the same eight missing children listed on the code amber web page listed as "current missing alerts" remain missing (bryan dossantos gomes, edwin sanchez gonzales*, danielle jiminez*, reachelle smith, jesus martinez alvarado*, and laura and jonathan arciniega*). several of the eight listed names still do not appear on the ncmec web site, when a search is initiated. there's still well over one-hundred-thousand missing persons in the united states (recorded as missing on the ncic files). two zip-code size books would be needed to print the photo id flyer display of every missing person in this country (twenty photos on the front and back of each page). the book should be divided into sections: endangered missing children - stranger abduction (missing five years or less, also missing six years or more), endangered missing adults (again five years or less, six and more), non-custodial parental abductions, run-always, unsolved amber alert cases, (other suggestions). every post office in the country should have a copy in the '24/7' "box" lobby section of the post office (on display for the general public). in the workroom floor area of the post office current amber alert flyers and the monthly printing of the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM, "POSTAL BULLETIN NOTICES", should be on display so the postal carriers can view them before and after their routes. this describes the original intent of one of the federal programs that was created, on advice from the federal committees assigned to conduct federal studies about the growing Missing Children reports being filed nationally. the instructions written to describe the level of management needed so the program functions at the level of efficiency it's intended, so it accomplishes the goal of reducing the number of missing children reports, are very specific. the federal studies (which led to the federal programs and federal laws) were done during the 1980's and 90's. so, why aren't these annual funded national laws and programs being managed the way they were intended?

does anyone know if there's a forum or web page with a daily update about Madeleine McCann?
