Until now, no one has found out what the symbol on the Zodiac's Halloween card is or where it is from. Some have said it is a representation of Mt. Diablo. But I think I have a pretty good guess. I am new here and don't know where to post this. I thought I saw a thread on the Zodiac's halloween card symbol on this site, which is why I registered, but it was very long ago, and I don't see it anymore.
I think it is a Bind-Rune. I think specifically that it is a Sowilo Bind rune.
These are bindrunes:

This is a Sowilo:

There are several variations.
I thought at the beginning that the dots were there to "ground" the bindrune, a practice that isn't too uncommon and described as placing "two dots" on either side of the bindrune, until I found out that the dots seem to actually align three Sowilo's:

When they do, they create a perfect 8-Point star, or a Compass Rose:

If you'll notice how proportioned the Sowilo's are, how even the star is, and how geometrical the entire symbol is.
The Compass Rose, or the occult 8 point star, is something the Zodiac would be familiar with. He put something similar on his Mt. Diablo code.
The following is also a Sowilo variant:

It looks just like Zodiac's lower case "N" in Knife.
Sowilo is a symbol for the sun, as well as the Odin's Cross (Zodiac's usual symbol). The Odin's Cross is specifically the Northern European variant of the Solar Cross. He has also put atleast two Eyes of the Sun in his tree.

German Neo-Paganism and New Age revivalism was experiencing a peak in the 60's.
Have fun.
