My name is Karren Kraemer,
I am sending this in hopes that someone will pick up on my missing persons case.
My daughter Becky Marie Marzo has been missing since 12/13/2003. we believe she is the victim of Domestic violence that led to her disappearance and death. I believe she was murdered by her live in boyfriend. He was the last person to see her alive. Please help me solve my daughters disappearance. If anyone has ideas on how I can get the suspect and his friends to come forward. I am losing hope and faith daily as all families of the missing do. We feel the loss daily without ever getting the opportunity to have closure. Please give me ideas and if anyone knows anything please contact me.:shrug:

You need a good reporter. There is a reporter that I think is very awesome that writes for Crime Library and his name is David Lohr. He is a tough reporter and will ask tough questions and he will report his findings on the boards. My advice contact him and ask for his help because you will be in good hands with him. Becky was last seen by two girlfriends walking into the duplex in the 3100 block of N. 5th St.
The three had been out at a local club, something Carl never liked Becky to do, said friend Kristina Randall.
"He didn't like Becky to go out without him," Randall said. "He always wanted to know what time she'd be home, who she was with, what she was doing at all times."
Randall said Carl rang Becky's cell phone several times that night, but Becky ignored it, until she finally turned it off.

Where in Florida did your daughter live when she was briefly here. I live in Florida and wonder if there would be any reason she might return to the state. Also, are there pictures of Becky online where people can look for them? A memorial site with information about her case? You'd be surprised how many people look through these sites and might be able to help.
Get a good reporter and google "Missing Children/Adults". There are many websites that will allow you to post your information to get it out there to the public, as well as pictures of your daughter.
Lastly you have my deepest sympathy. You are a brave woman and a good mother. I will keep your family in my thoughts, until Becky comes home. Peace. :rose:

This web page was made in honor of my brother, Carl Rodgers II the person you see pictured to the left. Carl passed on to the next life on 10/5/07 but not under the greatest circumstances. Carl was an accomplished race car driver that was racking up national numbers. He was nationally recognized for his racing and was well respected and loved in the racing community. This page was created to honor Carl and make public all of the injustices he suffered as a result of being falsely accused in the disappearance of a girl, even though at the time of her alleged disappearance they were no longer together. You can view him racing on u-tube by typing in his racing name “Quick Carl”. A few years back, my brother Carl was dating a girl named becky marzo. I did not know this girl very well and had only met her a few times. My brother was a very handsome man and his former wife is a very beautiful woman, as were many of his former girlfriends, so to me this new girl did not seem like his type. They seemed very comfortable in each other’s company the few times that I saw them together so I never questioned him about what he saw in her. The one time I had the most contact with her was at a Thanksgiving dinner that I held in my home. I offered her a glass of wine and she declined telling me that she "had brandy in here"… here being a coca cola bottle..... Anyway, a couple of years later I learned of becky’s "disappearance". My brother Carl was immediately named as a person of interest. What I later found out was that becky was known for leaving town unannounced and traveling to Florida to be a stripper. Apparently it was not uncommon for her to pick up and leave and not contact her family or friends for extended periods of time. What I also learned was that because she was estranged from her mother and because it was not out of character for her to not be in constant communication with her family, her mother did not know she was "missing" for several months. The people that knew her said that even though she often took off like this, she had never been gone for this amount of time without contacting anyone. All of this aside, it was no secret that becky led a racy life style. According to my brother she frequented Milwaukee northwest-side bars. And according to a Milwaukee detective she hung around with some of what he called "heavy hitters". My brother always wanted to save the underdog and help needy people. He had shared with me that this girl had issues. She did not get along well with her own mother and that she had been through a divorce at her young age. He also explained to me that she had a hard time keeping a job for any substantial amount of time. He told me that he loved her and wanted to help her get her life together. My brother told me that the ultimate demise of their relationship was her inability to maintain a regular job, her desire to stay out in the bars and her love for alcohol and marijuana. It had gotten to the point that because she could not maintain a job, he told her that he just wanted her to keep the house clean because he worked and could support both of them. When she did have a job he asked her to contribute some money to the household expenses before she spent it all. When she did not have a job and only had to keep the house clean, she would try to force his young children to do the house work alone. This and all of the other things began to be a problem for my brother. Ultimately, he did not want this influence around his children, so he finally asked her to leave. As with any investigation of "missing" persons they always start looking at the people that the person was closest to. So not surprisingly, the Milwaukee police looked at my brother as a person of interest, as they did with other members of Becky’s life. In the beginning it seemed to start off as a normal investigation, but very soon it morphed into a vicious witch hunt. The mother of this girl kaaren karmer being the leader carrying the torch of condemnation. This woman quit her high paying job and found some philanthropist with deep pockets to back her and her alliance with Milwaukee police department. She was so convinced that my brother was responsible for her daughter's "disappearance" that she became a self proclaimed vigilante and even said so in one of the local newspapers. She admitted her intention to stalk my brother. She did stalk my brother with an extreme amount of harassment. Many of Carl's civil rights were violated on a daily basis. The first time the police served a warrant, they kicked down his door, they took everything they thought was of interest, they sprayed his house with luminal hoping to find blood. Then when they were finished with this phase of their tyranny they half _ _ _ boarded the door. This caused my brother’s home to be robbed because it was left insecurely (which he was never reimbursed for by Milwaukee County). Upon detaining him for almost three days, they questioned him for three nights off and on waking him at all hours of the morning and night to trying to force a FALSE confession out of him...telling him, “Come on you know that you have no chance, a black man a white suburban jury, you are going away for life and you will never see your kids again.” When they finally released him, he did not see a judge, or a commissioner, no one ...they just opened up the door and let him out. I thought that you had to see one of those people to either say they were or were not going to file charges??? Not surprisingly this type of thing continued to happen to my brother. Carl landed another job and began to rebuild his life. In this time frame he met another girl, involvement in this relationship would lead to his ultimate demise. Upon meeting this girl, I got a bad vibe. Outwardly she seemed quiet, shy and mild mannered. But the feeling I got was dark and deceptive. I immediately alerted my brother as to what I felt, but he told me not to worry they were a unit and she as he put it 'had his back'. Trying not to be the overbearing, protective older sister I decided not to press him on the issue, but I did warn him to be careful who he trusted because there were many people out for his freedom. A couple of years ago in January this girl called me with a fake front of frantic on and told me that she had been at school all day and her cell phone was off. She said that when classes were over and she turned on her phone, she had received many messages, one of which was from her boss saying that a woman had come to her job and told him that she was living with a murderer and that she was in great danger. This girl told me that she assured her boss she was safe and that she was on her way to work. This girl then told me she was met at her job by karen karmer and a female detective , telling her that she knew that she was afraid of Carl and that they could help each other. This girl went on to tell me she was told to go to the police department with them and talk, but that she refused. I asked her if she had called Carl and she said she could not get in touch with him. This all sounded so suspicious, but nonetheless I later spoke with my brother and we decided to switch his legal representation and I called the Boyles. It was my thought that if this was true, it was definitely bordering on harassment. I felt it was time someone set some boundaries for Karen. All that said, this story really sounded fishy because what would give kaaren reason to go to this girl’s job and say these things if she had not had prior contact with her. None of this made any sense to me. Again I told my brother of my suspicions of the character of this girl but he again asked me not to worry. Eventually my suspicions were recognized and things turned bad with Carl and this girl. She began to become difficult for my brother to get a hold of.

She would be hard to reach for days at a time, until Carl found out that she was seeing another guy. When we tried to find her, though we were unable to, we were able to find family members of hers and they she was ok. They also informed us that she was a habitual liar and had stolen from them, therefore she was not welcomed in their homes (her own family didn’t want her in their homes) but that they had gotten in touch with her and said that she was fine. Carl forgave her and allowed her back into his home, but the shady behavior continued. Realizing that something was really wrong, Carl told her to move out he gave her some money to help her out, but told her that she had to leave. He heard on his answering machine messages from kaaren telling this girl that they could help each other. It was rumored, but never validated that this girl was staying with Karen. He received phone calls from the girl crying begging him to let her come back and some telling him he would pay for this. The next thing we all knew his door was kicked in again and he was taken into custody on a rape charge. Yes, this girl claimed she had been raped by my brother. At this point this situation only got worse. It was as if they could not get him on the missing person allegations (if they could not destroy him by making him lose jobs or attempting to turn his family and friends against him) they would try this. And to all of them I say shame on you for your weak character and manipulative behavior. And they all know who they are and hopefully soon everyone else will too. Forgive me for getting off track. Ultimately he was charged with this rape and the case was going to go to trial ....we were 100% sure he would be acquitted of this ridiculous charge. I was sure based on what I knew of this feeble, weak minded girl and because of what I knew of my brother. But what I found out later just validated my confidence.....Bridgette Boyle told me that Carl had a rock solid alibi of his whereabouts when this supposed rape took place. We will come back to this fact. It was painfully obvious to me that other people were worried that my brother would beat this charge to because he didn't do it, so worried that someone involved the ATF in this circus. [ A little background.....#1. Carl had a misdemeanor felony charge from a domestic dispute with his ex- wife years prior, #2. Carl had a gun in his house that belonged to our father and he was supposed to take it to a relative’s home for safe keeping because our dad was going to be out of his home for a while and did not want it in his home without him being there, #3 Carl’s attorney from the misdemeanor felony charge never told him that it was a crime to possess a firearm when you have a misdemeanor felony on your record.] When the Milwaukee Police department came to take Carl away for the rape charge, amongst many other things in his home that they took, they took our father’s gun. A few days after he was released from jail, the ATF came to his house and told him he was going to jail for having that gun in the house and that they were coming back for him. They were coming back for him? What they were too busy to take him then? Then to top it off they went to my crippled fathers’ nursing home and questioned him. Nice! Anyway Bridgette Boyle told Carl there was no way around that charge and he would have a mandatory jail stay ( I later found out that was not true)....... Back to that later. Now folks let me explain to you this... the ATF does not get involved with small cases like this, they deal with things like WACO. How do I know this???.... Well for one, I have many friends and family members who are attorneys, many friends who are police officers, and a friend in the FBI who told me ,"Yvette...the ATF doesn't deal with small cases like this, someone had to push this on someone’s desk in their face to get them to look at this case. Ultimately, my brother could no longer take it anymore and he took his own life. He left us an audio recording and proclaimed his innocence even then ...he said, "I never raped or killed anyone" and he asked us to figure this entire mess out and I plan on doing that. Carl had nothing to lose at that point, if he had done anything wrong he could have admitted it at that point. He did not do that. He asked us to figure this out for him..... My brother would not intentionally send his family on a wild goose chase. My brother admitted to hitting his wife ONE time when things got of hand (the misdemeanor charge) and he said it was the biggest mistake he had ever made, but that he did not rape or kill anyone!!! I believe him because it is the truth! The evening of Carl's death kaaren could not put her mission on hold and called my uncle and said 'now that Carl is dead I am coming after you'. (My uncle immediately filed a report with the Milwaukee Police department but it was never followed up on by the police.....) You see in all her outrageous behavior, claims and accusations she has claimed that my uncle (who is a funeral director) assisted Carl in hiding Becky’s body. Now I understand that she is desperate but seriously??? Wow!! In her unstable spin she has to this date unearthed the bodies of 2 people that my family’s funeral home buried, claiming that she thinks her daughter was buried with one of these people...Wow.... So now not only has she slandered the good name of the funeral home, slandered my uncle's name, she has put these families through the undue stress of reliving their loved one’s death because that is what nice unselfish people do...... The day after Carl was found my mother was at his home cleaning up and retrieving some things. She happened to look outside and kaaren and my ex-stepmother were standing outside snapping photos, of course my mother in all her grief went running outside yelling at them to leave and these two grown women ran away down the street laughing and shouting profanities at our mother because that's what stable people do...... when questioned about the incident a couple days later, kaaren denied that the incident occurred. All of the neighbors witnessed the entire thing, but she still denies her involvement. What is wrong with this picture? In July '08, I was again subjected to the vengeance of kaaren when not only did I see pictures of my brother again being flashed across the screen (pictures by the way that my niece took of him), but now she was counseling men in jail on domestic violence. I was more disturbed about her continuing to drag my brother’s name in the mud than the "counseling", but when my family received a call from a woman recently released from prison saying that kaaren is not only there telling her story but using my uncle's name, the funeral home name and of course my dead brother's name I then became disturbed by the so called prison "counseling".

Yes, Becky went to file a report of altercations, but she never showed up to court to follow through with these allegations. I'm sure I will hear someone cry battered women’s syndrome..... I say to this not likely. Even if that had really happened (though I am positive it did not) murder is a far cry from hitting someone. Someone is allowing kaaren to dig up bodies with no probable cause, I was told by the prosecutor of Carl’s rape charge, the one who took it to trial, that he did not know Carl had an alibi. When I told him of what Ms. Boyle told me, he said he had no knowledge of it....to my knowledge he had not looked into it either. (I was told by Bridgette Boyle that this fact came to light after Carl was dead). If it's all accurate and Carl had an alibi whether he is dead or not, man power was used, Milwaukee taxpayers’ money was used and this girl possibly lied to MPD. I was also told by the same prosecutor that no one would listen to me, talk to me or take me seriously when I told him I was searching for answers. Every time karen comes up with another deranged idea every Milwaukee media venue jumps on board and allows her to grandstand without looking at Carl's side.......whether they talk to us or not. We have written to and called many people who have clout and no one cares to hear our side...one that sheds a whole different light on this whole situation. It seems as though everyone wants to hear the sensationalism of karen, her story and her "journey". Carl has two beautiful, bright, intelligent and INNOCENT children. These children have to go to school and socialize everyday and other kids can be mean. Every time karen sparks up her crusade she throws those children under the bus. This from a “loving nurturing mom”, a mom that turned her back on her own child and didn’t know she was missing for months. Carl’s ex-wife, the one that he had the domestic dispute with, remains one of his BIGGEST supporters. She was not afraid of Carl and certainly is not afraid of our family. To this day she remains one of my BEST friends in this world and I only have about 5 of them. She is very close with my family and to this day, we raise our children together as if they were siblings …you know... it takes a village to raise a child. That’s how our family operates and always has. Don't be fooled, his ex-wife is one of the strongest most solid women you will ever meet!
