Doctors Who Kill

There is much chatter about the medical capabilities of murders, so if anyone can help add names to the list of murdering physicians please do. It seems to be that this connection is often raised when mutilations are present, such as Jack the Ripper, but most convicted doctors seem to prefer poison. Easier to disguise the cause of death and easy access to poison would be powerful inducements to choose this method. I was excluding mass murders such as Mengele and Shiro. I know the list is lacking, but I'm sure you guys can fill it out. I glanced round the boards to see if this topic has already been discussed. Sorry if I missed it.

I work at one of the hospitals where Michael Swango wreaked his havoc, although he's not believed to have killed anyone here.

He was awfully hard to catch, especially with all the people trying to cover his trail. BTW, when he wasn't working as a doctor, he supported himself through identity theft.
