[Its just me]

The search on the Harper land or near the Harper happened so long ago I don't rember much about it but there was a big deal made about it at the time. Was this a GBI search or was this just Dr. G's planned search. I know people acussed others of shooting guns and all kind of mess. And searchers were not allowed to go in certain areas and I don't know what all.

My thoughts...if my son had been accused of murder and this was not a GBI/LE and a search conducted by the person who point their finger at me there would have been far more drastic circumstances than what was reported. Especially if I had been told the person that pointed the finger was in the area a day or so before. The sheriff would have came and I just imagine he may have carried me back to the station with him. Sometime there comes a time to take a stand and worry about handling it later.

Harper was at the bar from 10:15 PM to 1:00 AM. Then the dispatcher called Fletcher at 1:49 AM to say that Harper was looking for him. They then patroled the streets of Ocilla until 4:28 AM. According to the above article....

Thank again and again and again Odette for posting the links to the things I mentioned in my posts. However I expect to continue be called a liar.
I thought it was this kind of search and this is were the underwear was found. There is probably not a link but I think in discussion it is possible that the man with the dog was not MH. Well I'm gonna tell you who I believe,...The Sheriff. If this was the only time a possible lie was told I might wonder but many untruths have come from AG and group. The truth will stand through out eternity. JMHOO and a few facts.

IMO, it's just the title to an article, and not a very clear one at that.

Tara could've disappeared at 2:15 am on Sunday or 9:00 pm on Sunday, or 12:15 am on Monday (among many other minutes and hours of the day(s)).

Without knowing when she vanished, I don't see how an author can label "before she vanished" with any degree of reality.

Probably part of our funnies one day. If it has not been deleted you will see where we all went to the No Name Bar for a little entertainment. Some of us rode in cars, some went by horse back with our different outfits. I think we all know certain posters get carried away but it sure helps with the flustration that comes along ever now and then. There is a Bar that has the name "No Name" but I don't think there is a motel with this name.

goodness knows I'm not being rude here but from your post, i have to assume that in order to know without a DOUBT that this wasn't followed up, you are either:

a: the one who saw TG getting out of that truck;
b: you personally know the source who saw TG getting out of the truck, and they told you that nobody ever followed up(which is my assumption.)
c: you are the driver of that black truck and you know nobody has called you about this-OR
d: you are Dr. Godwin and that's how you would know that you didn't follow up.

I'm guessing on B, which you may have already told us, in which case i apologize.

i just get mad each time i hear about the truck at the pageant and thinking that nobody followed up on it? i'd LIKE to think that if DNA samples were obtained from persons of interest in this case, surely the eyewitness account from someone who saw tg getting out of that truck the last night she was ever known to be seen alive was surely investigated? if not, what could that mean?

hypothetically, even if investigators KNEW exactly who was in that black truck at the pageant visiting with tg, they would still obtain a witness statement in case they needed it later in court, wouldn't they?

WHO would be in charge of following up on that witness? Dr. G isn't in charge of the case, so who WOULD be obligated to check into this?

now, if they did NOT speak to that witness, what could that mean?

The lady who saw Tara get out of the black truck told a close relative of mine. I have posted all about this on this board several times. Dr. G. contacted my relative after this was put on the board. This person called me after the call from Dr. G and I told her to go with him to find the lady but not to let Dr. G. speak to the lady alone because of information from another person Dr. G had questioned (not to pleasant). Not sure how many calls Dr. G made but he did not follow through with tracking this person down.
Along the same time the GBI called my relative. She again called me and I had someone check to make sure this person was indeed a GBI agent and it was. The GBI called my relative back and relative described how she knew about the lady but the GBI never followed up with her. She was under the impression she would help them locate the lady. I again put this on the board and a different GBI came to my relative's house. This GBI agent said they had found the lady but she was not a credible witness. My relative got information about the witness the GBI said was not credible and she knew this was not the lady she had spoken to "Totally wrong person". This GBI agent left and only God and the GBI know if they have found this lady but they sure didn't get it right the first go around and I have my doubts about the second time. I saw the Chief at a meeting last week and asked him about this and he knew nothing about it.... we are going to check this out but it will have to be after Easter. Neither my relative nor I have a moment to spare. We both have too many jobs going on. I just hope the lady has not moved. The lady told my relative she knew this was Tara and Tara was or had been a teacher of one or more of her children. This person will be a credible witness.

My source says that Tara was freaking out because she lost the ring LG gave her and she was scared he would be angry so she ended up finding one close enough to pass for it on ebay and purchased it-so the original is still missing. She lost the ring sometime in 2004 not sure of the actual time but it was a "smoky Topaz" ring! Will try to find when she purchased it on E-bay that will help with the timeline of when the ring was lost.

of course there are probably several reasons LG could be mad if TG had to tell him she lost THE RING, but is it possible she "lost" it somewhere that AG could possibly find it and the UNKNOWN LOCATION of the ring could be a very serious potential problem for both of them? she would be "freaking out" because of WHERE it may be discovered and DOUBLE freaking out b/c of what he would say?

If it was possibly lost in a place that would reveal her presence, that could be interesting indeed.

i have always wondered how the interaction between fg and mhu played out. when did fg contact mhu. where were they looking for tara. when did mhu start her drive down to ocilla. i always got the impression that she was enroute before the call came that said the police were at the house but i could be mistaken.

did fg wake up monday morning and become alarmed after the midnight call from hd? is that when she called mhu or did she call her in the middle of the night.

if it were my child and someone called me at midnight concerned about them i dont think i could go back to sleep without locating them. i wonder if she went back to sleep and awoke early to start the hunt for tara. it had to have been very early for mhu to get to ocilla at the hour she did. she would have had to make arrangements at her school for someone to cover her class and that takes time.

a lot of unanswered questions that in the end could mean nothing anyway.

From my understanding, you are correct. FG never went to Ocilla that Monday - she stayed home and close to her phone, hoping to hear from Tara.

I read somewhere that tg had left before without telling anyone. I reckon that is why no one went in to check on her. She could have fell down in her shower and not been able to answer the door or her phone. It helps to have caring friends.

The nightlight was a weeknight signal as explained by Mr. Portier on Nancy Grace’s interview:
PORTIER: Nancy, we couldn`t see her car from our house. It was in the carport. But her signal to us that she was home safely was her bedroom light. There`s a little lamp light by her bedside table. She would turn it on, and that was kind of a signal to my wife that she was home and safe. My wife would often go there several times a night if she was -- she went to school on Monday night in Tifton, on Tuesday night in Waycross, and she`d be getting in 9:00, 9:30, and my wife would go to that window several times until she saw that light and knew that Tara was home safely.
PORTIER: Nancy, it never did come on that night, which wasn`t unusual. On the weekends, she had a lot of studying to do. She had her papers to grade for the classes that she taught at the high school. So not seeing the light was nothing unusual on the weekend.
3. then SF and MH in a coverup
How did AG know about SF? Who told her? Could they have given AG their version of SF’s role in the Vicker’s incident? When did SF’s documented alibi become published? Seamus published part of the alUntitled.ems ibi of MH’s and SF’s in the May 2006 article. Has Anita made any accusations since then?
4. And now we have your problem with Gacountry and the searchers

Nope the person who lives in the house with the mother, passed us as we were leaving escorting a sheriffs car to the house. We did not know what was happening until we got to the center. Then I think it was a Monday when I found we were all being considered in an harassment suit, then I called the sheriff.

AGAIN I was not there on Sunday but a deputy did go to the house on Sat.
Let me state this is all what I saw when I was there, I did not talk with the family that lived in the house, the son or the duputy that was going there. I had no contact with the searchers on Sunday I was at church. I DID call the sheriff on Monday.

See Results You are the one that started your post with lies that I firmly beleive you have made it into your truth to fit your theory. I have no objection with truthful statements coming out not concerning Tara are any of the POI's. It is when someone weaves the lies into what little truth we know that I become upset.
Rest assured that I am here for Tara Grinstead, I know what I am doing and I will watch, read, post and talk with anyone who wants truth and closure in this case. A lot is known, some published, documented, and filed, but then we have rumors, gossip and greed that seems to be the death of this case. Tara FAye Grinstead had become my first thought in the morning and my last thought at night, I will call out untruths when I see them and that is where you and I started.

How is Results post a lie about Ga Country as well as the rest of her post. I know I know you have posted your opinion but you have not been on all the boards to understand the complete picture and things said over time. A lot of it is gone from here and much was said right in Ocilla Georgia and surrounding areas that is not posted anywhere. Talla's rebuttal states that Tara did not go to church every Sunday...Both parties here are saying the same thing. A reading comprehension problem, perhaps...

The same thing about the nightlight not being a signal on the weekends. Both are saying the same thing.

The rest of Talla's rebuttal is too convoluted to follow, but it appears she is arguing many of the same points.

well, if you can prove he didnt,then by all means,lets hear it...
You are correct, I believe HD KILLED Tara. I can not prove this.If I could,the case would be over and he would be in prison,.
I will say this till hell freezes over,or I get banned,or we find Tara and evidence that someone else harmed her.
Of all the poi's,HD is the only one that hasnt been truthful,.IMO,about his involvment.
I also think LG and AG know WAY MORE than they are telling.I believe HD
lied to AG and therefore gained her support,maybe unknowingly.(to begin with)

Thank you Kathmandu. I doubt that I can offer anything useful. I have heard lots of stuff around Ocilla that I haven't read in here. And vice versa. I had Miss Grinstead in History but never dreamed something like this could happen to her. I felt very lucky to have her as a teacher for a number of reasons. She really knew her history. She made it fun to learn. She was great to look at and smelled nice too. I think most of the girls liked her but some would make catty remarks. One girl said that Miss Grinsteads teeth looked like Bugs Bunnys but I think she was just jealous because that girl had a butt like Porky Pig. Anyway she was a wonderful person and now shes gone.

I had Miss Grinstead in History but never dreamed something like this could happen to her. I felt very lucky to have her as a teacher for a number of reasons. She really knew her history. She made it fun to learn. She was great to look at and smelled nice too. I think most of the girls liked her but some would make catty remarks. One girl said that Miss Grinsteads teeth looked like Bugs Bunnys but I think she was just jealous because that girl had a butt like Porky Pig. Anyway she was a wonderful person and now shes gone.

Girls can be real nasty when it comes to beautiful women. I am sure there are cute girls around town but up against a true beauty the green eyed monster shows up in the uninspired. Glad you are here because you may be able to help put down a few rumors or not.

Can I ask a question? Do you know if there was any truth about AV and Tara and, if so, was this while he was a student or later?

Everyone who is brave enough to voice an opinion are encouragement to Tara and her search is welcome here. The board is for Tara Grinstead and nowhere in the TOS does it state this board is private or monitored by The Long Haul group. Everyone started with one post and if they have 280 or 5,999 they are the same. More post certainly is not evident of more study in some cases. I would encourage all the ones that use to post her but now just read as 'guest' come back, I have been reading back post and archives and you were an important element here. NewBoyInTown, stand up to them post what is true and in your heart, you at least knew Tara some of these did not have a clue about her just the Tara they have created to fit a theory.

I think we all know FW is in charge but you can bring in 10,000 and they will be met with the same if they act like you. New boy don't have an opinion and no one has the right to say anything about him but he can say what he want to say. You came in too late to get a true picture not only of this case but the posters that remain. You went to the GBI office and all of a sudden you became a member. I have read here since I learned of Tara , I have noted the number of visitors here more often than not out numbers the members.
NewBoy I am proud to see you, surely more people than I can read though their smoke and mirrors game they are playing. Results when did you sign up to CTV and start your canpaign for Tara? The only way this would be possible is if NBIT is a senior now (class of 2007) and was a junior for the 2005-2006 year since Tara taught 11th graders. If that is the case, she went missing about 2.5 months into fall semester, assuming NBIT took history in the fall.

Truth is a wonderful thing and it seems very little is here IMO. I watched for a very long time before I came here and I was immediately called a LIAR, LOL. I am here to see truth and not truth according to the opinions of a select group. I saw blatant mistruths posted in Results facts. The Proclivities that have been on this board have needed to be addressed for sometime now. I encourage all that want Tara found look at these facts (?) and read back, if you are local talk with locals, talk with LE and even the GBI, all you are being fed here is not true.

I know the local LE reads hear so contact them about what is posted here is you so desire. But they know what is being posted. You may want to call the GBI to boost their spirits because that have made a boo boo in this case so far.
