A teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student 26 years ago has surrendered to Toronto Police. Robert Judge, 58, is accused of assaulting a 15-year-old student in 1982, when he was a teacher at Etobicoke Collegiate Institute.
I wonder how many more students will come forward with accusations. Kind of like the catholic priest mess.
