree with you about LE, IMO they wont make a formal charge until they are positive they have everything covered that will put her away for life. It is harder for them without a body, but not impossible. I am not sure about Equasearch, but i thought I did read that Cindy sprouted her gob off that when she found out they were searching for a dead body, she accused them of publicity stunt IIRC. We didnt see them out searching or helping.

I will try and see if I can find out the precise reason why Equasearch left. It does not surprise me that Cindy attempted to discredit such a wonderful group. Tim, the team leader and owner, lost a child and started the group. An angel for sure.

I feel that LE has enough evidence, even if they can't find this sweet baby. It just bothers me that Equasearch is no longer searching. I'm sure it's a good reason, but it bothers me. Caylee may have a chance to have a proper memorial service, funeral etc... that she deserves so very much.
I have added Tara to my prayer list, along with Trenton Duckett and Natalie Holloway and others. Unfortunately, the list is long. So sad...all of this.

Okay all you slueths out there, I need you to check your memory banks. Does anyone recall reading a statement from Tony, the most recent boyfriend, who stated that he asked Casey why she stole so much money from her friend? Her statement was that she needed a lot of money in case she had to get away in a hurry.

Does anyone recall seeing that. I'm afraid tht she is going to skip town. She stole somewhere in the vacinity of $25K to $45k from Cindy's credit cards. Where is all this money or goods? Is it possible she was buying high end items and pawning them to hide away some get away cash? Or could she have used it to pay off someone to get rid of the body? I wish I could find that statement. It was something that was on local news. Perhaps it was a statement made on the news as opposed to one to LE and if LE does have that statement, maybe they have not released it. :shrug:

I wondered if she had been allowed to use the jeep while he was away. He only let her use it once or twice while he was home so I thought it seemed a little strange she was given free run with it while he was away. Seems she used it without permission.
Also he said that Casey had been on her laptop when Amy and her Mum turned up and it was working then but when the police came over to grab her phone they looked at the pc and it wouldn't work so they left it for Lee to try and get into. (At this point the cops didn't realise how serious the situation was going to get). One poster speculated if Lee might have wiped stuff from it because he was gone so long.
To me it sounds as if Casey knew her time was up the minute she saw her Mum at the door because it seems that she was the last person on the pc and it stopped working immediately after. There is the possibility that it was working and Lee did something to it but I don't think so because Tony told Lee that it wasn't working before he even got there. This was very quick thinking on Caseys part don't you think? I mean she wasn't expecting her Mum to turn up and didn't Amy go to the door first? I wonder how they fixed it and if it ad been done on purpose? Maybe she did it while her Mum was telling her to get her stuff because she wasn't coming back. What do you all think?

IMO, Caylee is deceased at the hands of the person a child is supposed to trust the most.
I am uncertain if full names are allowed. I've read the COC, and I will do everything I can to abide by it. If I have made a mistake please let me know via pm.

I'm still confused if the family is involved in the loss of this precious child.
At the very least, I feel that some of the statements and actions of the family are suspect; to say the least.

I am glad to hear that Casey has been upgraded from a "person of interest" to a "suspect". I feel that LE is doing the best they can and I am praying that an arrest is coming soon.

Again, thank you for having me be a part of this forum and bless all of you for caring so much about an innocent, precious child.

I do have a quick question regarding Equasearch, since I have read conflicting stories as to why they have left. Some reports cited the weather/flooding was a factor, other reports indicated that the GM...CA discovered that they were looking for a deceased child and made it clear that they were not wanted anymore.

Welcome:seeya: IIRC, Hurricane Fay was bearing down on Florida and as we all know now, she hit them four times. IMO, weather was a factor that Tim pulled his team out. Also, IMO, he left very disheartened because of the manner he and his team were treated by the Anthonys. They apparently wanted Equisearch out there searching for a live Caylee and Tim, acting on advice of LE since the Anthonys wouldn't cooperate, were clearly looking for a body. IMO, the Anthonys are well aware that Caylee is deceased and have been aware since they opened the trunk of the murderer's car. They have morphed from grieving grandparents to over-protective parents in record time. I do think that both are likely to face charges of lying to officials and obstruction of justice. I also believe that it will be determined that Cindy knew she needed to clean that car trunk out immediately and get those "stinky" pants washed to destroy evidence.

The TES HQs in TX was badly damaged by Hurricane Ike or Gustav so the teams have been working on that. Also, the rain is still a problem in Central Florida. The ground is saturated so additional rainfall is resulting in ponding and a lot of standing water in the areas that Casey most likely dumped Caylee which makes searching difficult, if not impossible. It is the opinion of many that TES did find something before they left. There was a terrible sadness about Tim when he was interviewed about their leaving FL. IIRC, he was teary eyed about it. LE may be testing whatever was found and TES will be brought back if it is related to Caylee and/or Casey. JMO.

Hang on tho-bear with me-now that i think of it did Padilla not state on N.G. he was talking about another dumpster down a bit from the other dumpster near the car??? Anyone remember that??? I think he said it was more of a re-cycle type dumpster and harder to locate where refuse was put. I think he also explained that garbage dumpster had some type of GPS device making it easy to locate that dumpsters contents in a landfill. Did i hear that or dream it???? So maybe the dumpster theory is not so far off :shrug:

You're right about what Padilla said and I really didn't understand it completely. First, the dumpster might have a GPS on it but the dumpster isn't hauled away. It's lifted over the truck and dumped and then it is placed back inside the enclosure. He said there was a small dumpster there for recycling. I didn't see it unless it is within the enclosure. He also said the dumpster is shared by the restaurant. That I don't understand at all. The dumpster is clearly seen from the road and the door to the enclosure is always open. The restaurant is on the other side of the Amscott. It's at least 200 feet to the dumpster. My original theory was that if she was going to dump a body near there, the restaurant would be more likely as it is a Sushi restaurant and the smell of the trash is probably very strong, especially in the summer. Also, it is much more secluded and surrounded by large trees whereas the Amscott is pretty much in the open facing two main road.

I've been meaning to pass by there and see if I can see another recycle dumpster.

Also, something struck me as very odd. When Tony went to pick her up, he said she had groceries with her - specifically mentioned two frozen items, I remember one being frozen pops. He said she got them from her parents' house. Well, the Amscott Manager said that car was there when she arrived at work at 7 a.m. She supposedly called Tony mid to late morning to pick her up. Where did she get the groceries from? There is no grocery store close by except a SAMS Club (opens at 10 a.m. to public) and two gasoline stations. The gasoline stations are both small, not full size convenience stores. You could get a soda or an icecream bar, but not a box. She was somewhere for three hours after leaving that car, the question is was she with someone.

It is true that Cindy treated Equusearch terribly and said awful things regarding their reason for being there. I mean, come on, for the attention? Who is the big drama queen here looking for attention? :no:

At the time, there was water just about everywhere you looked and it was still raining everyday. It was really horrible what those searchers went through with snakes, bugs, 95 degree heat. Without the tips of knowing where to search, it was worse than a needle in a haystack. If you drive 5 miles anywhere outside of Orlando city limits, you have acres and acres of swamp land or wooded areas. Unless the killer tells you where the body is, rarely is one found. Only once a body of a missing woman was found only because surveyors happened to be on the property about 10 days after she went missing from a mall.

I feel that LE has enough evidence, even if they can't find this sweet baby. It just bothers me that Equasearch is no longer searching. I'm sure it's a good reason, but it bothers me. Caylee may have a chance to have a proper memorial service, funeral etc... that she deserves so very much.
I have added Tara to my prayer list, along with Trenton Duckett and Natalie Holloway and others. Unfortunately, the list is long. So sad...all of this.

*Cindy's last 911 call...a fact. (car smells like a dead body) etc...
*Cindy telling whomever was willing to listen; that Casey was a mooch, had stolen money etc...alleged.
*George's car chase to try and catch up with Casey on the highway to ask about Caylee's well being...alleged.
*Lee's statements about the manner in which Cindy treated Casey regarding Caylee...alleged.
*Lee's initial jail house conversations with Casey...fact. (seemed like Lee was getting help from LE as to what to ask.)

Many people have stated that the family made a complete turnaround once the chloroform, hair and body decomposition evidence came to light of day. What a sad, horrid day that was! After viewing and hearing all of the very first bond hearing testimony; I think it was by then that the family began and perhaps completed, their turnaround. Cindy's testimony, especially. One cannot silence a bell that has already rung. Too odd for me. I don't get it. What (besides, speaking to a lawyer), could have happened, during this relatively short interim?

Two New Areas Being Checked In Search For Caylee Anthony

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned detectives have been searching for the body of Caylee Anthony in two more places in east Orange County. Caylee was reported missing 78 days ago. Detectives say she is dead and that at one point her body was in the trunk of her mom's car.

Both wooded areas they're searching are not far from where Casey Anthony lives with her parents. One is near the Amscot at Goldenrod and Highway 50 where Casey abandoned her car in late June. Investigators have searched the area more than once with cadaver dogs.

The other area is closer to Orlando International Airport, where a driver told investigators she saw a car like Casey's white Pontiac Sunfire parked in the median days after Caylee disappeared and she saw someone slight of build wearing a baseball cap and what looked like athletic wear walk out of the woods, someone she believes could have been Casey. It was odd to her because it's not a popular spot for joggers.

:( Thursday, Casey's attorney said it's not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.

"It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," Jose Baez said.

Judging by what he said, it would seem that Casey would get herself into trouble by telling what she knows about Caylee's whereabouts.

I feel it is very emotionally complicated. One I think Jose told the Anthony's to stop talking. It was a circus everytime they opened their mouths. I also think in some way Cindy and george are in between denial,protecting Casey and grieving Calyee. I cannot possibly know what they are going through right now. Cannot imagine. On the other hand it works for Casey since she really does not have a lot of emotions. what a mess. Poor LE

Did Tony mention whether the groceries were in a bag? The reason I ask is that Sam's Club does not have bags. They may have a box but usually one has to take the things they buy out in a cart and place them directly in the car. No bags provided. Now, they do have frozen foods so that part is possible. Also, Sam's does not really open to the public. You must be a member to shop there. At least here, I think it is the same elsewhere. Does anyone know if she or her family were members?

They may have a box but usually one has to take the things they buy out in a cart and place them directly in the car. No bags provided. Now, they do have frozen foods so that part is possible. Also, Sam's does not really open to the public. You must be a member to shop there. At least here, I think it is the same elsewhere. Does anyone know if she or her family were members?

I thought I remembered in Tony's statement that Tony said it appeared that the groceries were from Casey's parents house. I don't know how or why he got this idea, but I'll go and try to find this particular part in Tony's statement. Also, if I am recalling incorrectly perhaps another member remembers the statement differently. In NY Sam's Club does not have bags either. On the way out of the store they check your receipt, all of your purchases are in the cart without bags. I'll try and see what I can find out for you.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned detectives have been searching for the body of Caylee Anthony in two more places in east Orange County. Caylee was reported missing 79 days ago. Detectives say she is dead and that at one point her body was in the trunk of her mom's car.

Investigators used cadaver dogs to search both wooded areas that are not far from where Casey Anthony lives with her parents. One is near the Amscot at Goldenrod and Highway 50 where Casey abandoned her car in late June. Investigators have searched the area more than once with cadaver dogs.
The other area is closer to Orlando International Airport, where a driver told investigators she saw a car like Casey's white Pontiac Sunfire parked in the median days after Caylee disappeared and she saw someone slight of build wearing a baseball cap and what looked like athletic wear walk out of the woods, someone she believes could have been Casey. It was odd to her because it's not a popular spot for joggers.

Makes you wonder about those frozen items. You're right about SAMS, you need to be a member but it opens early for people who purchase on a tax exempt card everyone else can go in at 10 a.m. I wouldn't think she would have a card since Cindy bought all of the food and Caylee's diapers and such. Cindy and George might have had the cards.

The area south of the airport is exactly where I think she would dump a body. There is nothing there but miles and miles of woods and swamp. Plus, a lot of that land is protected and cannot be built upon so you don't have to worry about a housing subdivision being built there and the bones being dug up. I mean it's lonely. You can drive and drive and pass one or two cars during the day. A couple of years back I made a wrong turn and got lost back there. It took me about 20 minutes of driving without seeing a car before I found my way out. I was a little nervous to tell you the truth. If someone stopped my car, it and me would never have been seen again. Twice show dogs which were travelling by air were let out of their cages and ran into the woods. The most recent dog was worth 10K, you know that the airline sent almost every employee out into those woods and they never found the dog. People had search parties and no dog was found.

That sounds really creepy! I do remember hearing the story about the show dog. So they never found it? :eek: If Casey put Caylee in there she may never be found.

Wow thanks Snoop lets hope it's something really solid. I have given up that they will find her body down in Gatorland. I shudder to think. I do love to gamble, drink, eat, and smoked for 36 years. Hubby and I quit after taking Chantix. He smoked 3+ packs a day, and has had several heart surgeries. I never thought I would quit. Cigs were my best friend. So if you can, quit, please do, sweetheart. I don't guess it is to late until the doc tells you. My sweet BIL is not doing good after surgeries, chemo, radiation, and more chemo. Love you, lhd. :)

my last vacation was to Myrtle Beach, SC, in 2005. this trip was the first time i had ever flown, and i can honestly say, that it was an experience.

So, on my way to church this morning (8:15am service) I drove past Curry Ford and Goldenrod Rd. There I see George Anthony and his billboard he drives around setting up his tent on the corner lot. I will be honest and say I had mixed emotions for this fella. On one hand, I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone and I guess this is his way of dealing with it. He probably knows deep down inside the truth, but goes on with this "missing person" theory to help create an excuse to get out of the house. My other feeling that wasn't very Christian like, was that he is avoiding his responsibility as a grandfather to speak up for Caylee. Its not easy to take a stand against a family member, but he chose to stand up for the adult while the innocent child is left to rot in an unmarked grave.

Its sad that people will live in a state of denial for some perceived loyalty. I understand the whole notion of unconditional love, but it MUST be balanced with critical thinking and judgment. Get the truth, have a proper burial FOR CAYLEE and allow Casey to get the help she obviously needs. Yes, punishment is apart of that help and its going to arrive sooner than you think (Mr. Anthony). I'm not exactly sure of where they are looking but it must be within 5 minutes of the airport. The woods are directly south of the airport, just past the runway and it goes on as I said, for miles. I would imagine that she went fairly close to the airport. There are lot of dirt roads cut into those woods where you could easily drive a car into and not be seen. It's actually very close to where Casey lives. She lives about 1/2 mile north of Lee Vista and Lee Vista has roads that go straight into the woods and swamp. I would say that within a 10 to 15 minute drive from her house she would be in the middle of the woods or a swamp.

Saturday Search Update!

Today's search brought us a total of 5 people. Thank you for coming out and helping.

We did our search in the airport area again, as that is where the tip that Casey was possibly seen. We continued looking in the Heintzleman area. It is one of the only places that is south of the airport and has a "median". Our first roadblock was with OPD. The officer stopped, and basically told us that we needed to contact the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) and let them know where we are and get cleared. So we had to make the call and get clearance. Clearance was given.

First thing that was found was bones of a possum or armadillo. Orginally it was thought to be chicken bones, but was later corrected. Further down more bones were found. After closer examination they appeared to be that of a fox or coyote. Searchers moved farther down. Renee found a black plastic bag with bones in it. Further examination, there was an animal skull with horns. Bones were verified as animal or as we like to call them voodoo bones. So Renee is now credited with finding voodoo goats. Other than the animal bone finds, we feel that the area is pretty much clear, however, we will be returning to investigate areas further.

First, I guess you have all heard by now that ES is coming back the end of this week and stated they believe they know where to look for Caylee. I hope so.

I was out with my mother on Saturday and we stopped at a Whole Foods store. You can imagine my surprise when I almost walked right into Mark Nejame, Cindy and George Anthony's attorney. I was looking for my mother and there she is right behind him. He's so close I can't say anything to her so I'm making all these facial expressions for her to look at him. People must have thought I had the worst tics in the world.:D

She finally did see him and she starts gesturing to me too. I was so tempted to talk to him but he had the most beautiful little girl sitting in the cart. His daughter is about 2 1/2 years old with long curly black hair and a flower in her hair. I wanted to ask him how could he support such people when he had a little girl of the same age. :shrug: I mean, they probably had nothing to do with her going missing, but they are protecting the person who did kill her and won't say because "it's not in her best interest to say anything". I wanted to tell him that a man in Key West punched a shark to save his dog, a man in California died in a fire to save his cat, but Casey couldn't call 911 to save her daughter and then let her decompose in her car? How can you stomach those people?

In any case, the responsibility goes back to the parents. This is why I think it's so crucial for society to intervene when parents show signs of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, mental illness or physical/mental abuse. But our society is far from that. I don't condone the actions of this family, but I bet all of this could have been prevented with some intervention somewehere along the line. They are sick people who needed help.

I agree with you Gator...I think that George and Cindy were/are normal average parents. Lee *appears* to be a normal guy. Casey Anthony Wants To Search For Caylee Without Public Knowing Details

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Caylee Anthony has been reported missing for 82 days now and detectives say she's dead, but now her mother is taking some interest in searching for her.

The revelation came from court papers filed by Casey Anthony's attorney Monday (read motions). Jose Baez wants all kinds of reports and documents, from lab tests, polygraphs, her computer and phone records, and he even wants training records of the officers and service records for the equipment.

Casey spent Monday afternoon at her attorney's office after checking in with her case manager at the jail. She strutted away from her meeting with her case manager at the jail Monday, with no sunglasses and heavy eye makeup.

"Why did you wait four months before deciding you want to look for Caylee?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked Casey as she left her meeting.

:mad:Casey's attorney hopes to convince Circuit Judge Stan Strickland on Friday to allow Casey to travel secretly to "places of interest" in the case to "assist with the search of missing child, Caylee Anthony." But Baez also asks in the motion that "due to the sensitive nature of this Motion, the Defense requests that the date and time of such travel not be public."

One of the reasons Casey is on house arrest for child neglect is because she did nothing to find her daughter and apparently still hasn't.

Anthony's attorney also wants access to the evidence from the car Casey was driving when Caylee disappeared. He's trying to pull that evidence into the child neglect case so his expert can get to it.

In the motion, Baez makes the following argument: "Certainly, evidence that the very daughter the defendant is accused of having neglected may have been dead in the trunk of the defendant's vehicle is a critical fact in a trial for child neglect."

Baez also wants records pertaining to any Zenaida Gonzalez investigators have questioned in their search for the alleged nanny.

Baez says he's entitled to all the information because Casey has suffered the public's hatred and that "law enforcement or the State Attorney's Office has successfully tried a homicide case against the defendant in the public eye." ( Is he serious? :rolleyes: )

Casey hasn't yet asked to go to Friday's hearing on the filed motions.

I think that Cindy was/is probably emotionally abusive(minmally) to Casey. And I hope I won't seem sympathetic if I saw that Casey's friends don't really seem like friends. ORLANDO -- Texas EquuSearch has temporarily called off its ground search for missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

On Sunday, the group cited environmental conditions and concerns for stopping the search.

Texas EquuSearch leader Tim Miller said the volunteers cleared off the areas they had of interest the best they could, but he said when Caylee disappeared, those areas were very dry and now those areas are holding a considerable amount of water.

Miller said because of those conditions, they cannot clear those areas 100 percent.

“I just have a huge concern that if Caylee is out there, (with) her little body, and something did happen to her, she’s just possibly skeletal remains. If we’re going through there with four-wheelers and horses and just accidentally run over her because she’s under that water and we can’t see her, we’re going to push her more in the mud,” Miller said.

Miller went on to say that Caylee deserves the dignity of having her special spot.

“I know where she’s at right now is not a place she chose to be. So when the conditions get better, we’re going to come back, we’re going to find this little girl and we’re going to bring some closure to this entire community,” Miller said.

Members spent last week searching with volunteers. More than 1,200 of them searched wooded areas around the Anthony home and Orlando International Airport Saturday. Several hundred searched again on Sunday.

Along with local efforts, EquuSearch said it's starting a national campaign Monday.

I agree with you. If anything, for all we know she has planted so called evidence implicating someone else. She will discover this evidence and try to look like the hero. The evidence, of course, would indicate Caylee is hidden someplace and will never be found or that she was dead. But she thinks she will come out looking like a star. I don't know about her not being allowed to use the computer - she certainly has. She used to to send emails to friends, and supposedly she's using it in the attorney's office. I wouldn't be surprised if they set up a special computer in there for her because LE can't wiretap or search the attorney's office.

They didn't wait long to come forward, it was just recently announced on national tv. Local news had that report probably early August and she reported it to the police and hasn't looked for any publicity. It was a woman who I think was either on her way to work or on her way home from work.

The rope was found by a private search team (can't access myspace at work so I don't know what it reports). It was in Jay Blanchard Park. The Econ River runs through the park. One end of the rope was tied to a tree and something heavy was at the end so they reported it. As far as I know, this was on Sunday and I live one block from the park. There was no helicopter activity or any obvious police that I was able to see.

They were dog bones but the police were being quiet about it because they weren't sure if there was some sort of involvlement in the case. Yeah, a grieving mother who is slathering on the makeup, ties her teeshirts so they are more form fitting and blocks out the phone number, laughs and high fives her brother as they arrive in the sherriff's office. She's more concerned about getting her boyfriend's phone number rather than tell police what she knows.

I'm giving my age away here but when I was about five years old, there was a case in New York about a brother and sister who were taken from their home and then found murdered. Their mother (Alice Crimmons) grieved too - after she was found guilty of their murders. Look it up it's fascinating. I remember it so clearly because I was scared someone was going to come into my house and steal me. The more I think about it, Casey has a lot in common with Alice.

Thanks - I remember reading about the bones/blanket etc... Interesting it was wrapped in newspaper with Caylee stories. IIRC other bones were found and determined to be from several different small animals.

-If they don't find out those two things, then they may not be able to prosecute her, just like in the Ramsey case where there was little info. LE knows what happened to Caylee but if they can't pin the murder on Casey alone, she might accuse any number of people and create reasonable doubt and walk.
-Wendy speculates there's something sexual involved, more than LE knows. Casey deleted a lot of pictures/photos of Caylee on computer, something fishy about that. -Interesting news story about a month ago: about right before Casey was re-arrested for the first time, there was a sex crimes detective showing up at the house. -Wendy wants to know about drug testing on Caylee's hairs. Chloroform is sometimes used to sedate children in child pornography.

As yall know I don't post here often because it is just too painful for me. But if I had her in my hands I wouldn't pull her hair nor kick her butt. The rope was found by a private search team (can't access myspace at work so I don't know what it reports). It was in Jay Blanchard Park. The Econ River runs through the park. One end of the rope was tied to a tree and something heavy was at the end so they reported it. As far as I know, this was on Sunday and I live one block from the park. There was no helicopter activity or any obvious police that I was able to see.

Just a follow up to the bones that had been found in JB Park and were reported as dog bones. They were dog bones but the police were being quiet about it because they weren't sure if there was some sort of involvlement in the case. The dog bones were wrapped in newspapers that had stories on Caylee and then it was wrapped in a blanket.

Jose Baez went on to say his client has suffered the public's hatred and watched her own privacy disintegrate.

On Friday, Baez will argue this motion that he's entitled to see the results of forensic tests done on the air, hair and a stain found in Anthony's car. Anthony will be able to accompany him.

In the court papers, he's trying to draw a connection between the child neglect charges Anthony is facing now and whatever charges the state may bring from ongoing forensic tests.

"Essentially, law enforcement or the state attorney's office has successfully tried a homicide case against the defendant in the public eye," Baez said.

He goes on to argue, "The defendant has suffered the public's hatred, the picketers calling her a murderer in front of her own home, the insensitive and scathing assaults by media shows, and the complete disintegration of her privacy without even having access to the same information the media systematically and exclusively receives from law enforcement about her case."

Baez argues that the only way to preserve fair administration of justice is for the state to turn over all the evidence it leaks to the media to the defense team as well.

Re: Wendy Murphy Porn wouldn't surprise me in the least. Casey was doing something for hours/days/weeks months, and presumably to earn money. It does seem that there would be some indications by Caylee if she was being used for such a purpose. BUT would her Fidiot grandparents notice? Would Casey's friends? Wonder if Casey ever filed income tax return(s) and if those have been subpoenaed. If so, are there clues there? And if she didn't file income tax returns, didn't her parents find that strange? What with her working the livelong day? As for deletions on her computer; is there really such a thing? Shouldn't any pix be retrievable? Hope the judge denies Casey's request to search. And as much as I like reading and keeping up on new developments, I think there is too much information out here, which only potentially poisons a jury pool. As for Casey not talking, as despicable as she is, she is exercising her 5th amendment rights. Can you blame her? As for her parents beating the truth out of her, my understanding is that the Anthonys aren't supposed to be discussing the case. Beats the hell out of me why she is serving her house arrest with them.

I wish law enforcement and TES all the best, but wonder if this case is under control. At all.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Caylee Marie Anthony has been missing for 12 weeks now. On Tuesday her mother's legal teams said they could be one step closer to find the missing 3-year-old.

And there are also now a permanent set of eyes on the Anthony's home.

The Orange County Sheriffs office told neighbors Tuesday they installed a surveillance camera on Hopespring Drive. It’s on a light pole and gives a bird’s eye view of the Anthony home. The HOA president said he was told it will allow deputies to record activities in front of the Anthony’s home if there are any more problems. It will also let them know if and when they need to dispatch deputies to Hopespring Drive.

The home has been the site of several confrontations between protestors, residents and the Anthony family. The homeowners association has tried unsuccessfully to get a court order banning people from the street outside the home. And County government is studying several ways to keep the peace while not infringing on protestors rights

Private investigators working for Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez are out of state following up on a lead they said is significant.

Jose Baez’s spokesperson Todd Black said their investigators are out of state talking to a man and getting pictures of the Zanaida Gonzalez Casey says took Caylee.

Black says the picture was taken at a park and has all involved parties in it: the woman they say is the Zanaida Fernandez Gonzalez, Casey and Caylee. No information at this point as to when this picture was taken.

And Black added they have been trying to find the man who has the picture for weeks and they just located him and got in touch with him.

Friday court hearing

Casey Anthony will be in court Friday. She asked for and was given permission from Orange County home confinement to go to the courthouse on Friday. Circuit Judge Stan Strickland will hear eight motions regarding evidence in the case at 10:30 a.m. at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando.

Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch Heading back to Orlando, FL for the Caylee Anthony and Jennifer Kesse Search

I spoke to Tim Miller of volunteer and non-profit Texas EquuSearch this afternoon. Thursday, Tim will be heading back to Orlando, FL to meet with law enforcement with regards to the case of missing Caylee Anthony. They will discuss potential searches and target locations for future searches. As promised, Texas Equusearch will return to Orlando to help find Caylee Anthony.

Also, first heard here … Tim Miller will be meeting with Drew Kesse, the father of missing Jennifer Kesse in an effort to reopen the search. Jennifer Kesse has been missing since January 24, 2006. Tim Miller will be meeting with Jennifer’s parents and with Orlando law enforcement in an effort to revive the search. We wish the best to Tim Miller and the Kesse’s. Drew and Joyce Kesse deserve the best as they have been an inspiration to many families of missing loved ones. They have always remained committed to finding Jennifer and deserve nothing more than to bring Jennifer home.

If there were photos on her hard drive, they are still there. A computer expert can and will get then back. Most people believe that when a file is deleted from a hard drive that it is completely gone. It isn't. The information is still there if you know how to find it. Not to put up a bunch of technical information, the only thing that is deleted is the files address on the hard drive. The information that makes up the picture is only gone if it is written over by another file. Given the size of hard drives today, this doesn't happen very often to the average home computer. Many people have been convicted by files they thought were gone. If they are there, they either have been found and no one is talking, or they will be found.

I'd be speculating but people go kayaking all the time. The river is still very high so perhaps someone had a canoe and used the rope to tie it to the shore.

Found a picture - this is the path which runs parallel to the river. The otherside of the bank is just brush, trees and wildlife. At the end of the path that the bikes are headed is a YMCA.

I don't think she's wasting her time, the problem is there isn't enough time. I wish she wouldn't book so many people on one show. I would love to see one show with just Padilla and not so much talking and more listening. I knew he couldn't be right about the body in the dumpster because of the close proximity of the dumpster to two busy roads. But, major road construction was going on there for two months, and still is. The road was all torn up at that exact timeframe in question.

This is a very interesting opinion. They always say that there is a little kernel of truth in everything Casey says. Well she told people she worked for Universal Studios as an even cooridinator. Later she said she took pictures. I believe it was Cindy who said this. Maybe she really did make some money by taking pictures. Just not the kind of pictures she could tell anyone about. It would make sense to the whole chloroform thing too. It makes me sick to think about but maybe she was actually leaving Caylee with whoever to do whatever to her and profitting from it.

Yeah it's probably a picture of Casey and Caylee and some random woman in the background. Casey better be careful of who she accuses next or else she'll have 2 lawsuits to deal with. Do you think Casey may have put Caylee in where the construction was taking place? Does anyone know if there is any type of machines, dogs, whatever that could find a body under a newly paved road?

The sex crime aspect...I think that's a stretch. I highly doubt that Casey would post any photos child-sex related on MySpace or Facebook...there are just too many people that would/could view it. My take on her deleting the pictures - she was closing that chapter of her life. No more Caylee - out of site, out of mind.

I don't think she's wasting her time, the problem is there isn't enough time. I wish she wouldn't book so many people on one show. I would love to see one show with just Padilla and not so much talking and more listening. I knew he couldn't be right about the body in the dumpster because of the close proximity of the dumpster to two busy roads. But, major road construction was going on there for two months, and still is. The road was all torn up at that exact timeframe in question.

I don't know why so many don't like LP...is it just because he bonded her out? His personality? I think the guy is smart, and wanted to do what was best (find Caylee) and thought that HE could do it. Maybe he wanted some publicity too, but whatever. I think he's worth listening to. Last night he stated a theory that I posted yesterday - that Casey wants to 'help search' because she knows that Eqqusearch is coming back and will be looking in the right place this time, and that this is her only chance to flee.

Police to release documents, video related to Casey Anthony check fraud charges

Prosecutors are expected to release documents and video this morning related to the check fraud charges against Casey Anthony - the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie.

The single mother is charged with 13 counts, including grand theft, forgery of a check and fraudulent use of personal identification. Authorities say Anthony took checks that belong to her friend, Amy Huizenga.

Anthony also is charged with child neglect and providing false information to law enforcement. This is connected to the disappearance of her daughter. Anthony told detectives that she last saw her daughter in mid-June when she left the girl with a babysitter. When she returned later that day to pick Caylee up, the toddler and nanny were gone. Her family reported Caylee missing a month later on July 15.

Investigators have not been able to find the babysitter and question whether she exists

Casey Anthony Caught On Video Buying Items With Allegedly Stolen Checks

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- New video released by the State Attorney's Office on Tuesday shows Casey Anthony making some very recognizable purchases at a Target store. A target security video shows Casey buying lingerie and the sunglasses she's often worn while walking in and out of her lawyer's office.

The video shows Casey at the checkout counter buying bras, camisoles, chemises and the big white sunglasses. The purchases also included a beret and even the light blue hoodie she was wearing the first time she was arrested
Investigators said Casey bought all of the goods at the Winter Park Target, six days before she was arrested in connection with the disappearance of her daughter Caylee, using a check stolen from her ex-best friend
The video also shows Casey walk out of the store while putting on another pair of large sunglasses.

Video from the downtown Orlando Bank of America, taken five days after the Target shopping spree, shows Casey at the teller's window presenting what investigators say is another stolen check from friend Amy Huizenga for $250 in cash.
The State Attorney's office also released more documents related to the case. The documents detail how Huizenga went to Puerto Rico and let Casey borrow her car. In a statement to the sheriff's office, Huizenga said she had left her checkbook in the glove compartment. When she returned home, she said she found her checking account depleted. She became suspicious of Casey after talking to Casey's mother, Cindy.
The sheriff's office report says at least five checks were written from Huizenga's account and they all had what appeared to be Casey Anthony's name and signature on them. The report indicates Casey was able to use her own identification to somehow write the checks on Huizenga's account. The checks amounted to hundreds of dollars. Casey allegedly also wrote them at a Winn Dixie store where she bought groceries.
