That was just plain dirty. One of the youtube comments mention Racism.
I think this was less about race and more about incompetence, lack of empathy, and stupidity. He's not racist, he's just an asshole.

Good too know he was fired. Even though it was for another reason all together. This just reminded me of Ted Bundy working for a suicide prevention hotline. I wonder what Ted Said about the callers after they hung up.

wow thats crazy, why would you even want to be a 911 operator if you didnt care what happened to people. he deserved to get fired. i feel bad for that lady, she was scared to death and they didnt even send anyone to her house. isnt that what we pay all tax dollars for?
