Hi
I ended up on this site in an effort to make sense of the crazy situation in my own country. We loose thousands of innocent people due to violent crime in South Africa, statistically MORE than in any armed conflict [war] in one year than anywhere else in the world.
No I do not walk around in a flak jacket with a rifle swinging at my hip, but my house resembles a jail [burglar proofing] and I am crime concience ALL the time. I noticed that SA is pretty well covered by this site, which does not surprise me at all.
Besides that, do I love my country and would not trade it for nothing.
Thank you for this awsome site, shocking as the contents may be, and the awareness you created here. One tend to appreciate life more once you learn of the misfortune of others.
