An RDI with an alternative IDI theory

I am an RDI but if I was an IDI this is the only theory I can think of to fit the evidence.

John had a lover who was into S&M, he liked her to whip him and they sometimes used EA. She became obsessed with him and felt like he wasn’t compensating her enough. She started to get jealous of his wife and kids. She wanted more time or more money. Maybe she had the goods on him about something.

He started to distance himself from her and she became angrier. Christmas is a family holiday this triggered even more rage in her. During one of their overnight trysts John left his keys lying around and she had a copy made. When he stopped responding to her calls she decided to get back at him.

While the Ramseys were at the Whites house she snuck into the house with her key. She first went in with the idea of killing John or his wife. She hid somewhere in the house until she heard them go to sleep. She probably knew John took sleeping aids and maybe Patsy too. If they were drinking the effects could be even stronger. Since it was freezing cold out she kept her coat on for easier exit, she also had on gloves.

Jonbenet woke up hungry and wet, she cleaned herself in the bathroom using a washcloth and put on clean XL undies. It was cold so she wrapped her blanket around herself to go downstairs for a snack, with it came the nightie that was also in her bed. She saw the bowl of pineapples that her mom forgot to put away after Patsy gave a piece to Burke earlier. She sat down and ate a small piece. Then went into the living room to watch some TV. Meanwhile the mistress lurked in another room, at first she thought about kidnapping her, she grabbed the pen and paper nearby. She decided to write the note with some hidden nuances that John would recognize. Jonbenet fell asleep on the floor wrapped in her blanket by the TV. The mistress finished her letter as JB slept. She had prepared the flashlight earlier and had it in her hand. As she approached JB she realized it was too risky to try and get her outside, so instead she quietly walked next to her and slammed her hard over her head with the flashlight. JB was unconscious now so she dragged her down into the basement with her blanket. She saw the paintbrush and some rope left there for tying up the Christmas tree’s, and made a garrote, she tied it around JB’s neck, as she lay unconscious. She then decided to use the other broken paintbrush piece to defile her. She found a piece of duct tape that was used to hold Patsys brushes together and put it over JB's mouth. She drew a heart in JB’s hand to signal to John it was her. She left the note on the stairs and went out the same way she came in locking the door behind her.

"You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult"
She wanted him to know he wasn’t the only rich guy she could get and that she wasn’t afraid to kill.

A man who once worked for John long ago, but remembers how John looked at him & spoke to him- like he wasn't good enough- like he was beneath John in every way. John belittled him. He hated John. He had always been a pervert secretly. He enjoyed child porn & underground snuff films. He was a loner who had no friends, no close family, & no girlfriend/wife. He lived alone & had no previous criminal record. He had forgotten about John until he saw him & Patsy at one of JonBenets pageants. He frequented them for his own selfish pleasures. When he saw John, he tried to talk to him, but as always, John blew him off. This angered him & caused him to think of a revenge plan. He liked JonBenet. She was very special- a perverts fantasy come true. He decided he had to have her, & could kill 2 birds with one stone if he molested her- he would also harm John. He planned on 'having her' somehow. Christmas would be the best time because this would be his Christmas present to himself. He saw JB outside briefly, but too many people stirring about. He would wait. He saw them leave for the party, & knew they'de come back home eventually. He tried all of the doors. No alarm went off. He found one unlocked & entered the home. He felt fearless, & determined to follow through with his plan. He walked through the enormous house & saw all of their nice expensive stuff & elaborate Christmas decor & became more angry again. He really hated John more than ever now. He then thought of kidnapping JB, he had just seen 'Nick of Time' advertised to be shown on t.v. that evening. He was a movie buff & would borrow some quotes for his note. He saw the notepad & sharpie & wrote the note, after many practice attempts, he finally got it right. He disguised his handwriting & threw in many movie quotes. He directed the note towards John. He wanted JOHN to be scared & feel powerless for once in his life. Lots of threats to his beloved daughter. He hid, waited for the family to return & go to bed. When he felt it was safe, he went to JB's room & stunned her with his stun gun. She never saw it coming. She was out. He carried her into the dark basement & committed the sex act on her. The garrott was for his own disturbed pleasure. He felt like he was in a film himself- it was great. He wanted to do a snuff film ending so he whacked her in the head with a baseball bat found nearby. (he would take it outside & leave it when he exited the house.) After he'd killed JB, he then lost interest in her. She would be no good to him now. Oh well, he accomplished what he set out to do- have the child beauty queen in the way that he wanted, & have revenge on John. He put her in the wine cellar. Her death was revenge enough- the kidnapping was no longer necessary. He figured the note would only add to John's anguish so he left it anyway. He exited the same way that he got in. He had a lot of luck on his side that night.

That actually would make perfect since, what you are describing (probably unknown to you) but common in psychology, is the fact that this intruder was suffering from acute "borderline personality disorder" much like the crazy woman in the movie "fatal attraction". You are describing a woman that is afraid that John will let her go, or already has, and she cannot stand to take the loss, so she starts to do things to systematically destroy him and his family. Could have possibly happened and its a good theory, I am also an RDI but that would be what I would think too, except for one thing, I dont believe that one person did all that. I definately believe the note was written by a female with all the female undertones and the feminine handwritting itself, but the whole staging the body thing looks "masculine" to me. Not to get into everything without writting a book (like I often do lol) I think that the crime was commited by two people. I dont think one person had the time or strength to complete all that was done to that little girl that night. But if an intruder did do it, (which i highly doubt) there was definately a female involved, and what better reason to do it then that whole jealousy thing, but come on now, Would you do all that for JR? Johns not really a handsome fella if you know what I mean:lol:

Not unknown at all. A BP would probably be more concerned with how that person would fit into their fantasy agenda and what roll they could play towards indulging them. If the BP is sadistic and the object of their delusions failed to meet their expectations I can imagine a psychotic response of super human strength. JMO.
