I first want extend my condolences to Nona’s family for such a tragic loss of someone so young~!!

I also know how it feels to have threads that just seem to disappear into thin air~!!! That was happening in Renee’s case from day one, practically on a daily basis~!! All for different reasons, sometimes for content, not always bad ones either~!!! Actual posts from those that actually saw Renee and the other news entities wanted the exclusives. Then Renee’s board was being bounced around into different categories like a ping-pong ball, as well as combining the different boards into one….

More recently I noticed that Shaleen Duckey’s (Still waiting for autopsy report) Thread has been deleted~!!

I started doing my own research to see if it was combined with Renee’s board or what~?? :shrug:

What I have found is that all of Freshwater’s 1,900 posts have been deleted, with the exception of her “goodbye” thread; I have not been able to find any post of hers or any thread that Freshwater started…. Freshwater started Shaleen’s Thread…

If Freshwater also started the condolence thread for Nona, well that is what happened to that one too, as well as, I am sure, MANY OTHERS~!!!

I would not take it personal, but it is sad to see these things just go poof in the night, without ANY warning or explanation~!!!

It is strange that FW's posts went poof, and you make a very valid point!I wonder if FW left on good terms? Over on CTV Coldwater encouraged everyone to wait for an official word about what was going to happen to the message boards. Freshwater did not act in kind and was proclaiming the closings for months, but the sites are still up despite what she claimed. I just wonder if her hastiness got her in trouble. No matter, she was planning to leave and start her own site anyhow.

Don't remember if FH2O actually started the thread or not; it would have been simple to delete any of her posts, or any unsavory posts and leave the other kind words and remembrances. 12/29 is when I noticed that it was missing. I think Freshwater was still around at that time.

Nona's boyfriend Kevin Jones says he had been trying to reach her numerous times by phone but that his calls and messages had gone unanswered. Eventually, he and his mother decided to stop by Nona's apartment, where they discovered Nona's body.

As correspondent Richard Schlesinger reports, Nona had been murdered, beaten to death and left in her blood-spattered living room.

I don’t think anyone took it as uncaring, just an honest question.
