No offense and I'm not protecting a scumbag like him but, couldn't that be considered slanderous? I don't see on the page anything that says he was charged or convicted.
(I'm only asking because I don't know slander laws or how they work.)

You are right, he was not charged or convicted but that does not mean that this did not happen to me. The Grand Jury no billed the case. I cant tell you why because they did not tell me why. Then I looked into fileing a civil law suite and the statute of limitations had run out (2 years is the statute on personal injury). Well I could not sit back and do nothing so this is what I had to do.
This might be considered slander, I dont know but what I do know is that I am going to be heard and those who see it will know what he is. This might not be what most people would do but I have to be heard. He may or my not be held accountable but those are my two main concerns. Trust me this is not easy for me either. I have had to put myself out there, totally.
Thank you for taking the time to visit the page.

Hun, I believe you. Don't end up being a victim again if he finds out and slaps you with a slander charge.

Hi Wild - did you read the stories Tori Spelling posted here at Crime Library about Jack McClellan? Tori names some people in the stories you might be interested in contacting regarding your situation.

I respect the concern from both of you and have thought about that possibality but what am I supposed to do? I mean really, I am open to suggestions. I cant sit and do nothing. I am at a loss for words. This was better than the alternative if you know what I mean.

Well I was deleated from Myspace but all is well. I think I got to most of the important people. I can let this go now. I feel like I have done something even if I have not. At least some of my home town knows what he is. I hope I can really let it go.
