I realize the case is pending appeal now, but wondered if anyone would like to add any comments about your observations of the trial. I stand by McCowen's innocence.:confused:

I have not heard about this case. Where did you find it ?And I would sure like to comment on it. Once I read it I would be open for discussion.

I followed this trial on the courttv website.
Hmmmm...as far as his guilt...I'm on the fence with one leg on the guilty side.

Omg that line brought tears to my eyes.

I don't know if I believe he is innocent only because his DNA was found at the scene, and he may have possibly volunteered for the DNA sample out of guilt?

I know...just the thought of that precious little girl trying to help her mother on the floor is heartbreaking.
