They tribe was made up of both Hindu and Muslims. Muslims are notorious for beheading enemies.

Does anyone here think the Barbie Gown was already in the wine seller because that's where it should be?

I'm confused. I thought we were talking about the Barbie nightgown and John's comment on it.
"I found the comment very strange.
We are discussing a murder in this forum. Don't try to assume what I think or that my "eyes are closed". Some might say the same of you. I am allowed to comment and ask questions, even though my view may differ from yours on who the murderer is. Your comments serve no purpose for a discussion in a forum. IMO
I think what Shill means is that your eyes are closed to anything that doesn't point to the R's guilt. I agree. I don't think Shill's are closed, as in reading his posts I see him questioning points made by both sides.

And I think Shill is bordering on insulting with almost every post s/he makes. His/her comments seem to me to be designed to provoke a a certain response from whoever is being addressed.
We could sit here all day and accuse each other of not having an open mind, but when you get right down to it, having an opinion, stating your opinion, and then debating it is not the same as not having an open mind.

Really? I don't see that. Shill is obviously IDI and does not seem open to any other theory besides that, as you claim I'm not.
I think other RDIs would agree that Shill is rude, insulting and makes little or no contribution to an at least semi friendly discussion in this forum. Of course, you IDIs will disagree....you always turn a blind "eye" towards this kind of conduct when it is "one of your own" doing it.

Shill, are you also 'The Shill' at a different JonBenet message board? I noticed that Shill joined here, & The Shill joined the other board on the exact same day. Coincidence??? I doubt it. So tell everyone on here about your alien abduction theory that you posted elsewhere. It's way out there!!! Or tell everyone here about your other theory too- the one involving the CIA. ;)

Whitewitch, I understand what you're saying about John's statement regarding the Barbie nightgown. It was a very odd way to say that. I know what you mean, & I agree.
Athena, Was there something specific that made you change from RDI to IDI?

Yes, TWW!, Shill can be rude. I called him on it when he insulted Harz. But he does make some good points.

TWB, You reek of a bias opinion.
God forbid anyone questions your opinion. You ask questions, but only accept answers you want to hear.
I stated the obvious about the Barbie Gown. John said what he said because it was true. I didn't say that meant he was guilty or not guilty, just that what he said was true and anyone would have said it if they new the crime scene.
If you think pointing out that you think it's unusual for John to say, "that shouldn't be there" is a contribution, then my replying it doesn't seem unusual should be considered a contribution.

Why would anyone speculate that an item "shouldn't be there" at a crime scene? Is there a standard list of items that are supposed to be at one?
You are quite the hypcrite too with your so-called "sarcastic" posts which also "reek" of a biased opinion. All of your "opinions" are IDI...as you have self-proclaimed yourself to be.
Since you haven't been around here very long, I don't think you are in the position to make judgements about me or what I say. Everyone asks questions and most don't accept answers unless it's what they want to hear. Maybe you should pay a little more attention.
Oh...and if I were you, I'd enroll in an anger management class or sign up for some serious couch time with a qualified professional. You appear to have some kind of emotional/personality disorder.

I've seen evidence of your "sarcasm". It seems to go over most peoples heads. People who are witless should not attempt to be witty.

This is one thing I wish you wouldn't do. Ames also has a habit of doing it. As an individual and in this case an IDI, I do not like to be lumped into a group. I am an individual who speaks for myself and at times will agree with other IDIs as well as agree with certain things that an RDI might suggest. I also do not participate in board wars and choose to ignore certain posts if it means I might engage in one unless a post is directly aimed at me.
There is not ONE person on this board that knows exactly what happened that night; there are no wrongs or rights in this case.
I respect everyone's opinion - and expect mine to be respected as well whether we agree or not. That is what debate is about.
One thing I'd like to suggest is the ignore button. It does work - I've used it and saves alot of grief. :) jmo

On another note....would an IDI please comment on why JR would say that "the barbie nightgown shouldn't be there"? It sounds like a freudian slip to me. To say "we don't understand the significance of her nightgown being there" or words to that effect is understandable but to state that it shouldn't have been there was almost like admitting you were there and you couldn't understand how it got there because you didn't PUT it there. IMO
Sounds like to me...he was confused as how the nightgown got there with the body, since he nor Patsy put it there when they placed her body in the basement. Guess neither one of them saw it when they took the blanket out of the dryer, and the gown was attached to it by static cling. (JUST MY OPINION)

The blanket in the suitcase was NOT JB's....and how do you know that the Dr. Suess book belonged to JB, and not one of her siblings? My 15 year old still has books that she had when she was little, that doesn't mean that they belong to my 5 year old, though. BTW....how much exactly, do you even know about the case? I would suggest you read up a little more on it, before you start slamming other people's opinion. IMO

HI..I haven't been on a few days...I was very shocked to read some of Shill's posts. I think that they are trying to be funny...but...are not accomplishing their mission....:D I cannot believe they called TWW a self centered witch...that is probably about the meanest thing that I have read on here in awhile...except when I cussed out a poster named Holly, on another thread.

Sticks and stones, Shill. I am sure you are familiar with that little nursery rhyme since I have a very strong feeling that it has not been long since you graduated from the diaper stage.
Your posts are juvenile and it isn't hard to guess your age range from them. If, by some chance you ARE older, I would have to think you have a case of arrested developement. Go blow up barbie dolls or something and let us adults try to have an intellegent discussion.
Linda...I hope your comment was not directed at me.

Hi...I believe that she was directing it at ME...for some reason. I haven't even been on this board for several days though. The only mean thing that I can remember saying was directed at Holly, because he (at least he SAID that he was a he), said some very hurtful things to me...and I did absolutely nothing to him. So, HE started it....Linda has been kinda mouthy to me lately...and I have NO idea why...I haven't done anything to her. And I believe that you are right about shill being juvenille...I read a post from another poster...that said that he/she had joined another Forum on another site..and used the same name...Shill..and that he/she was on there talking about being abducted by aliens. Sounds pretty juvenille to me....IMO

Yep, Ames, you are right. It was a response to your post right above that one. I've been kind of "mouthy" to you, eh? I gotta tell you, ever since I read your response to Holly I've lost respect for you. She may have started it, but frankly, your cussing was just wrong. As you said, I'm surprised you weren't banned.
In general I find the RDIs -- many of them at least -- to be rude to other posters on this board. I think that's the point Shill is trying to make and why he/she is using rudeness to point it up. I don't agree with him/her, but I see what he/she is doing.

Well, Holly's post was not directed at YOU, so of course you have no idea how that made me feel, unless you were in my shoes. Holly is a MAN, by the way...or at least He says he is. Not that it matters. I have NEVER EVER been mean to you in any shape or form. HE had NO right talking to me that way. I NEVER cuss...EVER. But, he just pushed my buttons. HE even wrote me a PM and said that he believed in freedom of speech...and thats why he didn't push to have me banned. IF my post didn't bother HIM, why are you letting it bother you...seeing as it wasn't directed at you. I try not to be rude to people, because I know that we all have different opinions, and I respect that. But, I am NOT going to just sit quietly by, and let him talk to me the way that he did....HE was the one that was wrong. I admit, I felt bad about cussing him..and I told him so. But, when I read what he said, my fingers just started flying over the keyboard and got ahead of my brain. I am sorry if I offended you...
