you are supposed to leave the meds and mantra at home or you will not get through customs. if you have been taking the meds as I had prescribed you would not still be doing mantras and locking Susie up not to mention making her a zombie. I wish just once you would listen to me.

He just had a vacation in England and part of it was walking the Jack the Ripper scenes. WE have a standing joke that he say a doctor murdered Black Dahlia and not a doctor was Jack the Ripper. I of course feel the opposite way. so he gets into this mantra of BD a doctor did it. I make him take internet tranqs to make him stop. Aren't you glad you asked and go to hear this story???????

He fell into this mantra of say "a dcotor did it" with black dahlia. and I do not think a dr did it necessarily. and He is very convinced that a doctor did not do jack the ripper. so the way he tried to take over was to keep the mantra "a doctor did it". I promised him some meds (tranquilizers) to make him quit but I doubt he is doing well on website drugs but maybe he does not know that yet. I hope you understand this and if you do not let me know..........sara

I grew up in LaCrosse, and the only people who say there is no serial killer are the local media and tha police. There just has to be one, there are too many tragedies that havent happened for these to all be accidents.
1) Why have hasn't any women been found in the river? College aged girls drink excessively too.
2) Why aren't people being found on the ice when its frozen?
3) Why are there smiley faces drawn into the dirt nearby all of the bodies? This is a fact.
My city does have a huge problem with alcohol, but there isnt a wide demographic range of victims to just write this all off. The sadder part is, most people in town believe that a (now) retired police investigator is the killer. He ticketed one of the men minutes before his time of death.
The city understanbly wants to not be known for its stranger-than-fiction criminals. LaCrosse is the childhood home of Ed Gein, and more recently a man kept his mother's corspe in his freezer for her social security. There's definitely more to the darker side of the city, but if there isn't a serial, and these boys are all just finding the same sad fate, LaCrosse has a lot more unsolved murders. It's just not the detective's forte.

I paid $125 for a 10 pound turkey that was raised as nature intended because of the inhumane treatment of Turkeys at the Butterball turkey factories. And you are right, Lady, it was much too gamey for my taste. I used a Gourmet Gravy to cover the taste.

Oh Eileen grief never ends. I lost my friend,mom,dad.fiance and a brother i was very close too.An anniversary never goesbyme of birth,death or any other date and I am always very sad I have no idea how to make them any better for you because I know you have Halloween,Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year coming up.there is absolutely no wrong or right to get through this. what I do is spend holidays with as much family as I can and participate with food or whatever. the next thing I do is bring up deceased family members and recall good time and fun with them. that usually lightens things up..........pills do help but I still hate the winter.........love sara

Hahaha that is too funny about the koala's dirty bums!!! My oldest brother was in Brisbane Australia a few years back, on a two year church mission. He said the koalas are cute, but kinda mean. He also said that kangaroos are VERY abundant there, sort of like stray cats here in America. My mom lives in St. George Utah, and one day, a Road Runner came in her back yard. I was like you. I didn't think they actually existed!!! Kind of weird looking suckers, too. I am glad to know you are not really sick after all!!! Where else have you traveled to in this world? Out of all of your travels, what would you say was your fave? :biggrin:

You have to go out bush to find roos in the wild. Don't hang around cities. Dusk and dawn when you're driving in the country are the worst time. That's when they're really hard to see. Never forget one trip driving through western QLD up to Mt Isa to visit some relatives. We came through Cloncurry just as dusk started and it was spot the roo time. People have been killed when they've hit roos. You don't have a bull bar and the roo comes through the windscreen. Splat, both you and the roo.

I've been to pretty much the usual tourist haunts that everyone else goes to. Lots of places I haven't been. Lots of faves but I'll share some of the most exotic for me. Standing on top of Masada in Israel, looking at the ramp still there built by the Romans. Sitting on a wall in the jungle at Chichen Itza in the Yucatan, looking at the ruins. Watching the sun set over the Nile at the Valley of the Kings.

JB the valley of the kings was for me a very exciting and thrilling experience as its was a trip of a lifetime, the nile and seeing the famous tombs of the crocodiles in komombo and visiting in aswan the hotel where the movie "death on the nile" was filmed was amazing for me to sit on the terrace and drink a cold beer and in the far distance in could see the tomb where the agha khan and his french wife were buried in the far distance in the dessert or what about the camel journey through the desert to see the famous tribes who still live in same conditions as thousands of years ago?... i also enjoyed southern india Goa, sitting and seeing dawn break through as i sat on the beach with the smell of spices and feeling at peace north india the Taj mahal was breathtaking but agra was a filthy dissapointment.
Hows about walking through the botanical gardens of capetown south africa as well as going to see the stinky :D penguins and and showing my daughter how we really have penguins in southern africa .... thank you for sharing i have oodles of my travel experiences to share and most likelly be back later on to share. :seeya:

A couple of years ago, at the BYU museum in Provo Utah, they had the Masada ruins on tour. The whole story of what happened is incredible on it's own. I don't know if I would have opted to kill myself, or to be taken prisoner by the Romans. I probably would have been like that one family that I think survived. I remember at the museum, they had food they found, as well as a woman's hair from her skull (however you want to put it). They also had pillars that came from King Herod's place he built there. He was an awful man, but he was a heck of an architect of his time. They also had the original scrolls of Isaiah there, as well as the other scrolls that were found in some clay jars in a cave. It was awesome. They also had Roman coins, and armlets, and anklets they found at the Masada site, where the Roman's camped. Going to the Holy Land is something I have always wanted to do. Did you see Golgatha (sp) or the garden tomb? I hava had friends that went, that have said that seeing that, and the ancient olive trees was pretty earth moving. I am glad you got to see what you got to see!!! YOu are one lucky man, to have done all of that. Thanks for sharing your experiences!!!:beer:

Hola Seashell. Egypt is pretty amazing. I haven't been back since tourists were murdered outside the Cairo Museum and Hatshepsut's tomb and that's a long time ago.

When I 1st went into Tut's tomb he was still in there. I had the most brilliant day I mean it was a day to remember. I went back to my hotel on the other side of the Nile and I watched the sun set. Over the Valley of the Kings.

Amazing. I'm here in London and this is amazing.

Something that is on my bucket list before I die, is to see Khufu's pyramid. I am just awed that it is the oldest structure known on earth, and the only original seven wonders of the world that still exist!!! I also would like to see the Valley of the Kings, Abu Simbel, Luxor at Karnack, etc, and Cairo's museum. To gaze upon the gargantuon statues of Ramses would be magnificent. He was totally full of himself, but was also Egypt's longest ruling Pharaoh. My aunt went to Egypt, and said that on the tour she took, that they really rushed them along, and that she really didn't get to see everything that she was hoping to see. Is that how it was when you went? If I ever go, I would want to take my time, and to really feel the experience of it, and make the money I spent on the trip worth while. Hopefully that is an option as a tourist!!!:)

Supe, I've been through Egypt twice. 2nd time I did the Agatha Christie and went on a cruise down the Nile. No murders or Poirot but sitting under the awning watching the world go by and talking to people from all parts of the world with the occasional stop off to see the next temple was a pretty fair way to travel. My 1st trip I took the Orient Express out of Cairo. That was interesting. I played Louise in "Murder on the Nile". Does that count as a trip down the Nile! Actually, I got shot on stage.

Jeeves has been working his bum off setting up rooms for all our fine new folks. He even ignored my request for a stiff drink yesterday. . . I'm STILL waiting for one LOL. I did notice that he has set up afternoon tea in the garden. . .

Supe, I've been through Egypt twice. 2nd time I did the Agatha Christie and went on a cruise down the Nile. No murders or Poirot but sitting under the awning watching the world go by and talking to people from all parts of the world with the occasional stop off to see the next temple was a pretty fair way to travel. My 1st trip I took the Orient Express out of Cairo. That was interesting.
