If it makes you feel better, I have TMJ, I wear a night guard at night when I sleep it worked wonders! :confused:

Look at it this way, hopefully it is TMJ because any of that other stuff sonds scary!! :chicken: Hope you feel batter!

Where did you get your night guard? I use a One-Size fits all from TotalGard and it feels great. I do not have to worry about cracking or breaking (not molded/boiled to the teeth). :patriot:
