This is very sad. To attack an elderly man is so cowardly, there are no words for how low this act is. imo.

I agree Sharon. It seems it is the weak and vulnerable that are losing their lives to these brutes who are actually cowards. Who in the world would beat a poor old man to death?
Such senseless things are happening. It leaves me bewildered and worried where our country is headed.

I can think of a lot of human beings who would gladly do this to a former D.A. and you don't even have to mention he is also a judge. That kind of power has a price, my guess is some of those human beings on D-Block don't forget so easily.

The `human beings` you mention are not the victims of this judge thus giving him his deserved payback. They are criminals who need to be seperated from society to protect innocent human beings including women and children. What price do you think a judge has to pay to protect our society? This judge probably enabled descent people to live in a safer world and I think his murder was very cowardly. imo

Good Morning Sharon
I agree. Just another sicko. Wasn't this elderly Judge a Records Judge? I am not sure exactly what that entails. Records on parole/probation cases? Or keeping records concerning family court issues, maybe? Doesn't seem to be a criminal trial Judge so I have no idea who would want to do this to this man.
Whomever it was shows once again the dregs of our society preys upon the law abiding citizens.
What a horrible way for his life to end after all he had given to his community for so many years.:rose:
