"Witnesses say they saw Robert Utech shot at several cats around the small town of West Concord. Some said he was even using a night scope and baiting the animals with cat food."

OMG--that is just sickening!!

What a twisted, perverted----I can't think of a word bad enough to describe someone who would do such a thing!!!

This cop belongs in prison--and hopefully for a long, long time!! :flamemad:
