Although these two posters are on the opposite side of the fence than I am....I actually miss their posts....mimi and her pineapple ?s and Sun and her ever changing opinion on which R did it! If either of you are reading this, I actually miss you two! :)

I forgot about mimi, but I do often think about sunsplashed- our views were always very similar. I hope they both eventually come back!

Rosebud's been missing quite awhile, too. I hope they all check in soon so we'll know they're OK.

I think about Sun as well. We disagreed all of the time but respected each other's opinions. :)

And Holly sure disappeared quickly after stirring up all that -- um -- stuff.
But I really had to search for the board today. It seems to get moved further and further down the list all the time. Is that the way they normally do things here?
Sunsplashed and I email each other, but I haven't heard from her in awhile. I emailed her to let her know that all of you guys were worried about her, and wondered where she was. I will let you know when I hear back from her. I just hope that THIS thread doesn't get merged TOO!!

:lol: LOL Kinda creepy! That's FUNNY!!! Yeah, I don't know why they are merged. Other boards that I have been to, the threads go back FOREVER...well, not actually forever, but you get my point. They go back a long LONG way, theres pages and pages of them. But on the court boards, there always seems to be either one or, IF we are LUCKY, two pages of threads....and thats it. Because, they are being merged for some reason. It makes it really hard to navigate the boards...IMO Oh yeah...and I have noticed that some are NOWHERE to be found...they have totally disappeared.

Yeah..I believe she does..I know that she used to live there. One of her emails to me said that she was off to photograph the countryside...I don't know WHERE she was when she sent it to me, though. I didn't even think to ask her.

Thanks for responding, Ames. I've never seen threads handled this way. I like this board because there are great posters and different viewpoints...but, I sure don't like the disappearing threads...

I like this board for the same reason as you, Edna. I see no purpose in posting where everyone has the same point of view.
I just wish we could all agree to being a bit more polite to those with whom we disagree. I think that sort of thing just gets out of hand when someone new comes and sees the tone of the older posters (in terms of time here -- not age ;) They feel it is appropriate to take it to the next level and then -- well, you all know what I mean. Perhaps that is why some of our threads are now missing -- because they contained just one or two posts the mods thought offensive.

I was informed by the moderator that these posters were banned.......I admit that I don't completely understand all the decisions on CTV bannings...I know we are not to call each other horrible names or use too much profanity........I don't ever recall Sun or Mimi doing either though....I was concerned about Mimi, even though we strongly disagreed the majority of the time...she did mention her mother was ill....that's one of the reasons I was checking on them! :seeya:

You are welcome!!! I have never seen threads handled this way either. I wonder if they just don't have the room, so they either merge or delete them. I KNOW that I have seen TWO pages of threads on here before...so, I know that they at least have room for another page. I don't see why they like to merge and merge and merge...until theres only one page of threads. I get a little tired of trying to find the thread that I want to look at. It takes up WAY to much of my precious time....that I don't have alot of anyway. (I am not dying or anything...its just with two kids, and work...I just don't have the time to go searching for threads...:D )

You could be right about that Linda...but, I had one thread about JB's swingset that was for sell on Ebay, for 15,000.00, I included the link and everything. It even had PICTURES!! Anyway...it was deleted....and I posted a thread with recent pictures of Burke Ramsey..., and I can't find it, either. And in both of those threads...nothing offensive was written, because there wasn't alot of responses...just people viewing it...to look at the pictures. ANYWAY...they are both gone.

The JonBenet Forum was a complete mess. When posters simply start thread after thread it makes it VERY confusing for anyone new to the discussion to figure out where to post what.
