Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this. I'm writing a research project on screen violence and children, and have been trying to find up to date statistics on the amount of violence now being shown, violence by children reported as being linked to screen violence etc. I havn't had much luck yet so was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or information. Thanks

Have you gone to the Dept of Justice site?

Also, if you are a current student, you should be able to get into the Ebsco and Sage online electronic databases. They are a pain to go through, but the information there is outstanding.

Great luck on your project!

Here's another Google search link to various sites on the subject, using key words: "statistics media violence effect on children"
