Theres a good discussion happening here about the Judge's latest ruling. Come leave a thought. http://outeasy.wordpress.com/2007/03/14/my-dog-ii-or-the-son-of-a-*****/
Well, on one hand, I'm glad that it would help with the civil judgement, but I certainly wouldn't want to read it. I think OJ is a despicable person and the book was his not-so-subtle way of laughing in the faces of his victims' loved ones. :flamemad:

Maybe his son Jason Lamar Simpson did it.
Imagine the ordeal OJ has been through if he is an innocent man trying to cover for his son?
Surely the book (written by a ghostwriter) is just his way of making enough money to survive now that his life is ruined over something he didn't do.
Sure he was there after the murders and could have told the police about his son. But some people have strong family loyalties.

Hi Chickenhouse,
OJ puts himself in these predicaments. He should NEVER make light of the murders. He is the father of two children who lost their mother. Whether he is the killer or not he should NEVER make it harder than it has to be for his own children. He thinks of himself before them. That's why I do not believe he would "cover" for Jason.
But, if he is "covering" for Jason, then he chose that. Whatever comes his way is his choice.

Greetings everybody. There is a new post on one of my sites today; "If I Did It." Don't salivate, it's a spoof on the book. I'm overdue in getting the rest of the real OJ story to you ("My Dog") due to some legal issues which look like will be resolved this week. Anyhow, if you have time, and need a chuckle (I hope) go here: http://anemicroyalty.wordpress.com/2007/04/08/if-i-did-it/

Enough money to survive? I'd love to live on the pension he brings in.
Dear's theories on Jason being the killer are crap, but he does great research on the facts of Jason's nutcase of a personality. Personally, I think he's the way he is because of OJ and I feel sorry for the guy. Imagine the ill will you must harbor toward your dad in order to bash his statue with a baseball bat!
I recall his depo in the civil trial. He clearly battles with inner demons regarding what I believe to be a love/hate realtionship with OJ. On one hand I believe that he wanted to see his father win the case because he does love him, and on the other I believe that he loved Nicole and wanted her killer to be punished even if that was his dad.
I bet it was a relief for him to have the world see that OJ has never been the great guy that the world once thought he was.

I went back and started reading Jason's civil deposition -- I just don't see the 'nut' that everyone is talking about. He seems to have been a young man with a celebrity dad and a lifestyle that most of us cannot imagine.

The nutcase doesn't come out in his depostion, it's more reflected in things such as the fact that he was arrested for attacking his girlfriend and chopping off her hair and other things of that nature.

Gee, I wonder where he came up with the idea that it was ok to abuse women?

Jasons problems are more clearly laid out in Mr Dears book. For those that are interested.

You've already touted that book multiple times. I seriously doubt that anyone takes that book seriously, other than those that wish to buy into a false version of the murders in which Orenthal isn't the killler.

Thanks for sharing your info. I am now back to my original question: If the book deal was between HC/News Corp/Regan and LBA, how did orenthal get his hands on the money?

You have been give the answer by at least two posters yet you ask the same question. The contract tells how oj was paid, like it or not.
do your own research.

if you read the contract you will see that there was a third party CA company involved in the contract. maby someone should point this out to you.
At any rate the contract outlined payments to be made to Mr Simpson and that the book rights would go to LBA who was to receive royalties from the sales of the book. So i am not sure why you continue to ask this same question of how OJ got paid.

do a little work and you can find the contract. OJ was to be paid in increments of $95,000.00 at various stages and $400,000 for the fox tv interview(which i am not sure he has received) the third party CA agent was involved in the distribution of the funds/rights from Regan Books/HC.

In case you are still lost on this issue, TMP was the CA third party,oj agent, involved in the contract and oj Simpson signed exhibit A.

i have no idea as to what you mean by 'LEFTOVERS' Oj was to receives cash advances, LBA was to receive the rights to the book and specified royalties from book sales as a matter in fact HC registered the copyright with the u.s. copyright office in the name of LBA. Not exactly a sham operaiton, at least
HC did not thingk so.

The title said OJ Simpson Bankrupts Children and he still didn't get it nor does he care. It's all about OJ to him ~ not his Kids or anyone else. He obviously does not have any children himself so that's why he doesn't care! All IMO!

"Maby" someone needs to tell you that Weezer doesn't care what you have to say! As do some of the rest of us. So save your diatribes re: your hero and idol OJ Simpson! We're not interested ~ period!
You posted no less than 4 posts to her? I think that you have a problem that you should address!

Hi Tazzy,
Good to see you again. The theories just keep coming. I cannot understand how anyone could think Jason did the murders, it was simpson's blood, etc at the crime scene no one elses.
