Nevada Authorities Search for Girl, Man in Explicit Sex Tape

LAS VEGAS — Authorities in Nevada were trying Tuesday to find a girl believed to be 4 or 5 years old and a man seen performing explicit sexual acts on her in an amateur videotape that detectives were told was found in the desert.

"The problem is the unknowns," said Nye County sheriff's Detective David Boruchowitz, who said he hoped widespread national attention would identify the girl and the man.

"We have no idea where he's from, where she's from, and no idea who they are or where they are," Boruchowitz said in a telephone interview from the sheriff's office in Pahrump, 60 miles west of Las Vegas.

The tape, a little longer than 30 minutes, clearly shows the adult man performing criminal sexual acts that Boruchowitz said included rape, "everything else, and then some."

A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff's investigators Sept. 8, after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said.

Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago, although Boruchowitz said the tape didn't appear to have been exposed to weather or elements.

Boruchowitz said investigators don't think Tuck made the tape. Tuck was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, felonies. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

Tuck was released without bail, pending arraignment Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court, a court official said.

His lawyer did not immediately respond Tuesday to messages seeking comment.

"Our concern is if little girl is still in that situation," Boruchowitz said. "Our concern is to get her out of the nightmare that she's been living in."

A man says he found a videotape in the middle of the Nevada desert showing a little girl being sexually abused.

Now, police are desperately searching for that little girl and the man suspected of abusing her.

A blonde-haired girl, estimated to be about 5-years-old who police say was subjected to unthinkable, sexual crimes.

"This is probably the most disgusting thing we've ever seen, especially videotaped as a record of it, it's even worse," Nye County Detective David Boruchowitz said.

Nye County detectives were able to lift the girl's image as well as those of her attacker from a VHS videotape.

The tape was turned into police by this man, Pahrump resident Darren Tuck who claims he found it in the desert.

But police say Tuck's story may not hold water in court.

For one thing, had that tape really been found out in the desert, it likely would have melted in the summer heat.

Det. Boruchowitz said, "He's just not been cooperative at all in terms of any forthcoming information."

Tuck was ultimately arrested for possession of porn and may face additional charges but a close friend says detectives have it all wrong.

"He turned it in trying to do the right thing and they turned it around trying to say that he's involved and he's not," said Tuck's friend, Melissa Poulter.

He may not be involved but at the moment he is the only lead and detectives say if he does know something this little girl's life may depend on that information.

Detectives have all the evidence they need to prove a young girl was raped. The attack is right there on a chilling videotape. But they can't find the victim or the suspect. Now, the search for the little girl is going nationwide.

A man in Pahrump says he found the tape out in the desert, but detectives say his story doesn't check out.

"This is not an agency pride issue this is 'let's get this girl out of the nightmare that she's living in,'" says Detective David Boruchowitz with Nye County Sheriff's Office. Nye County detectives say they've received hundreds of possible leads on who the blonde-haired child might be since the story first ran over the weekend. They've also received offers of help from several different agencies, including Metro and the Department of Homeland Security.

"We're working through each lead obviously. This is what we're hoping for: that eventually one of these leads is going to be that person that knows her or knows for sure who he is," Detective Boruchowitz said.

The girl, who police estimate is about 5-years-old, was subjected to heinous sexual crimes by the man who recorded everything on videotape.

That tape was allegedly found by Pahrump resident Darrin Tuck, who claims he came across the tape in the desert and turned it into police. "His story doesn't match," Detective Boruchowitz explains. "A reasonable person would not believe the story that he's given us. But again, he's not providing anything additional so we just have what we have to work with." .....

Nye County police want help identifying a young girl who is the victim of a disturbing crime. There is video of the girl is being sexually assaulted by an adult male.

"It is very disturbing, very disturbing. This young girl is being victimized by this individual," said Sheriff Tony Demeo, Nye County.

Police say they were given the tape by 26-year-old Darren Tuck of Pahrump who claimed he found it in the desert. After investigating, police discovered that Tuck had the tape in his possession for five months and showed it to other people before turning it over to police.

Tuck has since been charged with possessing and promoting child pornography.

"At least he had enough of a conscience to come forward. He didn't just throw it away and in that respect Mr. Tuck has some redeeming qualities," Sheriff Demeo said.
Police say Tuck is not the adult male individual in the video and if he did find the video in the desert, it may be difficult to discover the girl's identity.

"We want to rescue her from the situation she is in and someone out there is going to lead us to this girl," Sheriff Demeo said.

Anyone with information on either the girl or the man is asked to call the Nye County Sheriff's Office at 775-751-7000.

Nye County detectives are calling it a horrific crime. A young girl being sexually abused and it was all caught on tape. And perhaps even worse than the crime itself is the fact that police have no idea who the victim is or even the identity of the man abusing her.

As News 3's Collette Wieland shows us, police have released her picture in hopes someone will know who she is.

"The more eyes and ears that you have working on any type of investigation, the better it is. Because that's what helps generate leads," says Stephanie Parker with Nevada Child Seekers.

Nye County Sheriff's Department investigators have gone nationwide to try to get the identity of a girl, estimated to be four to five years old, who is the victim of a heinous assault on a half-hour pornographic video dropped off by a Pahrump man.

Darren Tuck, 26, of Pahrump, was booked on charges of possession of child pornography, after he initially told sheriff's investigator he just found the videotape in the desert, but on subsequent interrogation admitted to having it in his possession for five months, according to detective David Boruchowitz.

Nye County officials held a press conference Wednesday afternoon and released more pictures as they continue their investigation and search for a sexually exploited unidentified little girl.

SLIDESHOW: Enhanced Photos From Videotape of Victim, Suspect

Sheriff Anthony L. De Meo shared that around 1,500 tips have come in and 150 of them are being followed up on. Volunteers from Homeland Security in Las Vegas -- retired law enforcement -- will be setting up a call center to follow up on tips.

One tip that came in gave information about the dress the little girl was wearing. It came from a 2003 collection by Laura Dare called the Leopard Rose.

During a news conference Wednesday, officers said the tape appears to have been made between 2003 and 2004, given the make of the television and electronic equipment. They also said the lingerie the girl is wearing was manufactured during the spring of 2003 by a company in North Carolina.

Officers said the video shows a girl believed to be sexually abused by an unknown man. The girl, police said, appears to be 4 to 5 years old at the time of the recording. It also shows a man who police think might be the sexual predator. Police do not know where the tape was shot.

There is another girl featured in the tape, police said, who appears to be 10 years old. Officers said she was filmed through a window in a different scene of the video. Once she spots the man recording her, officers said, the video cuts away as he flees the scene. She is not abused at all during the recording. .....

LAS VEGAS — Authorities trying to aid two girls seen in a sexually explicit videotape say they have identified one and were showing images of the other Thursday in the hopes that someone would recognize her.

The tape was turned in to police by a man who said he found it in the desert. It shows a man performing sex acts on a girl around 4 or 5 years old, and shows a girl believed to be 10 to 12 years old appearing in "some kind of peep show," said Nye County sheriff's detective David Boruchowitz.

Authorities hope identifying the girls will help them locate the abuser and rescue them. Still photos of the younger girl, fully clothed, appeared Thursday morning on CBS's "The Early Show," where Boruchowitz announced that the older girl had been identified.

The little Pajama's are still being sold now, this is what they look like, they come from upscale stores such as Dillards and also from boutiques.

Nye County authorities turned to the media again on Wednesday seeking help in identifying a girl being sexually assaulted by an older man on a video handed over to police earlier this month.

Sheriff Tony DeMeo thinks that through the media, the public will bring the girl, estimated to be 4 or 5 years old, to safety.

"The media is going to be the conduit where information comes to us so we can I.D. her," he said. "People all over the world are interested. Even if the tip we need comes internationally, it will come to us."

The girl and the man have the same lips and eyes (imo).... I wonder if thats her father (SICK S.O.B.) which could be why it's so difficult to find her.... it's possible that he doesn't take her out in public much or have much of a social life altogether. I think she is more like 3-4 years old also and we can pretty much bet she's not in school, preschool, or daycare considering she hasn't been identified yet.

They've launched a nationwide search, hoping someone can identify the girl or the abuser.

Police here say child sex abuse is always a concern and talk about ways you can help.

Detectives in Nevada say the little girl is victim to one of the worst cases of child sexual assault they have ever seen.

One man was arrested in this case. Now Investigators are searching others involved in this abuse.

One of the young girls on a tape of the sexual assault of a child has been identified and is safe and at home in Pahrump with her parents, authorities said.

After the media broadcast photographs of the girl, authorities were notified late Wednesday night that the girl, who is now a teen, was OK, said Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo. The girl was not a victim of sexual abuse on the tape nor did the suspect seen on the videotape sexually abuse her, DeMeo said.

Police say the teen was a victim of a peeping tom in January 2005, when someone videotaped the girl through a window at her Pahrump home as she looked at herself in a mirror. After noticing someone watching her, the girl turns around and the video fades away. Police believe the voyeur stopped taping and ran away after being noticed.

The teenager told her parents, who called authorities, but when sheriff's deputies got to the home, whoever had been watching her was gone.

Because they now know the date of the peeping tom case, authorities now have a better idea of when the sexual assault was filmed. They believe it couldn't have been any earlier than January 2005 because the footage of the older girl was shot before the sexual assault, DeMeo said. The recorded assault interrupts and records over the voyeur footage. .....

(CBS/AP) - Police continue searching for a little girl seen being abused in a pornographic videotape, as well as an adult man seen in the videotape, while the man who claimed to have found the tape in the Nevada desert could face charges himself.

The little girl is about 4 or 5 years old.

Darren Tuck, 26, turned over that video to detectives back in early September. At the time, he told detectives he merely found the videotape in the desert while riding his dirt bike.

"He is driving around in the desert. He sees it. He's curious. He picks it up, takes it home, plugs it in, take a few minutes to realize it is what he feared it was - horrible acts being done on a child," attorney Harry Kuehn told Melissa Duran of CBS affiliate KLAS-TV.

Investigators have doubts about that story.

"A reasonable person doesn't hold onto this for five months," Detective David Boruchowitz said. "To me, as a human being and as a father, that is unacceptable and I don't buy it."

Kuehn says Tuck may even have helped in possibly saving the little girl's life.

"That was not his goal, because if that was his goal, he wouldn't have held onto that for five months. And until somebody provides me a reasonable explanation as to why he possibly left this girl in danger, until then, I don't buy it. Unacceptable all around," Boruchowitz told KLAS. .....

There are Big breaks Thursday in the case of two girls seen on a child sex tape. Police have identified one of the girls. News 3's Collette Wieland is following this story for us.

The Nye County Sheriff's Department found the older girl seen on the tape. The young brunette female also seen on the tape told investigators she was not abused by the man seen in the video, in fact she doesn't even know who he is or the identity of the little girl.

She is a Pahrump resident and that tells police that at least a portion of the tape was shot in southern Nevada. The focus still remains on finding the other girl.

"Someone out there is going to give us information that's going to lead us to who this young girl is so we can rescue her from the situation, and that's going to lead us to the suspect so we can bring him into the criminal justice system for prosecution," Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo told News 3. .....

I am struggling with finding the sheets...I have looked at so many sights and have yet to find a match. I guess I am going to go to E bay and maybe I can find them there. If I can get a brand, I can find them.

Also, if you look at the one photo, it looks like there is a square thingy outside the window, almost like the bottom of a screen door. I wonder if this is on of those motels that you rent by the week or month. That would account for the smallness, also would account for him having his own sheets on the bed.

Hence it being bunched up.

Officers said that thanks to the media coverage, they have had several breaks in the case, including the identity of a second, older girl featured in another scene of the tape.

Darren Tuck, the man who turned the tape over to authorities, is expected to undergo a polygraph test Friday. Police would not confirm that the new information has anything to do with Tuck.

The dust ruffle tells me that an adult woman slept in that bed. Most bachelor's will not take the time to make sure there is a dust ruffle on the bed, especially one with no frame. Maybe he is at the home of the child's mother? IMO

I know that if he was going to be taking footage often, he may take the time to put on a ruffle and tuck to hide the box spring....IMHO. I also don't see any hints of a toy anywhere, that bugs me, where there is even the poorest of children you will see a toy or two. The room looks rather un lived in actually. If you look on the entertainment stand, you will see other VHS's and they could very well be his other child porn tapes.

Also, the television appears to be smudged as a child will touch the screen. Look close at it, its dirty and you can almost see the finger smudge area. Could be a family member with a no tell motel rented for his porn making. Just a thought.....

IMO, these look like they were taken in someone's home, not a motel room. Since the video was supposedly found in the desert, it could have been taken in any of the surrounding states and 'left' there or thrown from a vehicle.

We are all aware of the horrific case of a 5 year old girl who was being raped by this man when this picture was being taken. This is the face of evil. Chester Stiles, 34, was being called a "person of interest" in the search for a girl with haunting eyes who authorities believe was four or five years old when she was raped and sexually assaulted in the video, Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo said.

The girl is called "Madison" on the tape, and it is "possible" that the man shown in it is Stiles, DeMeo said.

Stiles, whose last known address was Las Vegas, also was wanted on unrelated state and federal warrants on charges of sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under 14 years of age, the sheriff said.

"We know he has those warrants," DeMeo told The Associated Press by telephone from Pahrump, a rural town 100 kilometres from Las Vegas. "For us, he is a person of interest. We want to talk with Mr. Stiles about the identity of the female victim."

Investigators believe the tape was shot sometime since January 2005.

The Associated Press generally does not identify or release photos of suspected victims of sexual abuse but is doing so in this case in the interest of the girl's safe recovery.

I agree, they look very similar, especially the lips and eyes. That's pretty eerie considering what Moms4Justice found which may very well link the perp and the victim as father & daughter. In the photo's of Stiles they are providing I definately see the resemblance, however he would have had to have aged some and gained some weight. Also, do the ears throw anyone off, the perp in the video's ears don't seem so "out". I could be wrong, I am sure the police got to see the ears on both sides of his head and would have eliminated Stiles if the ears were against the head of the perp in the video right?

Still searching for the blooming sheets. Also if you look closely at the walls of the room, they appear to be wallpapered and not white paint, its the type wall paper you can wipe off a bit, has a gloss to it with barely visible swirls, zoom in people, tell me what you think. I agree Mishell although until more information is released I'm just going to sit tight - not that I'm a patient person or anything but this mom may not have been aware of what was going on particularly if there were a matter of days or even upwards to 10 hours or more in between the molestation and when Madison was returned to her mother. This child was obviously numb to this from the photo's taken and may not have acted any differently when she returned home. There's still so much more to learn about what went on. IMO

I know that if he was going to be taking footage often, he may take the time to put on a ruffle and tuck to hide the box spring....IMHO. I also don't see any hints of a toy anywhere, that bugs me, where there is even the poorest of children you will see a toy or two. The room looks rather un lived in actually. If you look on the entertainment stand, you will see other VHS's and they could very well be his other child porn tapes.

Also, the television appears to be smudged as a child will touch the screen. Look close at it, its dirty and you can almost see the finger smudge area. Could be a family member with a no tell motel rented for his porn making. Just a thought.....

This is hard to talk about....but if the tape was made for sale....it is possible that it was recorded in a make shift `studio` as you would imagine for many types of porn. Not that this helps identify the place or `room`, but it might be more common than we think, this kiddy porn?? So there might be a studio that was used to make this and other tapes as well. Meaning the bed is just a prop. not a real bed?

It was just reported on my local affiliate that the little girl has been found and safe with family members. But now comes a lot of questions. Where is the girl's parents? The teeth (overbite), neck, hairline, chin/ jaw, lips are exact ringers imo. Even the ears are still promonent enough to be the same. If anything, (cant tell due to photo clarity) it is possible that the ears have been pinned back, either surgically or just with tape. And the perp. has definately put on weight since his other photo. But you can see its the same person, even the height (length of neck) is consistant.

I definitely think its him, only he's 3-4 years older. Alot can change physically in a person in 3-4 years period of time, weight gain etc... IMO.

The drugging part is something I never considered or thought about. I'm glad you brought that up - its certainly something worth considering when we look at pictures of the victims (any victim for that matter).

Should all photo's of this young girl be deleted from Crimelibrary? It appears the AP is deleting photos in order to protect her identity....

The Associated Press is no longer identifying or releasing photos of the girl because she is a suspected victim of sexual abuse. It did so earlier in the interest of the girl's safe recovery.

I think its probably a good idea to delete photo's although the media and Crimelibrary should keep in mind there are those who've "saved as" the photo's and will use them to their advantage. We should also keep in mind when doing a search, her photo's will most likely end up in cache. I guess thats up to the administrator here to decide whether or not to delete the photo's of this victim.

I still don't understand how the mother couldn't have noticed.... I understand the possibility of not recognizing the signs of molestation but, RAPE.... I'm just don't know about the mothers story of not noticing anything. If there was no obvious bleeding when the girl came home or was around her mom then (I'm so sorry to be graphic) , what about noticable trauma ? She was still at the age that the mother would have been bathing her.... and I know theres the possibility that the girl was warned not to tell the mother about anything so, I understand somewhat if the girl never complained of pain or irritation but, I still wonder if the girl ever did complain to her mother about these things.

I've never been in this situation so, I don't know how conspicuous or inconspicuous these things can be. And I'm not trying to condemn the mother but, I do hope that their making absolute sure that little Madison is safe. This little girl really needs safety and security and I pray that she gets counseling and can heal from this horrendous assault.

I agree the mother's story will have to be checked out, but I don't believe the police would have left her in a bad situatiion last night. I think that what ever the story was, it was believable and they felt the child was healthy and safe. I am very happy to hear that.....

I agree we needs stronger laws to protect our children, not only in sexual abuse cases but in all cases, somehow we are not holding perp's as accountable when the crimes are against kids as we do when the crimes are against adults. I believe it should be the opposite, I believe crimes against children and the elderly should be held even more accountable as they are the weaker and the innocent. I also believe we need to enhance the laws against animal abuse. I am always for the weak/underdog.

I think we should respect this little girls privacy and take her photo down now, the police have repeatedly requested that anyone that has posted her photo, take it down now and let her have peace, so please take it down for Madison's sake. I went and undid her photo from everywhere I posted it already, however I am going to continue to put the POS photo up, as his assx needs found. Sadly, there are hundreds of Chester Stiles out there, abusing children as I type, we need to be more diligent and not afraid to call police if we see something, if we are wrong, they will sort it out. Not just the change in personality, but wouldn't there be obvious signs of abuse? Bleeding? Bruising? Contusions? Did this go unreported? I tentatively have this mother down for failure to protect, child endangerment and gross negligence, and am concerned that there is much more to this story.

Detective Dave Boruchowitz said both the girl and mother cried as they talked. He says the sexual assault happened in Las Vegas.

I've just been sick for days about this case. I have a five year old daughter, and I guess watching NG and that child's face, I think it will haunt me for a while, it just hurts my heart to think of what that child endured.

I too believe that I would know if my daughter had been raped. I'm very protective of her and I can tell by her facial expressions what's going on with her, not to mention the physical symptoms that had to be present.

I don't think detectives are going to take the mother's word for this, I just can't believe they would leave any stone unturned.

I too am suspicious about whether the mother knew of this abuse and for an as yet unnamed reason which partly has to do with a posted clue. However I should point out that I did find a much much older chester stiles listed on the internet who had been in the service many years ago so we can't assume all messages left for stiles are looking for the perp instead of the much older older guy.

I sort of wonder if the child had been rented out to others in the past which would also account for the lack of response spoken of by those who saw the tape. I suppose in time we will know the answers to those and other questions and for now we need to see the main suspect and his sidekick rounded up by L.E.

I do not blame the Sheriff for releasing the tape of the little girl, he honesty thought this poor angel was in jeopardy and being raped as he spoke. As far as re-victimizing her, it was a risk he took, but who knew for sure like he said ,when was the tape made? Where was it made? Who is the POS raping her?? It was a risky move and thank God the child is alive. As for the mother, I have some big questions there. She never saw her child naked to see for sure had to be injuries to her vaginal area, bloody underwear? I agree with you! How does a child come home after this video without any signs of abuse, i.e., bleeding, emotional trauma -- 3 years old!!! 3 year old children only know Disney, Santa and the Easter Bunny!

This case puzzles me so much.

If the mother truly didn't know about her daughter's sexual assault by Stiles, then she must not have been in full custody of the child following the little girl's first sexual assault. While she appears to have learned to deal with this abuse from her flat and lifeless expression, there was a point when she was first assaulted that she must have exhibited physical and emotional signs & symptoms. What I want to know is, where was the mom at that point of her life? If she truly was unaware, then it must be either by forced ignorance or failure to protect the child by allowing her in the situation in the first place. I cannot fathom how she would truly be innocent in this case, because there's no other way to explain Stiles having complete and unfettered access to the girl, and the girl's demonstrated ability to cope with the atrocious abuse.

I also want to know how the video was recorded, and whether the images were absolutely still or whether there was movement ( i.e., could Chester have put up the camera to record it while alone with the girl, or was someone else there holding the camera while taping?)

Mr. Tuck appears the same general age and same general quality of character as Mr. Stiles - I'm starting to truly question his involvement in this case. No one is disputing he held onto the tape for 5 months, and that fact alone tells you something flat out about this guy's character. If he showed it to others, as is alleged, still without reporting it, one would assume it's because he found it in some way of value (entertaining, or what have you). Put that with the fact that how he obtained the tape in the first place is in question, and you have someone who appears to be involved in the creation of the tape in some way.

Finally, I want to know what this little girl appears to know or remember about the incident. By all accounts she appears outwardly happy and looks like a normal 7 year old (which I believe is what the Det. intended by his comments, and not that she is normal) and I read that the girl appeared unaware of the assault just like her mom. I read at one point, though, that both the mother and the daughter were crying while being questioned. If that account were true, then why was the daughter crying? If completely unaware, I can't imagine any professional TELLING the girl, this early in the game and not in conjunction with therapy, that she was sexually assaulted. I would presume the crying was based on her recollection - which makes you ponder. While I know this is truly traumatic and might therefor be a surviving memory despite her youngness as recorded in the tape, most people don't remember events from 3 years old. Makes me guess that this went on for a longer period of time, thereby calling into question the mom's lack of knowledge. Again, if she didn't participate I find it hard to say she didn't know. At best, this woman saw signs yet intentionally ignored them in an extreme case of failing to protect her daughter.

Where was the child left when the mom worked or went out on a date or with friends?
Who was babysitting the 3 yr. old child?
Was the mom living with a man/ or dating a guy that was friends with this dirt bag?
WHY was a 3 yr. old girl left alone with a 37 yr.old friend of a friend?
How many times, hours, days, over night or for the weekends?
How old was the mother?
Did the mother have any drug problems?

I see many reasons the mother would have been crying when the Detective confronted her!....JMO

So now she's been found THANK GOD! Her Mother says they don't know anything about the rape - why did she look like this was routine for her? Then I saw on the news - the woman who said the family knew Stiles through her and then said OMG "those are my sheets - they look like my sheets" then she takes it back and says "or my friend's sheets"

I glad she's been found and they say she's a normal happy 7 year old child. I pray that's the case and she can go on with her life and get whatever help she needs to deal with the abuse, and now the media attention. I hope they leave her alone and let the process take place quietly for her sake.

I totally agree that the investigators didn't suggest the abuse to the girl, which was my point: what would make her cry then, but not for the recollection herself? While it is a possibility that she was crying because the mother was upset, it seems more likely to me that it would be from her own memories. In that case, it makes the mom's "not knowing" even less likely.

What do you think about that friend, either? Who claims on TV, "oh my God, I know those sheets!" Sounds to me like she's trying to use this national attention to her own benefit - now she's involved & media outlets will contact her. :no:

She has kids of her own, for goodness sakes. She should be concerned about whether Chester touched them or did anything to them, not whether the sheets are hers or whether the molesting happened in her own bed (which I saw quoted in an article this morning). Why doesn't she worry about her own kids, given the fact that her long standing boyfriend has just been outed as a pedophile to the world? And for that matter, how about why she let this guy in her home in the first place, when she has kids of her own and he already is a registered sex offender? If involved with him for 10 years as she indicated, then she knew of his sex offender status and the fact that he had touched a six year old inappropriately and repeatedly and a warrant was out for him based on that.

While that is an obvious question, I just realized now that he was already a registered sex offender and the case with the 6 year old girl had not yet been concluded (meaning that's not the offense that made him register, as you aren't a registered sex offender until sentenced in a sex abuse case).

Am I getting the Allen women confused? Because this sounds to me like the ex not only had reason to know of other allegations, but in fact did have knowledge! She was an enabler by believing his junk & continuing to put her own kids at risk by calling the allegations false . . .

Also Monday, Stiles' former girlfriend told CNN she believes she put him in contact with the girl.

Tina Allen said she is "disgusted" and "mortified" at her role in bringing them together. .....

Allen said she and Stiles had been in an on-again, off-again relationship for 10 years and that he was good with her children.

Allen took Stiles to a crowded apartment where her son and daughter lived. Also living in the apartment were a family friend and her 3-year-old daughter, who allegedly was victimized by Stiles.

I am not a parent but I have god-children and I think I would have known if one of them had been sexually abused and here is this mother saying now she had no clue? You don't bathe your baby? You can't tell me this child did not suffer trauma down there from being raped by an adult! This has absolutely made me sick to my stomach. I have a 3 yr old daughter and I guarantee you I would know if she had been abused. I still bathe her and dress her. She is still a baby. That child wouldn't have been able to do all this herself. The mother would have to have noticed. My child lets me know about the smallest of "ouchies". Babies tend to do that when they are just 3. They don't know how to keep a secret. IMO!!

For the little girl's sake I hope she is SAFE!

I took it from the following quoted article. They must of showed her pictures to see if she recognized the setting.

Sheriff DeMeo said, "The mother was not aware of anything that went on with this young girl."

Detective Dave Boruchowitz said both the girl and mother cried as they talked. He says the sexual assault happened in Las Vegas.

"In fact, the mother actually recognized the furniture, recognized the TV," Sheriff DeMeo continued.

I read the article .. thank you for the link .. The lawyer says in that article:

"The lawyer said neither he nor the mother has watched the videotape."

Reading that, I'm thinking that they must have only seen 'still photo's' taken from the tape, i.e. not the actual video tape.
